The owner came across as sarcastic and, in my opinion, wasn't friendly or welcoming. We ordered our ice cream anyway, and that's when it got even worse. My Lavender Rose ice cream had a strand of blonde hair in it, and my husband's ice cream had what looked like dog hair. Not only was the ice cream disappointing, but finding hair in both scoops was disgusting. We immediately threw them away. I'm genuinely confused about how this place has such good reviews because our experience was awful from start to finish. That said, I have a sweet tooth, so I still loved it--and even though it definitely wasn't the lowest-calorie choice, it was absolutely worth it!
