Staff is friendly, if they don't know the answer to something then they will help connect you with someone who does. On hands is 9/10 accurate and if it's not they have multiple solutions to help with your project. 10/10 store with great people.

Melinda rocks. Wit a smile Melinda rocks. With a smile on her face, she processed our return and then helped us with a special order. This was on a Saturday morning with the Store Full of customers needed assistance. She made us feel as though we were the ONLY people in the store. Melinda is a Prime Example of the Customer First philosophy that you will find at the Parker Co. Home Depot.

First dispatcher was good but had to reschedule with store after calling second dispatcher that insisted, that I got a call from drivers during first attempt but did not. My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. Many details left out but this could be a short story. All that matters now is my renters have a working unit.

I am so disappointed in my recent experience at this Parker location. We have used this location in…read morethe past (2016) with excellent customer service and pricing. This time around I just needed a new dryer and an employee named Matt helped me out. I paid for it and he said he scheduled the delivery and someone would call me. When no one did, I called the store and Amy apologized and said he had not scheduled anything (also Matt was no longer with their company). Now I was an additional week out from receiving the new dryer. When no one called to confirm that second delivery date, I called back and Amy had not scheduled it appropriately either. After that, I cancelled the order altogether as the manager Jeff offered a measly $100 credit as an apology. I confirmed the cancellation with John and after 7 days and no refund hitting my bank, I called AGAIN. Klein answered this time and said the refund had never gone through! When I spoke with Jeff he blamed it on the fact that I used AuthV payment type (link sent to you via the phone) and it was a holiday weekend. WHICH IT WASN'T WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. This store has really gone downhill and I am so saddened to not do business with them again. Senior leadership should be reviewing these countless customer service issues at this store. There is a HUGE disconnect somewhere

This location we been to a number of times. I'll usually…read morebuy a few plants, flowers from the garden center. Cleaning supplies here are abundant and if there's a good deal or clearance. We were shopping for something specific today. And took some measurements before going in to look at the refrigerator. There were. Few good choices and LG has been a go to for us in the past. After a few photo ops we decided on a refrigerator but will have to come back. Also my dad veteran 10% off. The bathrooms were clean for womens bathrooms. But the smell in the hallway was not so pleasant. I'm not sure about the registers if it's only self checkout or registers open like they have at Home Depot.

Cashier made a mistake and sold me soil that wasn't in stock. I found this out when I got to the pickup area and couldn't find the product. Garden Center Manager processed refund but acted like I was interrupting her day. She was also sucking on a straw and drinking a drink in front of me, which seems very unprofessional for a management level person to be doing. She never even said thank you, sorry, you're welcome or anything you would expect from a manager who witnessed this entire debacle. She needs some serious attitude intervention.
