I lived at Charleston and Jones for five years and it feels like as soon as I moved, good dining options finally moved into the area! Human Bean is the newest to move to the area, their drive-thru only spot tucked in next to a car wash. It's small enough to miss when you drive by if you're not paying attention. I had my usual order here, an iced Mexi Mocha, and it was consistent with my expectations from visits to other locations. I'm glad to see HB getting more Vegas valley locations, they're a great option. First timers, note that the displayed menu at drive-thru is simplified but they do have more options, seasonal flavors and featured specials - maybe look up their site/app beforehand or just ask. They also have a few food options. I'm not sure if pricing varies from location to location but $8 for a medium seemed higher than expected. Prices are not listed on the drive-up menu which makes it hard to know what you're spending and tbh feels deceptive. Very friendly and fast service, fairly priced, and the cold brew tasted delicious. I like the chocolate covered espresso bean that comes with their drinks. Drive thru was very convenient. I've been wanting to stop by this place because I pass by it all the time. Sadly, I was unimpressed. PROS: - The staff were super friendly and my order was accurate - The location is in a clean area and it's easy to get in and out of the plaza - They have soy milk! Several coffee shops have started eliminating soy milk from their menus, but I'm glad they have it available CONS: - I ordered an Iced 24oz. Vanilla Mocha with soy milk and it tasted watered down. It tasted like chocolate water - For a drive thru only coffee shop, their prices were on the high end. With tip, my drink was over $10! Their closest competitor - Dutch Brothers - is a few dollars less for a similar drink with tip Overall, I'm always looking to support small businesses, but it's hard to justify the high price and lack of sit down space. read more

I love Human Bean! But the Henderson location is just too far for me to go for some coffee. When I heard this location had opened on Charleston, I couldn't wait to check it out! We swung by last Sunday afternoon, and there was no one in the drive-thru. We got a large almond granita to share, which was tasty but a little on the sweet side. I'll have to come back and try their lattes and cold brew to see if it's as good as I remember from the other locations! Food was good remind me of a specific griddle sandwich, but I think this one might be better. Frozen granita With macadamia milk had a nice flavor to it not too sweet I can taste the espresso which I like. Service was good and the vibe were always positive. read more

I came here for the first time today around 10:30am, must be a new place! I haven't seen it here before. I tried their blended coffee and it was super yummy, even had a chocolate espresso bean on top! They seemed a little busy, but still treated me with the utmost care! The girl at the window absolutely made my day, she is the sweetest customer service worker I have met. She gave me compliments and was so friendly with a gorgeous smile! I just found my new coffee place. Was driving by and saw this new drink shop and decided to try it. It's a drive thru and walk up window - not a sit down inside place. We got the Santa special (or something like that) which is mocha, peppermint and cherry and a blended green tea smoothie. Both were soooo good. Definitely going back again to try more things. This was my first time trying this spot, really wanted something that wasn't a chain since I had time today to stop in some where. The drink I got was 16 oz (so like a small/medium depending on where you normally go) I chose macadamia milk, sugar free vanilla and caramel sauce. This was to replicate the caramel macchiato I get from Starbucks. While the drink WAS good, I was pretty shocked at the price. I left a $1.50 tip and the total for this one drink was over $10 with that small tip included. So about $8/9 for a smaller sized coffee. I then noticed later that the menu has no pricing listed... I see why now. Probably won't be back just because I can't afford that expensive of a coffee all the time but it was good, just not so insanely special it needed a near $10 price tag. read more

I'm an insane coffee guy I drink drips and americanos with just a little half and half no sugar. I have to say I love everything about this place the people are nice they give you a cute bean. I have only had the large Americano and it's one of the best I have had I highly recommend it you can thank me later. Its 113 degrees here in Las Vegas today and I could not place a simple drink order when I was there 30 minutes ago. Michaela was so patient as she was trying to help me figure out what I wanted. For first timers there we did not get the proper welcoming, employees did not look prideful about they're job! We got no suggestions cashier at window looked confused when we asked what would be recomended she just brought out menus that clearly did not answer our questions! The atmosphere was just not it!
