Once you pull in off 192 you will find self service stations where you can prewash and scrub off some of those love bugs. Most of the time prewash may be unnecessary as the machine is pretty good on its own. Once you pull through someone will direct you to lineup with the washer track and spray some prewash soap on you. You will then enter this machine and get coveted in foam. Several sets of bush's will scrub you clean followed by a super hard blow job and some spinning polishing rollers. You may then roll over and use the vacuums at no additional charge.

Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself. There was no wiping of the dash or in car services. The cup holders and here shift areas were full of crumbs and debris. The exterior was good. I have only ever received the outside full wash but they offer a full interior and exterior detail if you have time. I can stay in my car as it goes through the wash and they offer a free towel and air freshener every time I pay for a car wash. Overall I look to make sure the car wash doesn't leave residue or scratch the paint. This is the only wash to trust with your vehicle.

Finally got a hold of someone weeks later, sent the estimate and then still no response. This went on for weeks. Even emailed the company email address. Nothing for weeks and then I finally got a response asking for more information, which I promptly sent everything they asked for and then crickets for months now. A $12 service ended up costing me over $150 to find and ship the part and have it replaced myself. Still nothing from "management." An absolute joke of a business.
