    I put in my order at about 5PM for next day pick up. By 7PM that evening, it was already ready for me to pick it up from the locker.

    Top notch service. I put in my order at about 5PM for next day pick up. By 7PM that same evening, it was already ready for me to pick it up from the locker. I got 2 packs of Camo brand deck screws and 2 sets of joist hangers for a 2x.

    Second time coming to this store for the same light bulb that keeps blowing out in less than a month. I bought this bulb on Feb 28th and already blew. I took it to the returns counter and Kent help me pull up my receipt because I didn't have it. A lady help me in the electricity section and was going over some options for me. So i brought the bulb back to the counter where Kent was and he was so nice as he saw I needed a pair and told me to get another and he actually paid for the second bulb which cost $6.98. Now this is what I call great customer service!!!!! I would come back because of people like Kent.

I bought a gel glue that even when I stuck a pen in it to jostle it, it didn't want to come out. I came in to return and possibly exchange and Dave slammed it on the counter til some came out and insulted me AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME! I went in the back to grab a contact cement and the contents were clear and settled not creamy like A new bottle should be. The original gel i got from this ace was stiff and obviously old. I went to Lowe's to get glue and behold they had NEW GLUE where the gel glue HAD MOVEMENT and the contact cement was cloudy and filled to the top. The woman I think her name is shari is always pleasant. It's a shame that someone as hateful and mean as Dave works there. Posting pictures of NEW GLUE so you can check it Against your EXPIRED GLUE.

I had just did a trade-in a couple days earlier at Lowes and used the tank about 30 minutes on low while I sat out back to enjoy a cigar and a glass of bourbon. So since I would do the same on New Years, I wanted to simply top off the tank. The tank was still at least 3/4 full. I carried the tank to the front and the guy told me to leave the tank up front and they would take it back to be filled. While I waited 3 other people came in to fill their tanks. Now, I am used to how the East Point Hardware operates as they allow you to see them fill the tank and then they write down the amount of propane filled and you simply take it to the register and pay and then pull your car up to grab the tank as they do not allow tanks in the store due to it being a fire hazard. When (she) manager brough my tank and receipt it read full price for a full refill. I knew this was impossible as the tank was barely used. I asked her to show me the amount placed in the tank and she simply said it was a full refill. When I told her this was impossible, she stated all of the tanks she received were full refills. I asked again, how could a tank that was 3/4 full need a full refill (price)? She could not even look me in the face when she said this as I knew she was not telling the truth even after questioning this a few times with her. Unfortunately, I bet this has happened to a lot of customers that did not pay attention to their receipt as it looks like this location will charge you for a full refill no matter how much propane is in the tank at the time of receiving for refill. This is truly an unscrupulous way to do business. Not everyone waits until their tanks are completely empty before getting refills. I am not sure if this is the manager's business practice or if she was trained to do it this way. Either way, it's not good!! Overcharging for propane refills I guess is an easy way to additionally get additional profit from customers. I am all for making sure a business makes their profit margins on their products, services etc, but do it ETHICALLY! By the way, the 2 young high school looking guys at the front of the store were very friendly.
