Alex called me shortly after and got everything coordinated right away. Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. They took all the trash with them when they left which I really appreciated. From the quick scheduling with Alex to the incredible work from Kizzy and Alice, this was such a great experience. If you're in the South Bay and need a deep clean, VIP Maids is absolutely worth it. Walking back into my apartment afterward honestly felt like a reset.

I was told 8am arrival, got a confirmation text at 9:30pm the night before. When I called to let them know that someone has not arrived yet and it was already 830am, I was told there was confusion, then 1 person shows up. I have a large home, at least 2 are needed. I, then get told, the other will arrive at 10 "we stagger them" yah, right They don't show up till 11:45, then a third person arrived after 2pm. None spoke English, which is fine but they need to be able to at least communicate with me in basic things. I couldn't even tell her specifics without Google Translate. I was already frustrated with the whole situation. The ladies did their thing but it definitely was not worth the $420 price tag. I'm still picking things off the floor, there was a dirt mark left on my brand new painted walls and just saw a scratch and my brand new painted floor boards. Then I was asked for payment and the lady stood on top of me till it was made. Definitely would recommend them to get things more organized and would not hire again unfortunately. UPDATE - the house is large if you don't think 2,200 sq ft is large, then I'm not sure what you would considered a large home. I also said once as you claim I repeat. I have 5 bedrooms., 3 full bathrooms. I didn't realize I had to request English speaking, shouldn't you ask if that's something I need? Your cleaners were late and your stagger excuse I believe is the cover that. None of that was explained to me prior to the job. I was only asked to look at things at the end when they had already cleaned up their items, the floor is something I'm still picking things up from. They even redid one side and still not fully clean. Instead of apologizing for my experience, you are making it my fault. I think you guys need some work on customer service. For context, I have been in customer service for 20 years. I would never speak to a client the way I was spoken to. Professional communication matters, especially when you own a business. Even after those uncomfortable conversations, I chose to extend grace and give the company another opportunity. The final straw was the day of a scheduled appointment. My husband and I were waiting to leave our home until the cleaners arrived. When she was late, I called to ask for an ETA, only to be told there had been call-outs and no one would be coming. While I understand emergencies happen, there was no proactive communication, and the interaction again felt dismissive. At that point, I decided I would no longer continue services. I am giving two stars strictly because the staff who cleaned our home were wonderful and deserving of recognition. However, professionalism and respectful communication from ownership are equally important.     We hired this company to clean our house for a move out inspection. 400+ dollars to get the house…read morecleaned and the carpets washed and one of their employees attempted to steal hundreds of dollars of jewelry from a box in the garage, that had not been moved out yet. In the owners defense she did not seem to know that the theft had occurred and within 5 minutes of letting her know the items were returned to me. However although the personal contact seemed very professional the fact that they would hire someone that would steal isn't. Situation: came home from class to find them working, started going through some of the boxes I still needed to move out of the garage I noticed that all of the boxes holding all of my jewelry were empty just the jewelry cases themselves remained, how do you confront someone ...that you don't know about missing.... missing anything? When I asked Patricia she Said she had no idea. A couple of moments later she came out to inspect what I was claiming. I showed her the empty jewelry containers and explained what the pieces looked like. She called someone where I heard her say "how did she know there was jewelry in there? Shes lying!!" Moments later she asked me a few questions about the contents of the box, explaining that my next door neighbor had been over. She then talked with another woman she was working with in Spanish that I could not understand. She came out and had explained that there were two other girls that she had let stay there unaccompanied while she was taking care of a few things, and that she would call and question what happen. Moments later herself and the other woman came out of the house and into the garage with bags full of odds and ends that were collected to include all of my jewelry, a digital picture frame, make up case, and a few other odds and ends. She seemed very upset at the fact that her employees had done something so "nasty" and had explained that she helps girls who are down on their luck through the church. I told her I got my things back and it was a big deal, but I feel obligated to share this story with future clients. Since my last review, I was able to see the finished product of the cleaning and the company did a very good job, besides one dirty window seal. The company has asked me to take my previous review down however I felt that was unfair in my obligation to let people know my experience. The company did inform me in the request for my to take my review down that they have taken the appropriate measures to correct the problem by terminating the employee. I can not verify if this has honestly happen but to keep the situation current this is where we stand.
