However, Home Depot has currently within their store inventory an inferior, Bidet toilet which is PLASTIC: I LOATHE PLASTIC because it will warp and crack after sitting on the bidet! Therefore, I'll order the Toto S7 WASHLET® Dimensions Bidet from TOTO'S URL. In general, I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. Staff have always been friendly and helpful if I had any questions. The store always has what I need for my various DIY projects and let's talk about the power tools and hand tools. Such an awesome selection. I could go broke in the power tools and Craftsman section. Today, I came to the store to return something that was shipped to my house by Home Depot. There were issues with the items and Home Depot support could not help me. They told me that I had to go to the store myself. Well, as I was at the return desk, Bryon came by and asked me about the items when I told him what the issue was, he was genuine in his concern for my poor customer service experience. After hearing what happened, he took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was a smooth transaction. He also made sure to take care of me as a customer because he told me that he didn't want me to have a poor experience. What Bryon did for me was above and beyond and I can tell you that if you have any problems, look for Bryon and he can definitely help. I hope that the store manager and management team realizes what an awesome employee they have in Bryon and it is because of employees like him, that I continually come back to the store and buy from here. Shout out to Supervisor BryOn for being attentive to customers' needs. We had an issue with a Home Depot delivery today and were honestly very frustrated with the whole process. So we made the drive to our local store and were kinda annoyed when we walked in. As we were quietly processing the return with a cashier, Bryon suddenly appeared next to us with a replacement. He resolved our issue and we were left feeling surprised and very grateful. He said he didn't want us to have a negative experience with our purchase. We had no idea he even noticed us walking in the store and being aware of the situation. We had figured we would just return the items. But instead, we were pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Bryon and Home Depot's remedy of the situation. The items we purchased weren't very big or expensive, but the way Bryon and Home Depot surprised us with the unexpected customer service has restored our faith in Home Depot. As we were walking out, my husband and I were kinda blown away. We even remarked that we hadn't even noticed him until he was standing next to us and holding a replacement! Some stealthy ninja skills! ^_^ That's a sign of a good supervisor---always monitoring what's happening in your store, even when customers don't notice! It's a home depot. The store probably has whatever you seek for that project you intend to tackle. And like any home depot you might be stymied by trying to find those desired items in the massive warehouse. I use the Home Depot iphone app. If I can get a cell service signal (only 50% of the time) I look up the item, the supposed location is cited by aisle and bay. And sometimes it just ain't there. It's been moved to another mysterious location. Then it's the hunt to find a wandering employee in an orange color apron. After failure of trying that for 10 minutes exasperarated I just walk all the way over to the customer help desk / returns area to ask an employee there. Hopefully they can be helpful. Then it's the trudge back to where the item is supposedly shelved. I do get in my daily steps when visiting a Home Depot. For all this effort I get a 10% discount (lumber doesn't qualify) because I was a soldier in the US Army for 7 years. And now you just read the reasons why I've become a faithful Ace Hardware customer. Ace is the place with knowlegeable, helpful friendly employees, good quality merchandise and a store that is a sensible size. No sensory overload. read more

Came to Home Depot today to redo a lot of my yard (new fencing, soil to fill 3 8x12 garden boxes and whatever else I feel like I might need), figuring I'm gonna spend about $2500. Also brought a socket to warranty that's been sitting on my tool box. Stopped at customer service first to handle the "lifetime warranty" husky socket. They put in my phone number, scanned the socket and told me I need the original receipt to warrant the socket. Since when? This is the only place to buy this socket. So I walked out over a $6 socket because they wouldn't warranty their own damn lifetime warranty tool. Went to Lowe's and spent over $2300 within the next hour. Good job Home Depot on having a ridiculous policy that costed you today's and a lot of future sales. I won't be back, but I doubt their customer service cares. read more

My daughter had fun and we'll definitely go every month for the workshop. It was a fun family bonding for everyone. Workshop is every first Saturday of each month. This review is for the tool rental department. Today I received 5 star customer service. Easy check in and out. Had the tiller I needed and did not have to reserve online. The nice gentlemen helped me get the rototiller in my car. I got home and It started and worked great for 10-15 minutes but then I could not get it going again & it went downhill from there... I attempted to troubleshoot using Google/youtube etc. I returned the tiller as soon as I could. The staff offered me some options. Excellent customer service. Thank you for helping a defeated could be terrible situation and turning it in to a not so bad experience. Rent from this location. Great selection and excellent customer service. read more

I had a reservation for a vehicle and I happened to check my email the evening before and saw that it was canceled. I had a project and other equipment was lined up for this and now I'm stuck having to cancel and left loading the deposit. I called to find out what happened but no o e could explain what happened. Now I'm stuck eating the cost of this and they didn't even offer any alternatives. The alternatives are gong to cost me $100 dollars more and that's something I can't afford right now. So it's been awhile I have visited this Home Depot. What I noticed, is the new Self Check Out Kiosk. What I find annoying about this so called self check out. Is why an employee grabs a scanner gun to get you started and goes to another customer then back to you. Ask questions and trains you on the kiosk. If you want to be efficient, go back to old ways and with customer service employees and registers. Don't be a Brick & Mortar Amazon with synthetic humans and KPI Management who hasn't been on the floor and actually helped a customer. This part of the 2st century is proving this type of efficiency & cost saving is lazy management and poor procurement buying. I'll still buy here. But I don't feel this is "Home Depot". read more

Home Depot isn't very inclusive and quite honestly extremely bias towards ethnic people. The men look away and try not to help. Their faces show their annoyance in any question they are being asked. Discouraging for women to go there alone and ask for help. The ONLY PERSON who was amazing was FAY. A kind elderly lady who was attentive and she gave valuable advice. If everyone had grace and patience like her, it would be a better store. read more

Service here is awful! My mom is a DoorDash driver and she had to pick up two separate orders and asked the cashier to make separate payments to the card. The cashier (a white, very tall girl) was awful and told her in a condescending tone that she wanted to put it in the same payment and when my mom said that she would feel better if they would charge it separately, the cashier got mad and started throwing the things that she got to the side. read more

My order was 92 miles away and 15 days later it's no closer to being here. I called the 800 number and was hung up on after 9 minutes

Visited the site on 10/24 to buy some wood pieces and have them cut. This can be problematic since there are usually no people in the area and service members tend to avoid you when you want something cut but not Tanner. He went out of his way to make sure to get all the alterations complete. Even when it was time for him to get off work, he made sure to collect somebody else to finish up the couple of items left. This was Craig who stepped in to finish up the work and he was great as well. Thanks guys! read more

Home Depot close to home!! Yay!! Coming here for (nearly) all of our home improvement needs. Staff is friendly, helpful, and this place is surprisingly CLEAN! Another Home Depot I recall had huge rats running around the aisles.. pretty nasty. Didn't see anything like that in this location. Selection is vast, just as you'd expect your local Home Depot to be. Great deals all the time, just depends on what you need and when you need it. Parking has always been manageable every time we've returned. Surrounding area, as you can imagine, is safe and environment is great for family. Just don't let your toddlers go running around or they could get seriously hurt! Glad this Home Depot is close to home. Will be stopping by often, for sure. read more

We have a long lasting tradition of going to home depot with the kids for various tasks. An employee confronted us about having our 3 kids standing on a lumber cart while holding on to rails. Been doing it with the kids for years, never had issues. The lumber cart is like a big roll cage. Safest place for a kid is probably the lumber cart while shopping. Alternative would be them running around grabbing things off the shelves. Its a bad policy if this is the case! Ended up going to Lowe's across the street and they didn't harass me a about it. Never received a call back for my reinstallation project. The original installation of my over the range microwave was done poorly that it caused the microwave to breakdown. The power cable was jammed against the small opening that they forced it causing the cable to bend. I will not buy at this store again. read more

So I locked myself out of my bedroom (I'll pause here and wait till you stop laughing). Ok, so I have a locksmith come and he can't get me in so he breaks the lock. So on to Home Depot to get a replacement. Found what I wanted and came home. Problem. They sold me a Entry lock set with no keys. Only way that happens is if someone returns it and they don't check it to make sure all the parts are there. I called to tell them what happened and that I was not happy. There response is "well bring it back and we'll exchange it." The problem with that is that it is already installed. Good news is the locksmith was able to rekey the lock. Thanks Home Depot for not doing your job (checking to make sure all parts are in the package). read more

Helpful employees If you can find an employee that can assist you in finding something you need then that's great! If that item is located way above my height and is unreachable even on my tippy toes and an employee was able to help you then that's even twice as great! I was in and out in a few minutes and got what I needed because of the employees assisting me. The workers were eager to help shoppers and get everyone in and out of the store quickly. The first worker directed me to the exact place of the Hardware aisle at Bay 14 and the second worker gave me a different suggestion, a better one, on what type of hardware to get. Also, during this COVID-19 pandemic business hours have changed to close at 6:00p. The store was not crowded but there were shoppers inside. Many seemed to be looking to get some projects done during the statewide stay at home order. When I'm shopping here at Home Depot I am usually at the plant section shopping for flowers and garden needs but this last visit was sort of an emergency need and I was glad to be in and out of the store in a quick manner. We tried to return one item in Folsom and waited over an hour while they tried to get me a credit.. This Review is only based on my first time in this home depot location. I will not be returning to this location ever. I had just bought a jig saw at a location closer to me and after I paid the helpful worker at the sunrise location let me know this location had the upgraded (2x more expensive) version of the jigsaw and it wasnt too far away. I thought about it in the truck and then drove directly from that location to this one to return the less expensive one and buy the more expensive brushless version. The return services lady SUSAN decided the box looked tampered with. (It was not) she said its policy to open every box that has been returned. I know thats an outright lie. I have bought over 10k worth of stuff from Home depo since this time last year and returned things here and there never had them open a never been opened box. As she struggled to open the box, she then took it as far to claim the glue holding the box was not the glue that the box is normally sealed with.. so now shes an expert on glue. I Pointed out that my purchase was at 8:44am today and its 9:00am and the location is 9 minutes away, it would be literally impossible for anyone to open, steal something out of it, and seal it back up. (As a glue expert she should know this) she struggled trying to open it for another minute and then decided that since she cant open the box that it is no longer important to check the contents of the box and processed my return. I returned the RYOBI 18v Jigsaw at $74.36 and asked where to buy the other one she just said hardware and pointed. Again Ive never been to this store. I then found the RYOBI brushless jigsaw at $139.00 And had a pleasant experience with the cashier Debanhi who was extremely helpful. The only reason I would give this location positive marks is Debanhi wore a mask and was very friendly and they had the item I needed in stock. I feel SUSANs actions were racially motivated as I am a young black person. read more

They have several styles that I would assume have different price points, but I have to make that assumption because little in the garden area is marked. So I asked an employee for help and after 15 minutes of her work, she could not find the price of them either. So I guess they don't want to sell them to us. Came here on Sunday to pick up some blinds and other supplies for some repairs I was doing on my rental property. Didn't notice any attempts at the door to limit the # of customers entering, however there didn't seem to be a large mob of customers inside either. While looking for my stuff, 80% of my time was spent wandering around aimlessly looking for an associate to help me. This is literally the most understaffed Home Depot I've ever been to. I can only imagine that they keep their shelves stocked by delegating all of their payroll hours to stockers at the end of the night/early morning. At one point, I saw someone wearing a dress shirt and name tag who looked like a manager giving directions to one of the aproned associates, so I tried to flag them down but they just kept walking past me. For such a large store, although clean and well stocked, they really need more floor staff to help with lost customers who can't find what they're looking for! read more
