    Butter Paneer

Great packaging and portion for pickup orders. Samosas were divine. Naan is great, Lassi great. Rice was well cooked. We enjoyed the lentil soup. The one downside is both the butter chicken and the malai chicken were sweet! So was the green chutney that came with the samosas. I don't know if that's because of the regional style, but we like those dishes more savory- more salt and spice flavors, little to no sweetness. Fresh brightness is ideal for the chutney, again, no sweetness. Nevertheless we'll be back! We did pickup which took a little bit but everything was warm.

    Worlds smallest drumstick lol

Got the world's smallest chicken drumsticks with the tandoori chicken. The flavor is good. But not worth it for the price due to portion size .

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Excellent food and not too busy on a Friday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was very savory and tasty. It ranged from mild to medium spicy. Service was quick and attentive. All the food items turned out to be excellent and enjoyable. Portions are generous, and they really take pride in their food. The quality was very high, and the cuts of meat were flavorful, soft and tasty. Everything was cooked in a unique sauce and mixture of spices. Highly recommended.

This place is worth all the hype! If there isn't hype, I'll make some. Himalayan Flames has the most delicious Chicken 65 on planet Earth- I've never gone anywhere where it isn't just a little bit dry, but here it's scrumptious and the stuff of dreams. I ordered my usual butter chicken and got a side of naan and daal with it. The price was reasonable for the portion, which was generous for both plates, and the butter chicken was tasty! I forgot to specify my spice level when ordering (I usually order hot), so mine came with a basic level which was still flavorful and had a good texture. My butter chicken was served in large pieces which I opted to cut so I could scoop them with my naan better. The naan was pillow soft with good toasting and butter. The staff was fast and filled my water cup often which I appreciated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant lighting is dim (though there are a lot of sparkling lights and candles which lends to the vibe) but there is a large window facing the road which gives it good light if that is your preference to have that view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bonus points for my rice being so so good and soft!

Loved the food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience was really nice and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was solid. Price was a bit high for lunch - I would have loved to see some lunch specials to put this in the $10-15 range instead of the $18-25 range. I had the METHI MALAI CHICKEN and it was unique, salty and sweet with umami, and I would order it again in a heartbeat. The bread that came with it was a delight. The hours here on Yelp are NOT accurate (even though it's a claimed business) and don't match what's on their website. I went there for lunch, walking from my office. Attaching a screenshot from their website proving they're open for lunch - which I can also prove with my receipt that I ate there at 12:30pm. :)

It has been a few years since we have been here, but it was just as delicious as I remembered. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We arrived at noon on a Saturday, and I was one of 2 seated tables in the building.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the butter chicken, 2 pieces of naan, and a mango lassi.

I did not have a great experience my second go around. It went downhill after we fished a black, curly hair out of our soup. I could forgive that, but my chicken dish was the worst Indian dish I've had in years. They tried to get away with using chicken thighs, slicing them up and hiding them in the sauce, instead of breasts. But chicken thighs shouldn't be cooked like breast meat for a reason. They were greasy, rubbery, and difficult to cut through with a fork. I won't go below 3 stars for this review because my first experience was pleasant (the goat was good), but I probably won't be returning here.

Food was absolutely delicious and was ready for pickup when I arrived. The Manchurian Dahl was so good as was the Chicken Tikka & Saag Paneer. Always enjoy their Cheese Naan. Highly recommend.

Entry sign from back parking lot

Wide range of menu options, including lots of vegan. Tasty flavors with some heat. Fair pricing with portions and great service. Lots of available parking in the back. Will go back to try more.

The food was AMAZING! If you are looking Indian food this is the perfect place. I got the rustic kadai, and it was very delicious with the basmati rice and the naan. The Andhra curry was on the spicier side but it was manageable for anyone who has a reasonable spice tolerance and garlic naan Service was also fast and the interior was cute and modern. A lot of natural lighting and cute. I can only image how the restaurant looks at night with the downtown view around. Michigan Ave is a beautiful area to be!

The food was outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The fresh bread, rice, and overall quality of the meal reminded me why Dearborn has become one of my favorite food destinations whenever I'm in Michigan. What made the experience even better was the service from Murad. From the moment I sat down, Murad was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind.
