This Home Depot is a very nice store. They're clean and organized and always have staff ready to help one finds their needs. They have a very nice area for plants. They have a good supply of appliances and tools. Home Depot is basically a go to store with almost everything you need for your house or yard. They have some beautiful wind chimes also . One can rent tools or even rent a truck for the day. They also sell ready-made sheds. Their prices are quite reasonable.. Their checkout is all self serve. They have people around the self service stations ready to help. Veterans get a 10% discount. I like this store. It has become my go to store. I highly recommend this Home Depot .

Apparently, Home Depot doesn't store carts inside the store anymore. I went in, expecting to find a cart to shop with, only to walk around the store and not find a single cart that I could use. I left, not with what I came for, and then noticed that all of their carts are now stored in the parking lot. That's not convenient. I'll just do a pick up order and let them decide how they're gonna get stuff out to my car tomorrow. Maybe we'll have to walk out into the parking lot, get a cart, go back in and shop for me, and bring it back out to my car. That doesn't seem like a good plan.

I was not impressed with Appliance Express. I contacted them because my 3 year old Whirlpool oven…read more(that was in the house when I bought it) kept randomly losing power. I wasn't sure if it was an electrical issue in the house or a problem with the oven, but I started with the appliance. I made an appointment with Appliance Express--they couldn't tell me until the day before what time they'd come out, so I had to allocate the entire day to stay home. The day before they texted me with a time range, so narrowed it a bit. On the day of the appointment the repair guy called me when he was on his way, which was helpful. The repair guy was very nice but didn't strike me as being terribly knowledgeable about our particular oven. However, he suggested that it needed a software update (which required first connecting the oven to our WiFi). He gave me a phone number to Whirlpool support who could assist in connecting the oven to our WiFi and downloading the update. He barely touched the oven, other than to look at the current software version on the display. But for that helpful little piece of advice about needing a software update I was charged $162.36 by Appliance Express. They could have just told me over the phone, before someone ever came out, to try that solution first. I got the oven connected to our WiFi (I'm a retired IT guy and am very intentionally judicious about what I connect to our home network as I'm very aware of the security and performance/bandwidth implications of connecting devices willy-nilly). Once connected, I had trouble getting the update to install. The repair guy watched for a little while and then left. I called the Whirlpool number and they were very helpful in getting it sorted out (it turned out there was something they had to initiate on their end). After the software update I have had no problems with the appliance (other than I think it's stupid that an oven requires Internet connectivity and software updates to function). So, in the end Appliance Express identified the likely problem so that I was able to take care of it myself, but they charged me $162.36 for that little nugget of information. They could have just suggested over the phone that I try that first before they came out.

We spoke with a salesman prior to signing the contract to address the monthly payments, and the length of time it would take us to pay everything off. The payments were fair, and we signed the contract and agreed to pay by said date every month. The first month was fine, however we did get a call a few days after signing the contract that our payments would actually be more than what we originally agreed to because there was a mistake made on their part. I also notified them that the remote control they gave to us for the DVD player was not the correct remote or brand. They said they would not take it off our bill, and that we had to of made a mistake because the remote that was checked out was the correct one that went to the DVD player... We swept this under the rug and paid our " updated monthly payment" and just manually worked our new DVD player by hand to save from having to sign a new contract for a new DVD player, and having lost the money we already put down for the current on. The 3rd month A man from Aarons showed up at our doorstep to take our stuff back for not making our monthly payment. I told him it must be a mistake because our payment wasn't due for another week, and he continued to tell me that we had bi weekly payments and had not paid our last one or our current one. I refused to let him take our stuff and told him to call his manager. I shut the door and didnt hear another knock, nor did I get a call from anyone at Aarons in regard to this issue. Again, I swept this under the rug thinking he had obviously made a mistake. Month 5 comes around and they show up again. This time I called his manager as he stood in my doorway and demanded to know why dealing with them was becoming such a headache. The man I had originally done business with continued to try to tell me that we had agreed to pay everything off within 1 year ( WHICH IS NOT THE TRUTH) and that in order for us to do that we had to continue to make our bi-weekly payments. I basically told him he was full of it and that it was not on the contract that I signed. I then went up there and asked for a copy of my contract and ended up being right about what I had told him. I also made the monthly payment in advance to avoid dealing with them. Month 6- SAME THING! Another knock at the door. This time I called again and a woman tried to tell me that I had to make bi monthly payments or they had to take my stuff. The BI- monthly payments totaling almost double what my original monthly payments had been. At this point I decided I was done. Aarons is a FRAUDULENT company. They will pickpocket you anyway you can, and will look you in your eyes WITH YOUR CONTRACT IN HAND and tell you it says something it doesn't say and try to collect on it. None the less. I let them take everything that wasn't already paid off, and told them I would never do business with them again. To this day I have not, nor will I EVER make that mistake again. My best friend is currenty going through the EXACT same problem we did. Now they show up every month saying she didnt pay her "bi weekly bill" and continue to tell her when she calls that she has BEEN making BI WEEKLY payments for several months now even though she has not. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! This company needs to be shut down, or at least the one here in Georgetown. I cant believe there are actually good reviews for this place! I warn everyone thinking of using Aarons.. DO NOT! You will be throwing money away for something you will not end up keeping, that will eventually go on your debt. They will collect whatever they decide they want one way or another!!!

We needed a very specific setup for my husband, especially after his recent surgery, and Austin took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. What really stood out was how detailed and knowledgeable he is about the products. He didn't just give surface-level information -- he explained the materials, construction, support systems, and what would realistically work best for our situation. That level of insight gave us real comfort and confidence in making the right decision. It was also reassuring to know that our mattress will be manufactured after our order is placed -- not something that's been sitting in a warehouse. That made a big difference to us. I'm usually someone who overthinks larger purchases and second-guesses afterward, but this time I left feeling completely confident in the quality, pricing, and service. Austin also explained the delivery process clearly, and from other reviews it sounds like the delivery team is just as professional as the in-store experience.
