Only a young blond girl who works there seem to know how so unless she is there , the odds of being able to use the cc machines is low if you don't have a new cc. Sherry was great and in the end had an appointment set up for me for the same day, and after work! Rob Will, the founder of Will-Air was there at 5:30, as agreed. I found him to be professional, very experienced, knowledgeable and best of all honest and moral, which is hard to find these days. In the end, he wasn't able to do the duct extension and spent a considerable amount of time explaining why it won't work and trying to find work-arounds. Then he spent even more time helping us to find storage possibilities, as this washer/dryer combo installation was going to give us a considerable amount of much needed space for storage. Now when you have an emergency, you're on your own. This was the coldest week of the year. I even called last week to say I was concerned about running low. They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!

Last heating season 2024/2025 - they let me run out of propane (automatic delivery customer). This heating season 2025/2026 - they let me run out of propane the end of December and AGAIN today. December had to call multiple times and waited over 10 hours without heat until someone showed up. Today I have called twice already - still no return phone call as to when someone will be here. Back on the December issue, they also told me they would give me a credit on the charges (since I'm on automatic delivery). But of course, they did not make any adjustments to my charges. Customer service is horrible and they cannot get automatic deliveries coordinated properly.

Our ducts in our new construction home were extremely dusty from not being covered during construction. And they were contaminated with fiberglass from not properly being sealed. Real Clean Air sealed all the holes, joints, and seams in our metal ducts using zero VOC mastic. After they sealed the ducts, they came back out to clean them and the HVAC unit. They did two extremely thorough rounds of cleaning. The first round was with a pneumatic brush to help loosen the dirt and fiberglass in our metal ducts. The second round was with an air whip. They did this under negative pressure so that no contaminates would enter our home. They even came on Memorial Day because they didn't want us to go any longer without AC!
