Climate Pro was at the top of the list with 5 star ratings and also noted for a company that focuses on repair rather than stating you need a whole new unit. I called at 8am July 4th and left my number. Within minutes, I received a text from Kevin that he was running around but could be to my house by noon. He continued to text throughout the morning telling me of his whereabouts. He arrived at 10 am. The solution was a stuck switch in the attic. He showed my husband where the switch was located, and also told my husband to fix the filter grate to avoid having hot air being pulled down from the attic. I can't thank CPM enough. I picked Exxel to replace our system based on these: 1. Very detailed quotes, model number, seer, eer, afue, capacity, etc. everything that I needed to research and compare. 2. Detail explanation of the warranty period. 3. Explanation of what would happen on the day of installation, again very detailed, so no surprises. 4. I asked for multiple quotes based on two stage and variable stage units and seers. Bob wasn't annoyed that I asked for multiple quotes so I can research and compare. He provided multiple quotes in less than 24hrs. Other companies seem annoyed that I asked for multiple quotes and didn't really provide what I asked for. I felt that he understood as consumers, we all do research before purchasing high price items and he was not annoyed with that fact. 5. I had additional questions (probably some stupid ones that hvac professionals get all the time) and Bob patiently answered my questions. At the day of the installation, they arrived within their estimated time. Bob and Greg were very professional. They called in the morning and gave me the arrival time. Since we don't wear shoes in our house, I had covered our floor with tarps, too my surprise they put their tarps on top of my tarps. It was totally fine with me considering they observed that we don't wear shoes and respected that and tried to keep our floors clean. The install took about eight hours and I was glad that there was no pressure to sell me other stuff. They cleaned up the area before leaving. I highly recommend Exxel and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.....when it's time to replace our upstairs heat pump.

Sherry was great and in the end had an appointment set up for me for the same day, and after work! Rob Will, the founder of Will-Air was there at 5:30, as agreed. I found him to be professional, very experienced, knowledgeable and best of all honest and moral, which is hard to find these days. In the end, he wasn't able to do the duct extension and spent a considerable amount of time explaining why it won't work and trying to find work-arounds. Then he spent even more time helping us to find storage possibilities, as this washer/dryer combo installation was going to give us a considerable amount of much needed space for storage.
