The service was so unfriendly. The prices were high, especially for what you get & the fact that it was so bland, not good, and the service was not good. Nothing about this experience was good. I had a coffee, scone, and the biscuits and gravy with goetta. The biscuit was okay, gravy was boring, I didn't prefer the sausage in it. The scone was partially too moist- not what a scone should be a part crumbly. It didn't seem like it had quite the balance and the flavour was okay. Disappointing experience. Food is wonderful:) The upstairs is a cozy coffeehouse vibe with pastries and Carabello coffee; all the best a barista can offer! The main floor has a full menu of omelets, sandwiches, salads, pizzas and drinks including some alcohol. Service was great including pay at your seat convenience. I'd love to see them ditch the metal chairs or add cushions, and perhaps add a second front door with vestibule to block the winter chill. This is a neighborhood gem! Went upstairs to the cafe, paid 6$ for a London fog and I make a better one at home lol. Sad because there's been so many great cafes that make amazing ones. Anyway I keep working. The table isn't level, my tea spilled a bit, but no napkins out. In a cafe if all places?? Okay. (Any movement like picking your drink up makes the entire table shake...) They know people will want to work here but the chairs and tables are cheap and aren't level. The table itself is small and overly crowded with cheap decorations. For size comparison, at a 3 person table, my 13 inch laptop takes up over half the table. The staff is nice and the aesthetic is pleasing but... The food and service is wonderful! They even have goetta. It's also on my street, just at the other end. I usually take friends there on Mondays. They are clos3d on monday days! They do have a bee hive and their own honey. Not sure how often they sell out though. It would be wonderful if they did a proper tea! They have all the things it. I'm sure little girls and their moms would really enjoy it. I don't have any little ones but I would still enjoy it! My son flies into town and we go there almost every day.Try it you won't disappointed. They do have handicap parking also. read more

Downstairs for breakfast is good! The honey waffles are a must. We got 1 to share. The rest of the food was alright. I think I was blown away too much by the waffle. The atmosphere was darling. Adorable cafe in the heart of Erlanger. Very urban in a suburban area and I love it!! We got the breakfast bowl, honey waffle, and 3 egg white omelette, which were all FABULOUS! I had a biscuit with gravy and a single pancake - which was too much food. The biscuit comes with a lot of gravy (probably too much). The pancake was perfect and fluffy and the sweet cream was a nice touch. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was great. Let me start by saying the atmosphere is absolutely adorable! My husband and I loved how it was decorated and the staff were very friendly! After we were sat downstairs for breakfast, we tried to order iced lattes and were told by our server we had to purchase those upstairs in the cafe area. My husband went up to purchase our coffees, and was gone for 15 minutes waiting for them. We weren't really fans of this type of setup. It would be nice for them to have a runner or server who is in charge of delivering specialty drinks downstairs to customers who are seating for breakfast or lunch. Once he returned, we ordered our food. It came out fairly quickly, but we were somewhat underwhelmed. I ordered the basic eggs, potatoes, and bacon, which came with a biscuit. The eggs and potatoes were good, but the bacon was undercooked and the biscuit was tasty but cold. I would have liked the biscuit a lot more if it were heated up. My husband ordered the frittata and it was WAY over baked. It had the consistency of a sponge. While the seasoning was good, he couldn't really enjoy it because of the texture. Overall, we would probably give this place another chance! We know it is fairly new and hopefully some of the kinks can be worked out. read more

The restaurant opened in spring 2022 and they've nailed it. Wine, beer and of course mimosas, yay! Frittatas, breakfast bowls, pizzas, salads and more. Ask questions bc there's more to know than the menu reveals. Angie was our A+ server and we'll definitely be back. It looks like a super spot to meet friends or even hold a meeting. Coffees, teas and soft drinks too. Single person restrooms clean and accessible. The converted building has a gorgeous wooden staircase leading up to the bakery cafe. Ordered breakfast from door dash to try something different. We got two geotta potatoes and egg cheese bowl. One latte and a orange juice. You got no toast or anything with the bowls when we received the orange juice it was half a cup with a straw that had holes all in it. The latte was good but asked for extra espresso and it definitely did not have extra. Maybe going to the place would be a better experience. read more

This place is amazing! It was my go-to place when I worked in Erlanger. Only ate there once, but went to the cafe upstairs literally everyday. Their coffee is INCREDIBLE and the staff is so nice. They were always so kind when I came in and they knew my order by heart. They would even put little messages on my to-go cups, telling me to "Have a good day!" or "Good luck today!"
