When I told him there's 2 registry's (because the first one was screwed up from my first visit to this location) he about had a blow out! I thought he was going to turn the table upside down! What struck me as different as the folks there seem to be a bit more interested in customer service. They were very gentle when it came to asking whether or not you needed any help. The store is well laid out, the Bridal Registry office being the first thing you see when you walk in. The store is set up in a "horse shoe" style floor plan so you end up right back at the front of the store when you're and...look at that...right at the check out area. I was impressed by the large amount of kitchen gadgets and hardware and am definitely going back to spend more time there.

I've gotten new blinds cut, hdmi extenders, keys, and more. I'm sure I could write more since I have a collection of names of folk who have helped me. Somewhere. The only caveat I have for you is that they have a chat bot call system, and you usually need to try different options until you can speak to a human being. It's worth it since I've gotten a lot of help from everybody throughout the store. More names in a future review I hope.

All the cleaning is green at no extra charge & they clean Ugg boots & do alterations as well, all with a smile. I plan to work with this small business for all my clothing needs. One thing to be aware of is that any items they send out to their Holyoke location to be cleaned might not be returned until after 3 or 4pm on the day of pickup, so plan accordingly!!

He was friendly and helpful and did not pressure me in any way. (He had also helped me troubleshoot on the phone earlier that day and commiserated with me on my old vac not being fixable.) I don't have the kind of income I used to have but I ended up walking out with a new Sebo E mostly because the company offers such a great warranty. With registration Tony explained that I'd get a ten year warranty (7 for labor). Wow I thought, any company that offers that kind of warranty must be making a solid product. I'm very cranky these days about how rare customer service is and how poorly things are made. It was really nice to not feel cranky for a change.

It is challenging to get the repair done as the damage were deep gouges on the landing levels. Challening to replace and repair. We were promised by their logistics representative, that has now left the company to run his own business. Promises have not been kept. I am hopeful that they still might come through. My husband repaired with painting and spackling our walls. The stairs are much harder. I will write again once it is completed. Without the man, Mike, who made promises, and seemed sincere, it seems promises might not be kept. Be careful. They replaced the machine and it came dented, but in a way we couldn't see. And we didn't want another experience with delivery. We should have been compensated for this mess. None yet.

If I were to get the same materials in Ludlow or Chicopee I would of paid $60-$80 for both total - I know this because I get materials from Ondrick or Haluch on almost a daily basis.... absolutely atrocious prices. By the time it was all said and done and we finished the project we were hired to do we paid probably $350-400 for materials that I would of paid a quarter of - or half that - anywhere else.
