I just bought a 1 liter bottle of BodyArmor SportWater for $3.48 where I usually get it for $1.80. I did call the number on the back of the bottle and customer Service said they don't control pricing. Well, I guess they can sell it for $10 and doesn't matter. I though 33% is the usual increase when reselling not 330% Anyyyywaaaaay Never buying water or foods and snacks at home depot although I feel bad for the workers who have to pay big bucks for just water.

This Home Depot is bad, even by Home Depot standards. While there with my sister and her husband on a paint buying exhibition I witnessed what were probably the rudest, most impatient and condescending employees I have ever seen. It was so bad that I left my sister and her husband to their own devices to help a group of older women which some employee had basically ghosted. They were clearly frustrated and I have a feeling that the way they were treated was in no small part related to the color of their skin. It didn't take long to explain the essentials needed to paint a wall; stir stick, semi gloss, roller/brush, drop cloth, tape and a paint key. The employee I witnessed dealing with them could only be bothered to throw a cheap brush in their cart as he walked past them, saying that was all they needed. He should be fired for the way he treated them and the location should pray they don't find themselves facing a discrimination lawsuit. When I found my sister she was dealing with her own tool of an employee. I walked up she was considering semigloss vs satin finishes and the creepy AF employee says to her, "Are you married?" Like what the hell? Does she need her man to help her make a decision, or are you just hitting on her? I abruptly asked him what difference did it make, and he scowled and mumbled something under his breath. Sensitively training. Diversity training. How to be a basic human being. These are all classes that the employees of this store could benefit from.

Customer service at this location is lacking. As I wonder the aisles clearly in search of something but with no clue as to it's location, none of the service staff offer assistance. Based on my experience with many Home Depot's, this is unusual. Typically, I am approached several times while doing my shopping, even when I don't appear to be lost! Now that I live on the west side, I've visited this location several times and always have the same experience in regards to customer service. No greetings. No offer of assistance. No "can I take this to your car?" When I go to the service desk, and no other customers are there, I have to interrupt the chatter to ask for help. That being said, this location is always packed! The parking lot is a nightmare. No fault to Home Depot, but the clientele are super aggressive when driving the lot seeking parking. Always feels like it's 4pm the day before Christmas at a mall! What's up with that? When I need something and have time constraints, I come here. When I need real assistance like advice on a home project, I head to the Home Depot down by Cascade Station. The staff there is always helpful.

I visited this Home Depot today searching for succulents to use inside my home. The store was crazy busy both inside and outside in the garden shop. They had a nice selection of plants at decent prices. I was able to find just what I wanted. This Beaverton Home Depot sells appliances, hardware and tools, building materials, plants and outdoor furniture. There is plenty of parking available and their store hours are convenient. They're open 6am to 10pm everyday except on Sunday when they're open 7am to 8pm. Employees range from friendly and knowledgeable to bored and indifferent.

3/15/2020 - I literally needed ONE tile to replace a broken one in the bathroom.

Service was good but I have to be 18 to buy paint? Couldn't do my senior parking lot. Acting like I'm buying alcohol

Why does Home Depot pile stacks of the product Round Up everywhere in the store? .

Customers wait outside the store, 6 feet apart on the clearly marked yellow Xs; there is a separate line for those picking up prepaid orders. They are limiting the number of customers in the store so once inside, it's easy to get what you need and check out. Note, they are taking credit cards only. Another great precaution they have implemented is that upon entering, everyone is asked to use the hand sanitizer they provide. Thank you, Pearl Hardware! Even though they are located in the Pearl, don't worry about finding or having to pay for street parking; they have their own small lot in front of the store making it super convenient for those of us not in walking distance. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up a 4-pack of aBlind Cord Wraps to keep my cords from banging against the window when the wind blows. Oh the problems I have! Amazing all the little "projects" I'm completing during these days of Quarantine. Or more accurately said, I'm seeking out projects since my house is spotless, appliances are sparkling inside and out, summer flowers have been planted, and closets and drawers have been "Marie Kondo'd" and then some. Pearl carries all of the regular hardware store merchandise and then some, especially in regards to houseware, garden decor and even some home decor items like candles, cloth napkins, trinkets. The variety in each department has more breadth and uniqueness, even whimsical and quirkiness, than your average hardware store. That speaks to me! Yesterday I was so bummed that I couldn't browse and touch and actually shop because as we all know, during the pandemic it's about getting what you need and leaving. Man, did this make me yearn for a day of shopping like in the old days, 2 months ago, pre-March 23, 2020. Paid for my item and left so another customer could enter the store. Going forward, I need to remember that every errand now requires waiting in line and I need to build that into my outing schedule. No more in, out, done. Covid-19 is teaching us Patience, among many other things, during this wake-up call to the world. Today I have at least 15 minutes accounted for on my wide open calendar as I install these blind cord wraps. Grateful.

Service, service, service!…read more Why shop local? Knowledgeable, friendly, escorting, smiley, sleuth-like service till your question is answered. Find it at ACE. When folks say it is cheaper at the big box corporations ~ for the most part everything needed is usually found here and a closer drive. I placed a pick up order from online and the cashier called the pick up order to be brought forward. The customer service and cashier argued back and forth about whether or not I even placed the order or was at the right store. I confirmed the information through the cashier while he was quite literally hacking up a lung. I can only assume how condescending the customer service people were with how the cashier was also sour to me. Eventually someone else came up to take the line and told me I could go back and they'd fulfill my order. Dumb and dummer were trying to redirect me to purchase a different bag of salt even though I'd already paid for what I wasn't getting. The system ace hardware was pretty stupid and this review isn't about how they couldn't fulfill my order, I don't blame the customer service people for the mix up because that was out of their control. The customer service employees (several. Very braindead expressions) just shrugged and said the only thing to do was cancel the order through my phone. Thank you for reading this novel of a review. Probably a sitcom working there and free entertainment to shoppers. Expect no service. A man was also waiting (from the time I arrived in the store until a little before I left) for a case to be unlocked. Surprising it took so long to help the man considering the group of 19 year old alternative kids in the back.
