I came in for just a few items and was completely ignored while shopping -- no help when I struggled with containers, no help in the cleaning section, and no help finding vacuums. The moment I placed smaller items in storage bins to carry them, I was suddenly approached multiple times, not with real service, but with suspicion. At self-checkout, an employee told me she needed to check the bins "because people like to put stuff between them." This was insulting and implied I was trying to steal. When I returned my items and explained to the manager that I felt profiled, her response was: "We are a pretty diverse team, I'm sorry you felt that way." That didn't address the issue at all. On top of that, I noticed employees staring at me during the return, which only confirmed the profiling. I will not shop here again. Customers deserve respect, not to be treated like suspects.

One of my favorite tool stores. They have everything I want. The staff is friendly and helpful when you can run one down. Too many tools to choose from, I want everything.

So, I used to be a Lowe's girl, but, recently, I have found Home Depot to have a better selection of plants - and plants is what I have wanted lately. We got some beautiful Gardenia plants. First, I only got one, but when I saw how pretty it was, and that the deer didn't bother it, I decided to pull up some unhealthy and ugly looking Rosemary plants and plant more Gardenias. They look lovely - such an improvement! I also got a couple of Jasmine plants, some Lantana and a couple of Salvia plants. During the quarantine, we have taken the opportunity to spruce up our home and landscaping, and Home Depot has been very useful. We got Granite Grip, a coating for concrete, to use on our front porch and walkway. I also want to get new cushions for an outdoor settee, and some solar lights. We're on a roll!

Ordered back in early September and they were suppose to deliver on the 27th of October. And neither of us have a fridge in the homes that we are at. Well, they called yesterday and said for unseen circumstances they won't be delivered until November 22nd. 2 DAYS BEFORE Thanksgiving!!!! So we needed a fridge FAST!! So off we went and found American Frieght in San Antonio. We were greeted by the nicest salesperson Rita! She is a dream. She helped us look for exactly what we needed. And could get us a delivery in 2 days. Since we would eventually get our other fridges we thought we could buy smaller ones that would eventually go in our laundry rooms. Rita was just great. She wrote up both our orders, but there was a gal that came in after us, but her order got done first and took the last spot for a Friday delivery. This is where Rita did her best to help us out. She got the manager to come over and because they knew our situation with my daughter and her 3 little babies that we needed a fridge ASAP!! Jeremy did his magic and got us a delivery for the next day on Thursday! We couldn't of been more happy. Thank you Rita and Jeremy for being such great people. We will do all of our appliance shopping here from now on. Oh and P.S. Rita gave us some great places to go and to eat. We aren't from here so we had such a nice conversation with her and got some great advice.

First two times was the same person, third time I believe was a different person. Third time was lots of mansplaining, laughing at people asking about pricing, them not understand that based on the quality of the item (uneven chair because of missing padding) it was reasonable to ask about pricing on certain items. They're going out of business which I guess makes sense based on the poor quality of service and selection of items and pricing.

This means that the selection is slightly more limited, but you may find yourself a deal! The location is roughly next to a busy HEB. However, there is plenty of parking. Service is very helpful, though be prepared to endure an onslaught of upselling (warranties, et cetera). Selection is superb for appliances like stoves, fridges, and washer/dryer sets. Aside from the upselling issue, you'll also need to bring your cell phone with a QR reader. It's annoying as you may not be able to identify laptops by sight since they're in boxes and kept in secure cages. Once you scan the item you'll be able to find out its price, open-box condition, and all the specs. Highly recommended for those looking for the best deals on electronic or home appliances!

After paying for delivery, install, and removal of old unit, the price was $675. The first at attempt came at the wrong time, and I wasn't there. For the second attempt, three days later, they brought the wrong dishwasher, and the wrong installation kit. The thirdpartdeliverycontractors were not surprised by this, as they frequently deliver for them. I was informed they do not carry the length of hose I needed, I would have to put has those my self. They had tasked about sizes when I paid for the kit. So, three more days, and we'll try again. But that's just the dishwasher. For brevity's sake I'll say it's was a stew of similar scale. To their credit, I was able to resolve it that day, but for an extra $100. If you have questions about anything, good luck. I would suggest shopping here ONLY if you have a very high level of frustration tolerance. They get two stars only because of the unit priceShop around. If you can get a deal for $699 with free deliver & install, (as I've seen advertised) spend the few extra bucks. Btw: they quoted me $130 to install the refrigerator. To install a fridge, you screw on a waterline, and plug it in. You never want to pay that price for a refrigerator install.

We made several trips, because he didn't specify what he needed each time. Each item was installed incorrectly except the double ovens. The fridge was crooked, the dishwasher not aligned or installed right, the downdraft wasn't put back together right and still doesn't come up straight. He told me there wasnt a regulator with my range top so we wouldn't be able to use it. I spent nearly $100 to have one overnighted and it turns out it was in there he whole time. He also told me it was safe to cook on it, but we turned it on and smelled gas. He didn't install the fitting correctly and put my family at risk. Fast forward three weeks. I have texted him twice and called once, but he fails to return my calls. He never delivered the custom panels of handles we paid $1500 for, and now has vanished. Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you have upper end appliances. I now have to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. Beware.

We called the shop at 8:30 PM on a Sunday because we just noticed there was water leaking on the floor. We left a message. Well guess what the owner of the business called us back at 9:15pm to schedule a service call to fix our Maytag. We have had that refrigerator for twelve years without any problems and when they came and serviced it we were told it sounded like something was wrong with the compressor. We were so worried that we might need a new one. Well he diagnosed the problem and found that a relay next to compressor was bad. Once he replaced the part the refrigerator was so cold and I was so happy I gave the man a tip. The service we received was more than excellent. We would give these guys 10 out of 5 if possible. I normally don't write reviews but this one was warranted. Do yourself a favor if you have an appliance not working and just call these guys out. They know customer service.

The first time he called, my husband spoke to a guy who said they needed to see the key first to see if they could do it. Fair enough, but they could have looked the key up first on Google or something. My husband forgot to ask how much it would cost IF they could do it, so he called back. A woman took his call and was short with him, as if she didn't want to be bothered. She snapped, "Oh no - we can't do that!" My husband told her he just talked to a man who told him to bring it down. So then she said "Oh, okay. $2 or $3." When he arrived and handed them the key, she took one look at it and "No we can't do that!" She was very abrupt. We would have shopped a bit for other things, we got the clear impression that our business wasn't wanted. For anything. They were not busy at all. I can understand that they couldn't make the key, but a little more kindness and perhaps some initiative to find out exactly what kind of key we needed would have gone a long way. Since they make keys, and are no doubt familiar with modern fob type car keys, a little engagement of the gray matter would have saved everyone a big hassle.
