My next move was to contact the YouTube channel directly for an order status. That's when I found out that TeeMerch dba Legit Cloth at 4005 Campus Drive in Fort Worth sells counterfeit merchandise. I'm local and it really ticks me off that I paid all this money and they sent me crappy poor quality tshirts. He was nice about it and checked to make sure they had given me a shipping label. Well, I just called customer service regarding the exchange and it turns out, they could have just ordered the shoes I wanted in the store and taken care of my exchange right then and there. I wish the guy had told me that instead of sending me on my way. There was no one else in the store, he wasn't busy, he could have helped me with it and saved me time and inconvenience. Either he is not well informed about ordering and exchanged processes or he was just being lazy. Poor service either way.
