As a Carpenter of over 25yrs I'll say that every H.D. are the same, they suck. Staff can't answer the simplest of questions without their phones, quality of products get worse every 6mths or so, and every day that I go into our local one it takes me 45min to an hour just to grab a few things. So yeah, long story short. I've had so many issues with this Home Depot from order & delivery (the couldn't get our item in a timely manner, then they dented it during delivery) to home improvement estimates. Most recent issue: A HD "professional" came into our home to give us estimates for mini split systems and we never received the estimate. Multiple phone calls later, still no estimate, and they have nobody else who can provide an estimate. Failure! read more

Needed 4x8 sheet of underlayment and have it cut. The associate told me she didn't want to lose her job so the only cut she could make to the board was in half to fit it in my car otherwise buy the smaller sheets. She was half way sleep hanging around the aisles hiding. What great suggestions ... the aisle was dirty and this was the first hour they opened .. great experience read more

THIS STORE BLATANTLY LIED ref appliance delivery and installation. Sales people will intentionally deceive you into believing you've purchased services and not deliver. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The only reason this store gets one star is because of Laurie, she attempted to correct the miscommunication on behalf of the appliance salesman. She was kind and understanding. Nightmare from start to finish. First salesperson refused to help me narrow down the options for a new gas range insisting repeatedly that the two that were in stock in the store were my best options even though they were not what I wanted. Second, when I went back to the store with the exact model number I wanted, it still took TWO AND A HALF HOURS for the clerk to get the computer to accept the order. I tried to walk out twice and was pressured to complete the sale. My fault. Third, the delivery was scheduled for yesterday. I have a tricky road and had been assured the truck could handle it. The guys called to say they'd arrived but they HAD NOT. They were somewhere else but as far as I can tell they never found my road - I was standing at the end of it waiting for them! Then I was notified by text that they aborted the delivery because my road was too difficult. I canceled the order and re-ordered the stove from an actual appliance store, Everything about this was rude & misleading and poorly communicated. And I've been left with a disconnected gas range in my living room for the next 2 weeks. Every now and then I used to think HD would be a good place to get something but I am COMPLETELY DONE. Do not order Carpet from the Home Depo. They wanted us to accept damage carpet and they did nothing to correct the situation. Tanya Clark is horrible at customer service and should be fired. She did nothing to allievate our concerns. The professional installer showed us the damage. WE SPENT a TON of money at Home Depo, but now we will never go back. read more

Homedepot.com advertised a Rheem water heater for $1699, the website said they were available at my local Home Depot. I went to the store to buy one, and they had three in stock, but they said they wouldn't honor the price, instead wanted to charge me $2000. When I showed them the website, they said that they don't have to honor prices advertised on the Home Depot website. I spoke with the manager, who was rude and completely unprofessional. He not only refused to honor the online price, but when I said that I would post about this online, he threatened to kick me out of the store. I think this store should be investigated for bait and switch. read more

Just stopped at HD to get annuals for our planters, racks marked 2-12 packs for $10. Only problem the rack is full of other packs that are not on sale. Could not find what I was looking for .....finally sales lady helped me, with a sales pack....got to the register....not on sale. Complete waste of our time. Completely frustrated. read more

Had a dryer delivered. On the first attempt a driver destroyed their truck on a low hanging wire. They then proceeded to tell me they only come out to my area once every week. They then schedule me two weeks after that (they lied to me and told me it was a week an a half but its also my fault for not checking). The delivery then comes in today and their deliveryman treats me like I am dumb, has to remove a handle that he does not actually have to (I got the old dryer, which is larger, past the door just fine by myself), twists the connector piece to the outside vent out of place, and drops my new vent and crushes it into the wall behind the dryer while telling me he did not see it. They also did not wear masks inside of my house! I have an 86 year old grandmother and if she gets the virus she will probably die due to pre-existing medical conditions and I have heart problems! If we get anything we will be taking steps against all who were involved. BEWARE of ordering any large appliance from this location! You should go elsewhere. I am going to make sure to tell everyone I know about how they treat customers!! read more

I would not even give these guys a one star rating but I could not post this review without giving them at least one star. I ordered carpet from this store about two months ago and I was called the day of the installation to let me know the carpet was damaged. I had to take the day off from work and cancel appointments all so I could be at home for a three hour window and then the morning of the install, they cancelled. They told me it would be a week to ten days for them to reorder and someone would call me. Two and one half weeks later I finally called and was given the run around by Home Depot, and their installer ACS. Both companies are the pits and I would strongly suggest not doing business with either one. This is not my first time ordering and being completely disappointed with response time and delivery from Home Depot. read more

You have no problem finding what you need in this store, but checking out is a nightmare. They never have more than one checkout open, if you're unfortunate enough to be standing behind a couple of people with carts full of building materials you could easily be there an hour. The idea seems to force people to use the self service checkouts. The problem with that is that if you have a lot of building lumber it's just not practical. They need to open a Lowe's in the neighborhood, put this store out of business. read more

After running all building suppliers out of town they now take 2 weeks to deliver 8 foot steel roofing, many other items not carried anymore. Also most staff do not know products, the ones that do are hard to locate. read more

Nothing specifically wrong with this store, but i have no idea of how to Yelp review the website. I ordered custom "shades". I use the word "shades" advisedly because what i received were totally transparent, no different than having a second layer of screen on my porch. Here is the review which i posted on both FB and the HD website with a picture. We'll see if they even publish the one star review. Next time i order from Amazon where returns are easy. BEWARE. THESE SHADES HAVE DIFFERENT LIGHT FILTERING ABILITIES DEPENDING ON WHAT "COLOR" YOU PICK... The "color" is not only a color, but a material. The different materials have different light filtering abilities. if you think you are ordering a woven wooden shade, think again. The shades i received in Koala pewter are as thin as screening. So now i essentially have 2 layers of screening on my porch. I was replacing true woven wood shades which filtered direct sunlight in the late afternoon. These do not although they did not promise to filter sun. They did purport to be woven wood, which they are not. I purposely did not order the Hampton Bay Outdoor Solar Shade as the picture showed a shade that was completely transparent. the shades shown in the picture, https://blinds.homedepot.com/p/hampton-bay-budget-woven-wood-shade/205177108?id=205177108, look as if they will filter sun. The ones i received do not in any way filter sun. Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. I just would like to say that I'm tired of seeing the same people sitting around doing nothing ! This particular person works at the pro desk and his first name is Mike. I was in there just yesterday the only cash register open was number 1 Ms Terri was doing her best to keep things moving and the hole time mike just sat there HIDING behind his computer. He never even try to make eye contact because it was obvious he did nit want to help anyone. This is not the first time something like this has happened, so from this day going forward I will be saying something.
