Coming to a mall to find the right place is somewhat an easy task. If you can't pin down a gift from a group you can piece together one from several different shops around. Not being from the area we were just wondering about until we saw on the directory that Things Remembered had a spot within. We made out way here and decided that we would browse about for a hot minute and see what was available. After contemplating multiple items we all agreed on one. This was probably the hard part of it all. Once you figure out what you want all that is left to do is customize and wait. Since the last time I stopped at a Things they have changed the way this goes. Just tap in what you want to be engraved and then you pay. Come back at the agreed upon time and take your item home. During the wait we all went about looking for items for ourselves at that point. I think we all did a lap around the mall as well. We came back at just the right time as our item was finished and ready for pick up. We looked it over and made sure that it was done correctly. Had it adjusted a bit and were out the door. Great customer service by the lady working the store that night. I commend her as it was truly busy. She did everything with grace.

Delivery driver was prompt and dropped the items in the right spot. I am very happy with the mulch! This is my first time ever getting soil or mulch delivered as I usually get the bags from a big box store. I was super bummed about the top soil blend which I was told was 75% top soil & 25% blended compost. I originally wanted to get leaf compost but the lady said it might be too much nitrogen for raised garden beds. The blended top soil was very heavy on the clay and had random plastics in it. Items like planet identification tags and stuff like that. When I started to put the dirt in pots, it got very hard when it got wet. I decided to wait until mid gardening season to see how to plants did in this soil. Although I amended this soil with manure and other nutrient rich soil, the plants are not doing well. I still plant to order from this company but I'll just stick to the mulch.
