The room is cozy (tiny), but it had a nice private deck.

Pros: reasonable rates, proximity to Logan, nice views of the water, well maintained, nicely decorated both inside and out. Cons: small room, NYC sized bathroom, aircraft noise from Logan, front desk not 24 hours. I would book this hotel again, either for wanting to be close to the airport or for a vacation. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and there's a bus stop nearby that will get you to the T. On my visit they weren't busy so I didn't have trouble parking, but I can see why some other people had parking issues. The lot is small and a tight fit. That's common to New England in general; The fact that the hotel has any parking and doesn't charge extra for it is a plus. The front desk is closed from 11 pm to 9 am. You pay in advance and drop your key in a box if you leave before they open. There is a number to call for help after hours. You will climb a lot of stairs at this hotel. If there are elevators I did not see them. I wouldn't want to come here with a big heavy suitcase. But the place feels like it's in a small town, you're right on the water, it's impeccably clean, and you're still close to the city. Check the place out.

This inn was so cute and comfy. We went up from Connecticut for my birthday in July and stayed in their standard room overlooking the harbor. Granted the room was tiny it serviced our needs and we couldn't have asked for more beautiful views. Being able to sit on our own balcony watching the sun set and the planes take off and land was prefect. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this inn to anyone wanting to be close to Boston but still have some peace and relaxation. Final note is that our room did not have a mini fridge so that's some thing to keep in mind

Good price for what you get in my opinion.. rooms are situated inside a large building, kind of like bedrooms as part of a small house. We stayed on the 3rd floor where the office is. No elevator!! No kitchen or microwave or anything in the room. Bed, tv and bathroom only.. but we are just here to sleep. Common area lounge has coffee, fridge, sofas etc. for guests to all use. Close by some great restaurants and beautiful view of the Boston skyline at night!! Can't control the temp in your own room. No laundry.

We needed a quick room for one night in Boston...found this little gem in Winthrop, MA which was about 15 mins from Boston. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She gave us some info on restaurants that were close by. The room was charming and quaint. Very clean and provided everything you needed in the kitchen. ie utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses. The hotel itself looks like it was recently renovated. We got some use out of the pool during our stay too. We will definitely be back to stay for a little longer!

Mold in the vent above my bed!

Great location! Perfect views. Nice common areas. Stayed in an Oceanview Queen, small but plenty of space and close to the common areas.

4/5 stars! Had to…read morecome to Boston for a quick fast business trip last minute, my local friends suggested to stay here since you can walk from the airport and back. Usually I don't like Airport hotels since the loud noise of planes taking off and landing right outside always bothered the hell out of me as I'm a light sleeper. But for some reason this hotel was not noisy at all. I did not hear the usually obnoxious planes taking off or landing as I usually do staying at an airport hotel. In fact it was rather quiet. They also upgraded me to a nice scenic water view of the bay in the corner so maybe thats another reason why it was so quiet? The only reason why this was not a 5/5 is because as many pointed out this hotel is rather expensive in price. Had it been a bit more competitive in price I could probably give it a 5/5 stars but it was like almost $300 for just one night! But also in all fairness, I think the FIFA games were in town so that probably drove up the cost of the prices. Also another weird thing was soon as I checked in I had to run up to my room and change for my meetings as my driver was already waiting for me outside to take me to my meetings. But as soon as I checked in some Indian looking lady comes right up to me from behind and she was like trying to sell me something as if they do for Time Share Hilton Grand Vacation Properties? I was like WTF? Is this a time share property too? I shut her down saying I have NO TIME to even talk to you right now and just ran up to my room. But god knows what she was trying to sell me in the lobby had I let her do her sales pitch to me right? This hotel comes with $18 credit if you are HH GOLD so I used the $18 to buy a few water bottles, and OJ, in the lobby. The small convenience store next to the front desk opens at 12AM midnight which is odd right? There were a number of guests trying to buy some water or soda and the front desk kept saying sorry its closed until 12am??? So I finished all my meetings and came back and it was midnight so I was able to buy those water bottles since it was midnight. But again just odd that it's not open until midnight right? The hotel itself is actually directly connected to the airport. So if you go to the 2nd floor you can walk right into the actual airport which was incredibly convenient as you can imagine. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel thats literally directly connected to the airport like this!

Hotel definitely seemed nice enough at first but the staff really seem rushed even when there is no rush. View was awful. Decent sleep I suppose but I couldn't wait to get back to the airport. At least they had a decent shuttle service, as I mentioned.

The location remains excellent, and the bar is still one of the hotel's best features. Unfortunately, the rest of my recent experience fell well below the standard I remember. The shuttle service is one of the biggest issues. During my stay, I watched multiple Hyatt shuttles come and go while I continued waiting for the Embassy Suites shuttle. The scheduling and reliability could definitely use improvement, especially for guests who rely on it to get to and from the airport. Customer service over the phone also needs attention. Calls often go unanswered for an extended period, and instead of a staff member greeting you or asking if you can hold, you're simply placed into a waiting queue. A small courtesy, such as acknowledging the caller before placing them on hold, would make a much better impression. The hotel itself is also showing its age and would greatly benefit from a comprehensive renovation. The property has a lot of potential because of its location, but the facilities no longer reflect the quality many guests expect. I'm not writing this to criticize for the sake of criticizing. I'm sharing honest feedback in the hope that management will address these issues. I've enjoyed staying here for years and would like to see the hotel return to the level of service and quality it once offered.

It's in a good area and there's a lot of options for food if you want to either walk and pick up or have something delivered. I had little to no wait when I first walked up to the desk and the woman there was very efficient and informative with everything about my room and my parking. Yes, it does cost money to park here, so keep that in mind. They have a pool, gym, even a restaurant for those who don't want to leave the hotel whatsoever. I don't believe they have room service but it's just as easy to order over the phone or go downstairs to order. The wait seemed a little long, but I was back in my room in no time. The room itself was spacious and clean, things I admire deeply in a room. I didn't hear much noise, I could hear from inside my room and the beds were comfy. It's a good hotel to stay at, especially if you're looking to go to the airport or come from the airport, like 10 minutes away with no traffic.

How does someone at a hotel make you feel that? This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding a recent job interview process involving Raquel. I am currently going through one of the most difficult periods of my life after the death of my mother in November. The grief is still crushing me every single day. During my interaction with Raquel about a job opportunity, I was visibly upset and crying. She harshly turned me away. She told me I would be given another opportunity TO MY CRYING FACE and that a follow-up interview would be scheduled. That follow-up never happened. I felt completely dismissed and unsupported while I was literally crying in front of her. As someone grieving the loss of a parent, I expected basic human decency and honesty. Instead, I walked away feeling ignored and betrayed during one of the worst times in my life. What hurt the most wasn't just losing the opportunity -- it was believing I would actually be contacted again, only to be completely ghosted. My impression is that my situation wasn't taken seriously at all. It felt like she lied to my face while I was crying. AND THEN LONG AFTER I posted about this experience (WEEKS!) I was FALSELY accused of harassing Raquel. That accusation is unfair and false. I never contacted her personally and had no intention of doing so. I was simply sharing what happened to me. Not to mention, I ceased contact with her LONG beforehand. I will never recommend anyone work with her. She has Zero heart Everything here is based on my personal recollection, opinions, and how these events actually affected me.

And that's perfectly fine. For what it is, it absolutely nails it. We booked it for one simple reason, proximity to Logan International Airport, and the free shuttle sealed the deal. When you've got an early flight, convenience stops being a luxury and becomes the whole game. This place delivers on that front without making it complicated. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and easygoing, no attitude, no friction. The room was clean, well-kept, and had a small kitchenette. We didn't use it, this was a quick overnight, grab a bite and get some sleep kind of trip--but it's a nice option if you're staying longer. The bed was comfortable, which is really all you want at the end of a travel day. There's also a complimentary breakfast, which is always a welcome bonus when you're trying to get out the door early without overthinking it. Now, I've seen some complaints about street noise. I get it, the hotel sits near a busy area, and from our room on the fourth floor overlooking the Chelsea Street Bridge, there was definitely traffic. But for me? Not even remotely an issue. I spent two decades living in Boston through college, med school, residency, fellowship, the whole grind. Street noise at this point is basically white noise. If anything, it helped me sleep. At the end of the day, actually, scratch that, bottom line: this place gives you a lot for what you pay. Clean, convenient, comfortable, and practical. If you're flying out of Logan and want something reliable without spending luxury hotel money, this is one of the best options around.

I called as soon as I had my checked baggage. They told me to go to door 106 which I did. After about 20 minutes, I saw the Hampton van drive-by. He was in the far left lane. I've been traveling for over two days - coming back from the Solomon Islands. I was cold and tired. I called the hotel back and they radioed the driver. "He said he stopped at door 106 and waited as long as he could, but there was no one around and he had to continue on.". He is a liar. I've been standing here the whole time. Not only did he not stop, he did not even slow down. She said it would be another 20 minutes. When the shuttle returned, he stopped at the curb. I personally opened the back of the shuttle and put my suitcases inside. I personally opened the door to get in. He asked how my day was going. I told him I was not happy about having to wait so long. From there, we rode through the airport. We stopped at every stop whether there was someone standing there or not. It is interesting that I was apparently the only invisible person. In the morning, rather than rely on the shuttle, I just called an Uber. Once I finally arrived at the hotel, check-in was smooth. The Jacuzzi was not working. There is a decent enough gym. I wouldn't call what this hotel has, "a restaurant ". It seemed that I could either pick up some frozen food in the store and cook it in my room, or have the "restaurant" do it for me. There are not a lot of convenient options. There was a Wendy's, and a grocery store across the street but it is a divided highway so you have to walk a bit to actually get to them. I did because Wendy's seemed better than my choices at the hotel. Breakfast was typical Hampton fare. Neither good nor bad. I do appreciate that I can get hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs rather than just empty carbohydrates. It was super busy and chaotic. Not the hotel's fault. My room was clean and either comfortable, or I was exhausted from my long traveling. Probably both. Other than a place to sleep before continuing travel, I don't think I would stay here again.
