Good car wash, Newest game in town. As you pull up, to your right there are some stations where you can stop and prewash your car and try to remove some of the bug's and really tuff stuff that has been on your car for awhile. Once you pull around and pay you can see the big drive through machine. I found a guy with a hose who started to spray my car and getting it pre-wet. I really do prefer a car wash that has soft touch vs the high-pressure washers. If you like the soft touch wash, this is the spot for you. You go through a series of different scrubbers. It does a pretty good job! You get finished off with a strong blowjob to dry off your car. The jet blowers do a really good job drying most of your car. After you pull out there are some free vacuums you may use. You are free to give your car a good suck just try not to take too long. read more

I've been to this location several times always purchasing the best wash and then detailing and vacuuming on my own. Yesterday I decided to get the same wash, but went with the package where they wipe down and vacuum for you. My wash was decent, my only complaint is that the tire shine didn't apply evenly, it was running down the tires when it came through the wash, and sprayed all over my wheels, making them look dirty. I wiped them off when I exited the garage. The girl wiping the outside missed the front end of my car, leaving water spots in the "chrome" areas that you'd generally want to be nice and shiny. The rag used to dry off my trunk lid/back window had something on it which left awful streaks. The vacuuming job was good, great job with cleaning the door jambs, and the console looked great. Unfortunately, they skipped wiping down the dash, and the inside of my windshield was left streaky. Yes, I know, you get what you pay for, and if you want it perfect, do it yourself, right? An absolute waste of $15. Saw the place is always busy and figured it must be good. What looks like wax (and soap?) have now dried on my car in patches. If I had know I wouldn't have paid extra for wax. Will now have to go somewhere else to get another place to fix it. The parking spots for the vacuums are also right on top of each other. I was a customer of bills car wash for over two years. Today I went into upgrade my plan to the 39.99 a month plan to include a ceramic coat. The attendant insisted that in order to upgrade, I need to get a new sticker applied to my truck. I told him I didn't want a sticker on my truck as I had the sticker attached to my keychain. They said that they could not sell me that and then they would have to cancel my current membership. I only get a car wash once a week. They just lost a customer. read more

I appreciated Bill's Car Wash while we lived in the area. Now that we are no longer there, I wish I could find a car wash that delivers the satisfaction we received by using Bill's. From the bug prep areas to the great after-wash wiping and vacuum areas, Bill's has the niche on the market in the Melbourne area. Though I did experience an issue with the conveyor,vacuum and detail, area at the 192 location, they responded to my complaint and did their best to resolve it. Consistency is the Achilles heel of this place. Depends who is working the day you come in with your vehicle and so will be the level of detail. They wash the mats but fail to rinse the soap, good luck getting a proper cleaning on your glass surfaces, just a high level of turn over in personnel and lack of care attitude in my opinion. Car washes outside of bases, or downtown areas, etc... Bills Car Wash provides more for the money, than any other place. Why? 1. Because the bug station alone is a major plus! Bugs are everywhere here in Florida. I can get all the bug guts off my grill. 2. The car wash itself is strong enough to get my truck clean, but not too hard where my paint gets damaged, etc. 3. My truck does not smell like well water after the wash. It smells good. I used other car washes and my truck smelled like a McDonalds trash can. 4. They work hard to keep the towel bin full. Many other places you have to hunt down employees to get towels. Not at Bill's! 5. Vacuums work well! Every now and then you have a clog from the idiot that decided to vacuum 50 lbs. of mulch out of the car and 20 of their children's toys. The people that gave 1 star rating blame others for their own laziness! Yes, you may have to wipe a little bit of water off where the air blower missed or maybe a stubborn spot that didn't get completely scrubbed off. But hey, be realistic and stop being entitled!!! 2/26/2022 9:30am West Melbourne location. One of the vacuum hoses came loose up top So no vacuum That freaked me out because there was a lady and her your daughter next to me and the hose end is this heavy metal connector on it. I am so glad it didn't hit that little girl. I went up and told one of the car wash attendants And he didn't seem to care or understanding how dangerous that could have been. I finished what I could thinking in the 20 minutes I spent finishing that someone would come out. but nobody did I called the car wash after leaving and got that same guy who didn't do anything, tell anyone call anyone. I am assuming if he's answering the phone he is a supervisor at some level. But didn 't seem to care the situation was affecting all the customers not getting what they are paying for. They really are a quality car wash. They have a spot where you can park and use the big brushes with their debugging chemicals to get the splattered bugs of that are hard to get off in automatic car washes. They have fair priced monthly packages for people who always want their car clean. read more

For as much as you pay a month for service It would be nice to see all items working after a few weeks. I'm not sure why the reviews were so low for this place. I had a good experience. It was $8 for a basic wash with free vacuums after. I think the bonus for me were the drying cloths that were also available to wipe down any excess water or to help clean the interior. I'd come back here personally. read more

I wanted to remove the pollen from my car.i had heard they were good so I went there twice and was not satisfied either time. The first time was right after they opened and I just thought they had bugs to work out. Did not review. I believe every one deserves a second chance. The second time was the same as the first. I paid for the $20 wash. When I was done my car still had some pollen on it and the back window looked like it hadn't been touched. The mirrors and front windshield looked a little better, but not much and the hub caps didn't look touched. I am not pleased at the price I paid for a job that I have had better carwash for $10. read more

Bill's new car wash location on 192 is fantastic. Excellent price, great quality. The new detailing center is awesome. The car is on an assembly line of cleaners and as the floor moves forward, a different station does cleaning and detailing. I am very happy with their service and is perfect for my new maxima platinum. I have heard about some initial gripes about the detail section, but with any new establishment there are growing pains in a new environment. I loved this service, I go to tractor supply a lot and it was super convenient. they don't do a great job on the inside but good enough for how often I go through. Bad experience started when the exterior wash ripped my car bumper. Their customer service style is avoidance. I have gone in and talked to the manager, called, asked the other employees to leave a note and ... nothing. My Audi had ZERO damage prior to going through the wash. The manager reviewed the video footage and asked if I had crashed my car at some point, um no. I took it up there and showed him the damage, again, and that there was no damage prior. the owner was then suppose to come in and review the footage and I was going to get a call about how it was going to be handled. it's been 2 weeks and still no one will communicate with me. Pathetic, all I want is some damn communication. lying to me about how they are going to call is a joke and they need to grow up and be a little more proactive in how they operate. read more

I went to get my car washed today and the machine ripped off my radio antenna that looks like a shark fine. the sign says please lower your antennas. These can't be lowered and I don't cars have the antenna that are lowered anymore. An employee checked to see if she can find the piece that was ripped off and said she couldn't find it . I asked for a supervisor but she said he is in the bathroom and there is nothing they can do because antennas are not covered. she never bothered to get my name . read more

I think their cleaning service is amazing until they damage your car... my gas tank door opened (they even had to close after the wash) and when I came back later in the day they would review the footage. A few days later no call. I decided to show up there. They said they would call me back. They did with some excuse that their boss was on vacation and they would need to talk to him. 2 weeks and still no call! This is a great car wash center located on the North Side of Palm Bay Road East of I-95 and West of Badcock Street right on the corner of Durham and Palm Bay Road.. The service was okay- nothing stellar, as I felt I aggravated the guy who tells you where to pull up by asking questions about the monthly service where you wash unlimited for one flat price. Then I had to wait a bit for the gentleman to come sign me up and give me the sticker in order to participate in the monthly service. 3 stars for service The car wash was good, BUT I think it scratched my mirrors with high confidence. Thus, I am not too fond of brushes as they can be harsher, but it was very clean so 4 stars. The vacuums 5 stars- GREAT suction power-- and very clean. They have it blocked so the vacuums are primarily for paying customers! Yea Bill's!!! Great feature- clean towels for you to dry off vehicle more if you like. Suggestion- the Rug cleaner machine is a nice touch and perk to add and helpful Overall- good value and effective at cleaning. However, if I discover another scratch, I'm done! read more

I have been a member of this car wash for about three years. I have two vehicles registered and go there as often as I can. Over the past few months the service has continued to go backwards. I have said something two times about my vehicles not being cleaned as they used to be. On 24, September i visited Bills around 2;30 ish. I think this may be the straw that breaks the camels back for Bills. I was waiting in line for the interior detail for quite a while. There were 4 people just standing there doing NOTHING!! My vehicle went in and they wiped here and wiped there with no effort at all. When i received my vehicle back the mats were in the wrong location. The windows were demolished and smeared to the point when i arrived home "HAD" to clean them they used a dirty chamois to wipe the windows. I can keep going, but i think the point has been made. I will be cancelling my service with these folks. It is a-shame it has come to this, at one time these guys were awesome! I would no longer recommend them as i have in the past..... read more
