When I asked about it, she said, "Oh yeah, they're good if you have good credit," making an unwarranted assumption about my financial situation. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with another salesperson. When I asked to work with that same person and inquired about his availability, I got vague answers, despite the rep admitting she'd already messaged him. Due to me bringing up the military discount my friend received, she quickly said, "We don't offer military discounts." I quickly called my friend on the spot to clarify. As she over heard our conversation confirming his experience just days ago, she used air quotes for this contradicting statement. We don't offer "discounts," but only the manager can apply them, and only if I don't directly ask". This conversation initiated the text to her manager. Now whether she did or not, further displays the untrustworthy communication received. Her interaction with me was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. I believe the treatment was discriminatory and not in line with fair, professional business conduct. Sure, everyone has bad days but this is not a interaction any customer should receive. I will be filing this complaint to bring awareness and encourage accountability and/or training personnel better in communication. Please attempt to look at other similar businesses before considering visiting this one

We were referred to affordable appliances by our cabinet rep at lowes. Ron came out and was very…read morefriendly and talked the talk, so we purchased a $7000 fridge, paid him for custom panels, and paid him for install of our Wolf range top, fisher paykel dish drawers, beverage fridge, Miele coffee maker, pop up downdraft and double ovens. We made several trips, because he didn't specify what he needed each time. Each item was installed incorrectly except the double ovens. The fridge was crooked, the dishwasher not aligned or installed right, the downdraft wasn't put back together right and still doesn't come up straight. He told me there wasnt a regulator with my range top so we wouldn't be able to use it. I spent nearly $100 to have one overnighted and it turns out it was in there he whole time. He also told me it was safe to cook on it, but we turned it on and smelled gas. He didn't install the fitting correctly and put my family at risk. Fast forward three weeks. I have texted him twice and called once, but he fails to return my calls. He never delivered the custom panels of handles we paid $1500 for, and now has vanished. Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you have upper end appliances. I now have to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. Beware.

We called the shop at 8:30 PM on a Sunday because we just noticed there was water leaking on the floor. We left a message. Well guess what the owner of the business called us back at 9:15pm to schedule a service call to fix our Maytag. We have had that refrigerator for twelve years without any problems and when they came and serviced it we were told it sounded like something was wrong with the compressor. We were so worried that we might need a new one. Well he diagnosed the problem and found that a relay next to compressor was bad. Once he replaced the part the refrigerator was so cold and I was so happy I gave the man a tip. The service we received was more than excellent. We would give these guys 10 out of 5 if possible. I normally don't write reviews but this one was warranted. Do yourself a favor if you have an appliance not working and just call these guys out. They know customer service.

While sifting through my most prized items recently, I realized just how cool they would look framed on the walls of the haunted murder dungeon I call my home. Framing, though, can be an expensive proposition, especially at Kurt Youngblood, the premier framing business in town. I've dropped many thousands of dollars there over the years, money well spent but not economically feasible moving forward; I simply have too much stuff! Only recently did I discover that Hobby Lobby had a framing department. The prices I saw advertised online were a fraction of what I've spent at Kurt Youngblood, but I was skeptical. Should I entrust unvetted workers at a chain with my priceless, one-of-a-kind items? My intuition told me "yes," so off I went. I'm glad I did! About a week ago, I dropped off three personally signed horror movie posters for framing. One was signed and dedicated to me by Robert Englund ("Freddy Krueger"), and the other two were signed by Don Coscarelli, writer and director of the excellent "Phantasm" film series. The guy at the counter took a photo of each poster, fed the photos into a computer program, and showed me how they would look with various frames and borders. I settled on a black frame with a red border for all three. He told me they would be ready by September 23rd, which seemed reasonable, and quoted me a price of approximately $125 each. That might sound steep, but Kurt Youngblood would have charged me at least 50% more. Imagine my surprise when I received a call that all three posters were ready only a few days later! This Hobby Lobby is only a short drive from my house, so I rushed over to pick them up. All three were perfect: seamless, symmetrical, and exactly what I had requested. They look gorgeous and professional, and I can't wait to hang them on my walls this weekend. I'm so impressed with the work Hobby Lobby did that I plan to have several more items framed there very soon. Look at the three photos I've posted so far and revel in their awesomeness! I also take perverse, ironic pleasure in the fact that my Freddy Krueger poster -- which references my spirit communication evidence and refers to me as a "bitch" -- is now the featured photo for Hobby Lobby, a business run by a Fundamentalist Baptist. Now, if only I could locate the letter and pentagram doodle I received from Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker. *I should have written "incarcerated serial killers." If I had correspondence from active serial killers, then that would be impressive indeed.

They had a healthy variety of leaf blowers, but the Husqvarna was on sale! In the end, I got the thing home, and nervously pulled the cord a few times, and it started right up! Whrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! They also sell horse gatorade, mane shampoo, and ivermectin here, if you're a stallion. I always like to check out their lawn decorations here. They've always got some of the classiest decor in the south.
