My only concern was that my fiancé did not purchase my ring locally, so I didn't know who would be willing to help me. Yesterday, I Googled jewelers and decided to check with Solomon Brothers. I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone who assured me that this was something they could do and that it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes since my ring is pretty new (6 months) and didn't need much. Today, I drove over! It was a bit challenging to find because I was looking for a standalone building with a big sign. Waze failed me but after switching to Apple Maps, I was able to figure it out. I pulled toward the side of the sky rise next to a parking garage and actually saw a space open in front of the building that said it was reserved for Solomon Brothers parking! Bingo! I took that spot and started pulling doors that were locked. Very confused, I circled the building and discovered the lobby. I entered, walked to the elevators, and saw what I was looking for: floor 17! I tapped on the screen and it directed me to which elevator to use, which took me straight up to my desired floor. The elevators themselves only have open and close buttons inside which is interesting. Upon reaching my floor, I looked and saw the entrance to Solomon Bros. As a woman was leaving, she held the door open for me, and I walked up to the front desk to inquire. I was greeted by Ellen! I explained what the gentleman on the phone had told me, and she confirmed that would be no problem. She grabbed a jewelry tray, I placed my ring inside, and she whisked it away to clean it, encouraging me to peruse the store as I waited. It didn't take long until she met back up with me and gave me back my freshly cleaned ring! It looks just like the day it was given to me! So sparkly! I felt taken care of and treated well, and I appreciate their willingness to help me and generosity! I definitely want to come back again soon to look more at what they have to offer. Their selection is huge, and as Ellen had told me, there is a variety of priced pieces. Thanks again very much!

When I saw that they already had 5 stars it really piqued my interest. Going to their establishment, now I understand why. When I first called, I received a male (I think it may have been Mr. Harris himself) on the line. He was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely excited about me choosing his establishment to get my ring resized. I arrived a couple of days later to Bradley's. The place was clean, quaint and had a assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry for sale. The reception that I received from Monique was great! She was friendly, personable and had a strong love for jewelry which made me feel like I was in the right spot. The only snafu that I had was the first time I got my ring sized, it was a little too big. I called Bradley and the associate (I think it was Monique- forgive me I can't remember) apologize and invited me to bring it back so the could fix it. I brought it back and they sized it the same day at no charge. Not mention that they cleaned my ring and made it super shiny! They gave absolutely amazing customer service! It doesn't hurt that he's an actual goldsmith so you don't have to worry about it getting sent off and waiting on a long time to receive it or having someone mess up your precious ring. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend Bradley T. Harris to anyone who's trying to get eclectic, personal jewelry or who wants to get their precious jewelry fixed fast and right.

2 things. First, I…read morebrought by David Yurman bracelet in to get fixed. It looked fine and was whole - in one piece as when I bought it. It had a small loop in the stringing that needed to be tightened. They reached out a week later and told me it could not be fixed, come get it. When I returned it was in a pile - see picture. There was no offer to pay to reassemble it, just "here's your bracelet" although now it is just a pile of junk. Second, the woman at the front desk was a mean, snarling, uptight and obviously not very bright spokesperson for the store. She immediately told me it was not their fault, that it fell apart "as soon as they took it out of the bag" and I have no recourse. This woman needs to find a new job. Put her in a back room where she has zero customer interaction or under the bridge from whence she came. It's alright bitter, unhappy, unhealthy shopkeeper, I'll make sure the news of your attitude and customer service finds a much larger audience. Maybe you'll learn the lesson that if you don't treat the customer correctly, it will have consequences.

I had 2 watch batteries replaced and left a ring to be repaired. The watches were done in less than 15 minutes and during that time I discussed possibly having my ring redesigned and they walked me through the process.
