I'm really impressed!…read more I had an appointment with another company earlier this week who canceled with zero notice and rescheduled for today, but never replied when I tried to confirm yesterday, and never showed up. So I called around, and Mohammed answered the phone when I called Laser Printer Services. He ended up being able to come same day in the late afternoon which I did not expect. He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting why the paper wouldn't feed. He called his office, requested they send him snapshots of the same printer so he could compare and figure out if something was broken, or just popped out of place. Within a half an hour, he had it working correctly, no replacement parts needed, and it only cost me the amount that he quoted for the diagnostic. This printer doesn't have a lot of miles on it, and it has a lot of great features I like, like wireless and duplex printing, so I couldn't justify replacing it as was suggested by several other companies that I called. Extremely happy - I highly recommend Mohammed.

It worked like a charm and he didn't charge a dollar. What a stand up guy. This is the place you want to go to for your printer repair needs.

They now offered the owner Peter Kwong $100 a year instead of their regular contract. This is likely the only CPU that accepted such a ridiculous offer but Peter wanted to keep it open for the community, especially the elders that need this service. Peter has been operating at a loss for the last 26 year but now he will really be bleeding red. The workers need their job and the community needs this USPS. I know there has been comments about their service but please give grace to the older worker and please support its cause. We are fighting for the community so hope you all can do the same but making this USPS your go to USPS.

This place is hands down the place to go to get your images touched/blown up to the utmost highest standards. I am an amateur photographer, but after seeing my work come to fruition by The Icon I feel like I am at a completely different level! Jossi is the consummate professional and will take very good care of you, as the rest of the staff there are, too. Unfortunately photography is an expensive hobby, but if you're going to go that route go to the best and see Jossi at The Icon - I will definitely be heading back there for more artistic photography work! read more

I always get my film processed at The Icon. It's a super quick turn around for process only and a few days extra for process and scan. Everyone at the front counter is knowledgeable on film and printings. It's the only place I'll take my film to now that I know about proper processing techniques. read more

I took the negatives out and showed the employees. He confirmed what I saw which was dents in my negatives from being folded.. I asked if this is something they usually do at this lab and he said yes. YES! Wtf He asked if I was going to scan them or something and I said yes I am (this order was dev only I scan all my medium and large format films.) I said regardless of whether I was scanning them I would not want my negatives handled this way. It almost seemed like he thought the negatives were trash? Like if they scanned them why do I care about the negs ‍ I told them I normally receive my negatives rolled and they come in a box or a spool to avoid damage. I said if I ever choose to come back (I won't) I would not want my film handled in this manner or anybody else's film really. BE AWARE! Negatives are treated like trash there

It saddens me that people conduct their business in this way. I was also pressured and forced to pay online in full the night before I was to pick up the tapes or else I couldn't retrieve them. I had to stop what I was doing to pay on my cellphone while being out at a dinner. What a joke. Super unprofessional and horrible experience. I do not recommend.

This keeps them at the forefront of being able to offer very competitive services to its clients. Things like lights haven't changed that much in recent years. But, even for the subtleties that are needed to light certain scenes, Alan Gordon has the fixtures that can make it happen. Some people complain about rental equipment not always working from this company. For the most part that's not true. But sure, I've had that happen to me a few times as well in the past. But, the reality is, where else are you going to get that camera or that whatever at a reasonable price? And, as a filmmaker this is an occurrence you should be prepared for. This is why it's always important to have a back up for anything that you do not personally own and are sure that's going to work.
