Ruby's cleaning service did a terrible job of cleaning my house I moved out of. My floors were very dirty still. The BIG problem was that I agreed to pay cash. I went home to find my front door unlocked. They had taken a check that was for roof repairs for $350! The jerks wouldn't give me the check back. So is cost me $35 more than quoted. I wanted to like their services, but after seeing the next morning, I just could not. I reached out to them, letting them know that I have found a lot of spaces that had not been cleaned and only wiped over to appear to be clean. They were not very accommodating, no apology nothing. They just told me "well I ask you to check" I did check but they rescheduled my appointment to later in the day, so when they left it was already sunset, already getting dark. I wonder now if this is why they rescheduled. So when they left it appeared to look nice and clean, on the surface. The next morning I woke up and saw dirt and smudges and stains everywhere. Even though she told me she does everything she does a deep clean she will clean the baseboards. I have posted text messages proving that. I have a picture showing that they did none of those things. Instead of trying to reach out and make the situation better, I got attitude. Had I gotten a different response I may have given them another chance. Very disappointed. They say they do a deep clean, that is untrue. I would not use their service again. If you look at a glance, it looks clean, but unfortunately that is not the case. Will not use again or recommend. I guess I should've brought out a searchlight to check. I guess it's my fault for not checking everything with a fine tooth comb. I called on a Friday to ask them about coming to clean my house while my mother was out of town. ( too supprise my mother) I asked her when she was able to come she picked the date and time she said Sunday at 8:30am this worked for me... I explained that no one has ever been brought in to clean and I was kinda sketchy but her reviews on yelp were good enough to help me make my decision. So, on Saturday night at 10:30pm she calls and cancels telling me she's out of town.. Asking if she could reschedule till the following day Monday I told her it was again a surprise for my mother and Monday wouldn't work cause my mother would be home by them..... Needless to say she left me hanging and not enough time to call someone else.... I'm super disappointed!!! read more

Ruby was good when we first started working together but recently she has been missing very routine things when cleaning my house.

Ruby and her associate arrived early (1.5 hrs) and called as they said they would if they were going to be early. They did a very nice job! The first time is always a bit more than anticipated and my house large. I'm hoping as they get a bi weekly routine going the time needed will be less, therefore being a little less expensive. The quality if their work is very good and they bring their own products. I requested they use my vacuum and mop which wasn't a problem. I will definitely be using Ruby again! :) read more

Ruby and team did a pretty good job with my house. I initially went for a 2 hour deal but they ended up doing 3 hours for 3.5 common areas and two bathrooms. I was initially sceptic at first thinking they were slowing things down, especially that it's an hourly gig; only to find out, it was because they were cleaning my house THOROUGHLY. Used Ruby's services today and am very pleased with the cleanliness of my home. I was quoted $45 per hour for 2 workers. Appointment was confirmed yesterday and she advised that 3 workers would be coming. Although it took 2 hours to clean, I was charged for 3 hours. Perhaps this was because of the additional worker, but I should have asked first? I will use them again; however, I will ask follow up questions next time something changes. read more

It's been difficult lately to find a good cleaning service. Some don't do this or others don't do that but we finally found Ruby and she and her team do it all! We have a three bedroom, 3 bath house (plus 2 kids and 2 dogs) and they were in and out in just a little under 3 hours leaving the place looking great...
