    Purchased a new refrigerator and misplaced the two teeny weeny batteries for the water testing kit. In my house, there would be no peace until the water was tested. Thank goodness for the nice man that came to the rescue. He was so helpful. Great personality, very friendly, not hurried and was a BIG help. Has a ten day vacation coming up. Enjoy.

    So, this store was one of my favorite shop to go whenever I needed to purchase something for our home, this was one of the shops that I frequented regularly. It is more convenient for us because it is closer to our home and also it has a variety of god products. However, over the last few months, I've noticed that customer service has deteriorated significantly. My wife and I stopped by to pick up a light fixture and a new shower head, just like we did last week. And, unfortunately, the other members of the team always appear to be in a crazed state. The employees always appear to be overworked and unwilling to lend a hand or even answer a straightforward question. Perhaps they should begin disciplining their employees immediately. The shop itself is lovely, and they have everything you could possibly need, but please improve your customer service.

    Fast clean and never overly crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer this Home Depot over all the other ones that's around. The people that work here, actually take pride in their work.

We've been using Harry Miller to fix our washers and dryers at our condo building for decades. It's difficult for me to give a 1-star review because their servicemen are terrific. However, what they're doing now leaves me speechless. Our work orders for machine repairs goes through our management company, Westward360. Westward360 manages many MANY associations and apartment buildings. There's one association that has absolutely NOTHING to do with us, that has an outstanding invoice from February and I believe it's in the low $100's. When our association called for service on a machine, Harry Miller REFUSED to come out because this other association has an outstanding invoice. They said the ONLY way they'd come out is if I (the president of the association) pays upfront. I don't have our association's checkbook onsite and all of our invoices are paid directly from Westward360. They want ME to pay out of MY pocket. I can't even fathom what Harry Miller's thinking is on this. Why in the WORLD would they punish US for something a completely different association is doing? We have absolutely ZERO to do with them. Our bills are paid on time and we have nothing outstanding with them. Now I'm looking for another appliance repair company. This isn't a difficult feat, trust me. I just can't wrap my head around why Harry Miller would rather lose our business than repair our machines and get paid.

I get they do not work on anything but the speed queens BUT brand new breaks. I asked to return & buy the more $ speed queens & they said there is nothing they can do.

Well.. we went to Appliances 4 Less and fell in love. Discounted prices and lovely appliances. They have 3 locations plus a warehouse so if you're looking for something please talk to Frank. Frank was patient and kind the entire time. He explained the delivery process and how the warranty works. YES, there are warranties on these appliances.     We are having a very difficult time with LG currently. We have been without a refrigerator for…read moregoing on 3 weeks due to a compressor/ refrigerant issue, which is under warranty. Our refrigerator is only 4 years old. Each time we call them to ask why they are not getting us serviced, they say the can't find a technician/repair service. We live in a town within 40 miles of 5 big cities so this makes no sense!. After many complaints from us, LG said they would 'escalate' it ....but we learned this is terminology they use to make you think they are actually doing something....so now this supppsed higher priority team - Presidential Liason Area - is now on it with one representative who rarely informs us as to what is going on - all we get are vague promises with no definitive action. I finally made one phone call after a week of LG telling me they can't find a technician to fix our refrigerator to a local repair company who said they do LG warranty work- it took me five minutes to find them - and sent LG their contact information. LG said they would contact them and get a service agreement worked out. Now we are constantly having to contact LG to tell them to answer this repair company's emails to get things arranged so that we can get a repair appointment. LG just drags their feet. The repair company emailed them on a Wednesday and when I checked the following Friday, LG had not answered the repair company's email. This warranty repair should not have taken this long. It is becoming obvious that LG does not honor their warranty in an efficient manner. The local repair company has been waiting for LG to contact them. In speaking with the repair company we understand that our first appointment will be to diagnose the issue themselves even though one company who does not do LG warranty work already diagnosed it.....and to order any part that will be needed. Meaning we could be without a refrigerator for another week or two. All of this is due to the poor customer service we have experienced with LG and not standing behind the warranty in a satisfactory and timely manner. We bought this LG refrigerator in good faith for $3500 just 4 years ago. We can not believe this horrible service and In this day and age, refrigeration is sort of a daily necessity to daily living!

    Dave came out to look at my now toasty warm 25 year old refrigerator…read more Starting withthe thermostat and working his way deeper into the unit he found a fried circuit/computer board. Had a replacement on hand, pulled out the old one but found pretty severe scorcing on the board. Pulled the unit out from the wall and tested the compressor and found it to be faulty. A new circuit board would only burn out and a new compressor was taking me into the big $$$ repair range. At this price point and age of the unit, both Daveand i agreed I am probably better off with a new unit. He then spent another 15 minutes offering excellent tips and points on what units I should be looking for and why. Excellent service and I will keep his info close at hand if/when any other appliances need repair.

    Our technician, Tony, was fantastic. My Kenmore (LG) dryer was making noise because one of the…read morewheels that rotates the drum was damaged. Tony arrived on time, quickly pulled the dryer apart, identified the problem accurately and recommended a source for a replacement kit at a fraction of the cost charged by LG. He then put the dryer back together. The next day, I notified him the kit was delivered and he was back at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly repaired the dryer leaving no mess behind. Both my husband and I, fairly adept at home repairs ourselves, were extremely impressed by Tony's knowledge and efficiency. He clearly stated the cost of service upon initial inspection and I feel it was a bargain. Basically saving me the couple of hours it would have taken me to do the job myself.
