    I shopped at this Floor & Decor location the past couple days. I had great customer service from helping with design ideas and helping me choosing tile, mortar and grout. They had a wide variety of different flooring. The prices all seemed very reasonable too. They helping me with loading all my material into my truck.

    I want to thank Grady James for the wonderful advise he gave us. You were right on with the perfect tile for our shower floor. Our tile layer did an awesome job and it looks fabulous. And the tiles were very reasonable priced and we were able to return the unused tiles. Would recommend this store to anyone and Grady for decorating ideas!

    Love this store. The prices are reasonable. Very helpful staff that if you have a large project they will walk around with you and add the items to their iPads. They will also help calculate what is needed if you need help. Just did a large purchase and did half of the project and had the right amount with a few extra tile left over. The store can store your order for 7 days before being returned. If you need to have your order picked up at a later date the loading dock staff are quick and will load the product for you. Prices are sometimes cheaper then large box stores.

I am not someone who enjoys department store shopping, so I came in with a very specific goal. I wanted a piece of artwork and a basket, then planned to leave. The store itself was difficult to navigate. Multiple aisles were blocked with merchandise, carts, tall baskets, or abandoned items that had not been shelved. More than once, I could not get my cart down an aisle or maneuver larger items without backing out and rerouting. I picked up a tufted storage stool and later a large art piece, but navigating the store with them became unnecessarily frustrating. The larger issue, however, was the customer service. When I entered the store, I did not even grab a cart because I intended to browse quickly. While walking through the clearance section, I found a faux rabbit rug or throw with a red clearance sticker for $29.99. Another customer nearby commented on how soft and luxurious it felt. We joked about it and discussed how comfortable clients would find something like that in an office space. At that point, I decided to purchase it, even though it was not originally on my shopping list. After continuing to browse, I selected artwork and a tufted storage piece and headed to checkout. At the register, the associate, Marsha, immediately looked at the rug and loudly said, "This is not on sale. This isn't $29." Before even attempting to scan the item, she ripped the red sticker off, left the register, and began calling for a manager while openly discussing the pricing issue. The entire interaction felt accusatory, loud, and unnecessarily confrontational. At no point had I argued about the price or requested a discount. I simply explained that I had picked the item up in the clearance section. When Marsha returned, she continued speaking to management on her headset with visible frustration and an attitude that felt entirely misplaced. She pushed the rug aside as though the purchase was no longer happening and moved on to ringing other items. I finally asked, "Are you going to scan the rug?" She responded, "Uh... yeah... you still want it?" Of course I did. I had selected it because I liked it. The rug rang up at $99. I purchased it anyway. What bothered me was not the price. It was the immediate assumption that I had done something wrong, the tone used, and the way the interaction was handled in front of other customers. To make matters worse, after paying for everything, my cart beeped at the exit. I paused and looked toward the cashiers. No one acknowledged me or attempted to assist. I tried again, and the alarm sounded a second time. I exited the store and briefly spoke with the same customer I had met in clearance. During that conversation, another associate, Sue, walked outside, grabbed my cart without speaking to me, and took it back inside the store. No explanation. No communication. Nothing. I had literally just completed my purchase. Sue returned with the cart, attempted something inside, and the cart beeped again. Clearly, the issue had not been resolved. By then, I was standing outside feeling less like a customer and more like someone being treated as suspicious despite having just paid moments earlier. Eventually, the manager, Gloria, appeared behind the registers but made no effort to approach me or address the situation. After waiting several minutes, I finally walked back inside. Gloria's response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the poor handling of the situation, she focused on explaining that customers sometimes switch tags or attempt scams. I understood immediately why Marsha had approached me the way she did. An assumption had already been made before anyone even scanned the item. I also addressed the fact that an employee had walked outside and taken my cart. Gloria stated that employees are not supposed to leave the building to retrieve stolen merchandise, which only made the situation more confusing considering that is exactly what had just happened. Her resolution was to suggest I call Mohammad, the store manager, on Monday. At that point, I chose to return every item and leave. I previously managed a women's retail store, so I understand customer service, loss prevention, and difficult situations. There were multiple opportunities for professionalism, communication, and de escalation here, and unfortunately, every one of them was missed. I have no desire to return to this location. This experience felt unprofessional from start to finish and left me questioning whether implicit bias influenced the assumptions that were made. Regardless, no paying customer should be treated this way.

Also, expected given manufacturing and shipping issues due to COVID. I was politely surprised when I got a call on Friday to confirm my delivery for Saturday. It had only been two weeks since I ordered the furniture. The voicemail said between 1pm and 6pm, but the person I spoke to said between 1pm and 2pm. So, here I am at 3:30pm with no furniture, Big's isn't picking up the phone (called 10 times), and already cleared my living room expecting a delivery. At this rate, I will waste my whole Saturday afternoon waiting for furniture that may or may not come. Thing is, I was fine waiting the 6-8 weeks. Just don't waste my time scheduling a delivery you won't make as scheduled. Update: furniture was delivered at 5:30pm. Delivery crew was quick and effective. Delivery department needs to work on communication and scheduling.

I said I needed it all here. I have family coming into town and I need the furniture here. My husband jumped on the phone and said we need the furniture today and this is what we were promised and Maria starts getting into it with my husband. I said you're not gonna talk to my husband like that. Carlos was on the phone and Calmed the situation down and said you know I could wave the $200 delivery fee. He told me a manager would call me back that day to get that $200 return to us so we agreed to receiving part of furniture on Saturday mind you they didn't get there till 445 to deliver the furniture when we had it scheduled slot and 10 to 1. Deliver the rest of the furniture on Monday which we weren't happy about. I did leave a message for Kim because she never called me over the weekend. She called me back and I explained to her the whole situation. She said she was made aware of it and I said I will be doing a yelp review, She says well that shady. (Me laughing Haha!) What shady is your delivery company. Girl back up. You guys did not delivery all my furniture when I had scheduled.

The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! From the first walk-in visit until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but professionalism, quality materials and workmanship, and friendly personnel every step of the way. After significant water damage to our master shower, we sought quotes for a complete remodel & renovation that would be reasonably priced and built with quality materials. We obtained several estimates from big box store companies and were hugely disappointed! The prices they all charged with respect to the quality of the product we would receive were criminal in my mind. That's when we discovered Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Upon entered the showroom we were immediately greeted by Ashley at the front counter. She introduced us to Brett (I later discovered was her father and owner) and the two of them listened as my wife and I described our situation, what we were looking for, and timeline we needed the work to be completed within (if possible). Expecting an estimate far exceeding our budget, we were shocked when we received a quote for a finished product with high quality materials (stone floor, marble tiles, premium fixtures, thick sliding doors) , a completion date prior to Thanksgiving (family at the house for the holiday), and costing significantly less than our previous estimates. We reviewed the proposal overnight, and the following day returned to sign the contract. Brett explained all the nuisances associated within the agreement (unlike one high-pressure contract we resolved ourselves of earlier from a different company). The schedule was set for work to begin the following week. Daniel accomplished the demolition, framing, and drywall within the first two days taking care not to damage existing and remaining bathroom items (carpet, counters, etc.). The following three days, Adrian and Juan preformed their magic with the tile installation. To say I was ecstatic with the results is putting it mildly. I was floored with how well everything turned out. True craftsmanship with attention to detail in all aspects of their work! After the tile and floor, the glass doors were installed and Leo performed the final touch-up drywall and painting jobs with the same professionalism we had grown accustomed to receiving. Throughout the process Tony ensured are relevant materials needed by the crew arrived ahead of schedule, so as not to delay the project. True to Brett's word, all repairs were completed, and my wife and I were enjoying our new shower prior to Thanksgiving day! Now that is definitely a rarity these days!!! In closing, I can't say enough good about our decision to contract our shower project out to Las Vegas Remodel and Construction. If I have any home renovation projects in the future, I know where my first quote will be sought. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordability.
