Be careful buying your hose at the Home Depot. I got this hoses back to back weeks and both hoses are no good. So don't throw away your receipts before testing your hoses. I don't think Home Depot checks the quality of their hoses... it's annoying to go back and forth to return. BAD EXPERIENCE! HOME DEPOT promises to "Beat All Prices" (with proper proof of better price)? NOT SO! I brought a printout of that "better price" ~ but NO GO, they would not honor their word. Three items I need 'were not in stock' and had to be purchased in advance (understandable), and picked up at a MUCH later date. But NO Price match, NO WAY! AND, get this, they would NOT ACCEPT CASH for my orders. "Credit card (or debit)" ONLY and NO, they would NOT accept PayPal?! Finally, I am a "VETERAN" and HOME DEPOT 'thanks us' with a handsome 10% discount ~ EXCEPT for items ordered ONLINE, AND items one buys at the at the Customer Service desk! Jose (tall young guy with earrings), was especially helpful with my buying experience as he helped me get a rather Large item from the back-inventory and bring it to my truck. Literally nobody gives a helping hand at this store, you can be struggling to load something in your vehicle and a home depot employee will wall past you. The one star is only because of employee Jasmine. However, I would like to commend JOSE AND MUGUEL for their excellent customer service. I came in to pick up an order of gloves. I was unsure of the size so I asked if I could try them on and I immediately realized they were not the ones I ordered. She checked the scew and compared to the computer screen and the scew matched but the photo was not even close. I asked why was I given the incorrect item and with an attitude said that those were the gloves. I asked to speak to a manager and she called, briefly explained, hung up and walked away to talk to another customer. She did not say he/she was on their way and she proceeded to act as if I WAS NOT THERE. I am standing there, and Jose asked me if I was being helped and I responded I don't know. She (I pointed at Jasmine) called someone and walked away. He asked her a question and he came back to tell me that someone was on her way. I asked him if he could possibly help me and he said OF COURSE. I explained what happened and Miguel walked up and they both looked at the computer and he explained that the item I originally ordered must be an older style. He walked over to look for the glove and told me they were no longer available but offered to find me something similar. Miguel took off and Jose went online to show me different styles as well. Miguel walked back with 2 styles then took off again to bring me another style. I picked which ones I wanted and we began the process of refunding the incorrect style. As we were processing the refund, Jasmine walks up to us and bumps Jose to the side in order to see a "schedule" a d says oops, need to look at the schedule. She just stands there, looking at the schedule, head resting in her hands. He was in THE MIDDLE OF MY TRANSACTION. Jose gave me a look of what is she doing and mouthed I'm sorry. She even told someone behind her to shut up and said shit several times. When. She was finally done, he proceeded to continue the transaction. What kind of establishment hires someone who acts that way? Not once did she apologize for the item being incorrect. I understand she doesn't have the ability to see the item, however, when I said this isn't what I ordered and I showed her the difference to the screen and the actual item, she acted like she did not give a damn and had A BIG ATTITUDE. She tried to make it seem like I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I work in a warehouse and the gloves I ordered are the gloves i previously had, hence why RIGHT AWAY I NOTICED THEY WERE INCORRECT. Jose and Miguel WERE EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES! I had to ask Jose for Jasmines name because her apron did not have her name. This isn't the fault of Home Depot directly but damn they should patrol their parking lot or something. The other week I needed something from Home Depot and then made a quick stop at the ATM across the parking lot. As I was walking back to my car, I notice this guy next to my truck acting suspicious. Now, check this out, my truck is in the middle of the parking lot and the lot was pretty empty but he looked like he was trying to hide next to my truck. So I kept walk toward my truck and next thing you know the MF started pissing on my truck tire (front passenger side to be exact)!!! I yelled "WTF" and started running toward my truck cussing the MF out. Lucky for me he put it back in his pants BEFORE turning around. Now I'm up close and yelling at him - "why the F**k are you pissing on my truck!" He would have wet his pants if he hadn't emptied his bladder on my truck. He started stammering and apologizing - Man, I hate it when they don't let me stay mad! Then he said sorry and tried to SHAKE MY HAND! HELL NO!!!! I told him to get away from me. He left and I was still mad but I couldn't help laugh but damn it would have been funnier if it was someone else's truck. I went to Home Depot with my contractor and his assistant this past Friday. We were interested in purchasing new ceramic flooring. We found a good deal. The two store employees (Roger and Jamie), who waited on us were very helpful. They helped us find our supplies and when we set down to pay and do the paperwork they answered all of our questions. I have been going to this store for a number of years and I have has some good experiences and some bad ones. NOT this time. It was all good. Both of these store salesmen were terrific! This is a review for Home Depot Black Friday. My mom, sister and I have gone the last two years now and we'll keep coming back. First of all THANK YOU for being closed on Thanksgiving and keeping the tradition of Black Friday in the early morning only (5-6am). Secondly the $1 poinsettia flowers are a great door buster and gift for family and friends during the holiday season. What was so nice about this year at this location is that they provided donuts for people in line and even had a mariachi band playing in the store. Really puts us in the festive mood and shows great hospitality and service to customers. The staff was very helpful knowing where items were at and the cashiers were patient and took their time to ring us up correctly. We'll be back next year as well as throughout the year :) read more

Today I had an excellent experience with Jenny. She's very kind hearted, caring and sweet. She took her time and was patient with me.

Beware: I was just in doing a return at the customer service desk. Watch out for some employee by the name of SHEENA. She has to be over 50 yrs old. I just saw her and heard her bullying a younger employee. That girl has got to be under 21. Totally yelling at her! The young girl asked her "please stop talking about me in front of my face" and this Sheena employee went off on her. Yelling and screaming, I can do whatever I want. I will talk about you if I want to." "You cant stop me" geeeez. I almost called the Police. Where are the managers of this store. Obviously not in the store. I'm in the store al.ost on a daily basis. I have NEVER witnessed anything like that. I called the store and pressed 3 for customer service because I wanted to ask for the manager and tell them what's up. Of course they hung up on me. Love how Jose Q, Nathan V, and Jorge Q. Helped me and very helpful associates. With COVID they were wearing there masks. When there was a customer with no mask on the employee told the customer to please put it on for the safety of others like myself. The customer upset cause he was asked to do so but all the customers agreed. Customers in line learn to learn patience if lines are long deal with it, we are on COVID Mode lucky these Home Depot employees are coming to work to help us with our purchases. The items I ordered were delivered as promised HOWEVER, they were supposed to call/send me a text prior to delivery. I was in the backyard and I heard weird noises coming from the front. As I went out to check, my items were delivered, along with cracked glass doors that I DID NOT order. I ordered some framed lattice from the Carson Home Depot because my local one didn't have what I wanted. Later the same day they called and said that unfortunately they don't have it right now, but it's coming tomorrow. "Fine" I said. "I dont really care when it comes, just let me know." We'll, they called again at 06:30 AM the next day to tell me they still don't have it yet. "That's OK guys. Even if it takes a couple of weeks, it doesn't matter much to me." I said. "And could you please put a note somewhere please don't call before dawn ". I'm awake, but my wife likes to sleep in." Well, they called again, half an hour later saying they canceled my order since they don't have it yet. I now need to reorder. I can't speak for all dept. My only experience so far is the Paint Dept. There were 3 ppl behind the counter. It was a slow time so there were no other customer in the area aside from myself. After deciding what paint color i walked up to the counter. None of them were really facing me so i said "excuse me". All 3 turned and looked at me in silence. There was a pause. I guess being in customer service in the past i guess i expected "hello, how can i help you" or just a simole "how can i help you?" So after the awkward pause with no one saying anyond i said "who could help me?" One girl said "all of us can". I saud back, "ok, just wasn't sure all you guys did was just turn and looked at me." I handed one of the girl my choice of paint card, the other walked up and said, "you're a much better person than i am". The girl that was helping me made no comment. No idea if she was talking about something else or what just happened. I'll assume the former because if its on my comment then she should address it to me directly since i'm standing right there so no need for a snide remark. In a nutshell don't expect this place to focus customer service. I took the names down so if management wants to reach out i got the names ready. read more
