In the men's restroom it's absolutely awful because they have stuff thrown and shoved all over the bathroom and around the corners it seems like it's definitely a fire hazard just walking around. One of the weird things I found was a checkbook from many years ago. Nobody should be selling that that thing needs to be sent to the fire. I will say that in my last few visits I have encountered Tina's daughter who is the perfect combination of direct and personable. She possesses both the patience and the skill to reach a wider customer base. I recommended Tina's to a close friend who shared that her interaction with Tina was not the best, but Tina's daughter stepped in and was wonderful so she will be a repeat customer. They have a good selection, alterations are done on site and the expertise is not easy to find elsewhere.

Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. There was someone there already getting a watch battery replaced. So, while waiting, I walked around admiring their clocks and watches. They have quite a selection - great if you need a nice clock for yourself or as a gift. I took some pictures and a short video and posted them for you to see. When it was my turn, he took the watch and went in the back. It didn't take much more than five minutes for him to return with the watch working again! And the price was very reasonable, under $20. Fun store with good service.
