Are you freaking kidding me?? I like to save a buck but that is disgusting. That should have been a clue right there but, alas, it wasn't. I have since learned they are under new ownership since my original purchase but I have dealt with the new folks during the month they were "working" on my fridge and they may not be creepy like Frank but they without a doubt are incredibly rude and mega unprofessional. The delivery people are some of the worst as well. They did not take my front door off the hinges and proceeded to scratch the fridge after they forced it through the doorway, even though it clearly wasn't fitting properly. They also were lazy and instead of walking 3 extra feet off the front porch, they cut through my front yard and walked through an entire section of plants and flowers. Not only did they completely trample them, the grill guard from the bottom of the fridge got caught on the plants and ripped completely off and they just left it lying in my garden area. What a bunch of disrespectful jerks. I could go on and on about many other instances of wrongdoing but I think you get the idea. This was by far THE WORST retail experience I have ever had! I bought a fridge that they lied and claimed that it was an unsused "scratch and dent" model. There were no shelves in it when it was in the store, but when it arrived, there was plenty of moldy crumbs left behind. It was delivered the third appointment that was set, with all sorts of excuses on why they missed it the first two times, and the third time it was three hours late. IT DID NOT WORK! They told me to give it a couple days. Finally they sent a repair person to the house who "fixed"it. They put me off for another week before sending a second repair guy out who said they needed to order parts. A week later, part arrived, and they needed to schedule a time to pick it up to fix it in the shop. A few missed appointments later, they finally picked it up. After a few weeks and many unreturned phone calls, they said it was working and scheduled delivery. As usual, not on time or close to reasonably late. And again, I was delivered a fridge that did not work. They eventually agreed to give me a refund and pick up the crap that they sold me. Now it has been a few months and still no refund. They are now offering store credit. LIKE THERE IS ANYTHING IN THEIR STORE THAT I WOULD WANT IN MY HOUSE NOW!!! Don't buy their crap, and save yourself from their lies and lack of service!
