    Retail Stores are difficult to review, because it's all about the layout, mobile site, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot is no different from any other home remodeling store, except I find their stores are much easier to locate items than other stores. I can be in and out of the store in 10mins because it's easy to navigate. For those who don't shop at Home Depot very often, then your smart phone will be your best friend. Simply search their site for product (make sure you to have the right location) and in return their site will provide the aisle and Bin#. Super Helpful. A store isn't a great store without great employees. I had a question about a product and one of their employees took his time to explain the pros and cons of several different products depending on the nature of or current situation. This allowed us to make a sound decision on which product to purchase.

    Check why people go to Home Depot I had a positive experience at Home Depot with a variety of wood and plants available. I was in need of one very small piece of wood, that one piece of wood I got from the scrap, I got it without being charged. Staff cooperated me. I saw many good plants in garden over there , So I decided to buy . At the enterance I saw tomato plant support cage and took four . Overall, it seemed like I found good staff and a wide selection of products.

    I am always in awe of how helpful some of these Home Depot employees are when I have questions about anything and everything Home Depot related - installing string lights, fixing things around the house, and this time, painting! Matt (in the painting department) was super helpful in answering all my questions, pointing me to all the materials I needed, the expensive and the cheaper options. As a first time painter, I didn't even know all the questions I needed to ask. I showed him what I was planning to do, and he gave me even more tips...things I would never think of! It seems like every time we come to Home Depot, 4/5 times we'll talk to an employee who has experience in what we're trying to do and great advice with how to do it and what materials we'd need for buy for it. With their expertise alone, I wonder why they don't get paid more. Thanks Matt and Home Depot for a great experience.

    The home Depot has been in my town for awhile. I like the employees and their knowledge of the store and their knowledge with many household building needs. We went to the paint department in search of stain which turned out to be discontinued, Liza helped pick a product and tint it to match exactly what we were working with, her help was much appreciated and i know where i will be coming next time i need custom paint. I also really like the self propelled Ryobi mower, which I bought here. Thank you Jerry and Maura for the info and extra part that was missing!

    My local Home Depot is generally good, 4 stars. Pricing is high on some items so they lose a star (for example, appliance bulbs are $2.49 instead of $1.49 at all other nearby stores, not a big deal but I typically leaving thinking I'm paying more). Removing another full star because of Home Depot Measurement Services (HDMS) for carpet installation. They advertise $0.49/sqft for installation "including all carpets on display". What they don't tell you is that they charge 25% more than the displayed price for the carpet and 200-400% more for the pad. To make matters worse, the in-store HDMS employee Adrianna was rude about it, "so you assumed it would be the same price and that's our fault?" Yes, because your sign says including the carpets on display. It's on display for much cheaper... if you just say it's $1.50/sqft for installation and charge the displayed price for everything else, you may have me as a customer.

    I like this store. It always has products in stock. It is clean, organized and well maintained. There are always knowledgeable employees available to answer questions. I always find them very polite and helpful. From guiding you to locate a product, giving suggestions on how to do a project and which materials would work best, or assisting you to load your car, they always do it with a smile and "glad to help."

    I asked her one question and she was so mean + she eats in front of the customers

I believe it may have been Sahara, or something similar, and I sincerely apologize if I'm remembering it incorrectly. He was a tall young man working in the Green Leaf trimmer aisle with another coworker. Even though he was clearly in the middle of another project, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me without making me feel like I was interrupting him. From the moment he greeted me, he treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. I had come in looking for the correct light bulb, and instead of simply pointing me toward a shelf, he took the time to make sure I left with the exact bulb I needed. He answered my questions, double-checked everything, and made sure I was completely confident before I left the store. That level of customer service honestly turned my day around because you just don't see that very often anymore. I am a regular customer at this Ace Hardware. I've probably been in and out of the store around 20 times over the past week alone, so I've had the opportunity to interact with several employees. The day before, I asked another young man for assistance. He was working near the checkout area around the orange blowers. Unfortunately, my experience with him couldn't have been more different. The moment I approached him, I genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience. He barely seemed interested in helping me and acted as though answering my question was taking him away from something more important. Instead of taking a minute to make sure I had the correct light bulb, he quickly brushed me off, assured me it would fit, and sent me on my way. It honestly felt like he cared more about getting rid of me than actually helping a customer. NI trusted his advice because I assumed he knew what he was talking about. When I got home and installed the bulb, it immediately blew a fuse because it was the wrong one. That meant I had wasted my time, my gas, and had to make another trip back to the store for something that could have been prevented if he had simply taken an extra minute to help. As someone who's gotten older, moments like that can be discouraging. Sometimes it feels like people look right through you or treat you as if your questions aren't worth their time. That interaction honestly left me feeling unimportant. The very next day, the tall young man I mentioned earlier helped me with the exact same issue. Instead of rushing me, he carefully verified the correct bulb, answered every question I had, and made absolutely sure I left with exactly what I needed. In just a few minutes, he restored my confidence in your store. The difference between those two employees was night and day. One made me feel like I was simply in the way, while the other made me feel like a valued customer. The way the young man who helped me on Thursday greeted customers, willingly stepped away from his work, and took the time to make sure everything was correct honestly made me assume he must be a supervisor or manager. If he isn't, he certainly has the professionalism, work ethic, and leadership qualities to become one. There is one other thing I wanted to mention because it genuinely bothered me. While he was helping another customer in what I believe was the spray paint aisle, I witnessed a short woman speaking to him in a harsh and disrespectful tone in front of several customers. I couldn't hear every word, but it sounded like it involved a scheduling or timing issue. Whether he had arrived a little early or a little late, I don't know, and it really isn't my business. What I do know is that conversations like that should be handled privately, not in front of customers. It reflected poorly on the store, especially because from everything I observed, he appeared to be one of the hardest-working employees there. It genuinely made me feel bad for him.Employees like him are becoming harder and harder to find, and I sincerely hope Ace Hardware recognizes the value he brings to your store. I plan on returning soon, and I will make sure the highest level of management knows what an outstanding employee they have.

I showed copies of receipts for this. So I contacted corporate and.... One Star- For corporate because they allowed it to take over 2 weeks to have the district manager call me and then the district manager would not call me and had the store manager do her dirty work. The store manager had to check back with her for everything I questioned. Zero stars for district manager because corporate told her to contact me but had her store manager do it instead. After all done she left a message (probably because I complained to corporate) and her message said I calling to make sure you got my final decision on your issue. 5 stars for store manager who should get promoted to district manager because he had to do their dirty work. Why do many others get the discount I asked for and I was not allowed. Telling me they were not suppose to get it does not justify not giving me the same discount. I provided 3 other copies of receipts to show this and all they say is they shouldn't have gotten that. Bad business and this was my first and last time shopping there because of it. Too bad for them since I have a construction company. 1 of 3 receipts posted.
