We visited last week for several days with our family and had a fantastic stay. One team member that stood out for us was Adjan in the restaurant. We looked forward to greeting him each morning for breakfast and we felt very well taken care of by him. It was not just a superficial checkin but he was genuine about answering questions about local items and airport concerns. He definitely takes great pride in making sure that he is thorough and detailed. We did have some delay in checkin but overall the room was beautiful and we had a great view. Our one complaint about the room is that the sofa bed was super thin. Thankfully the front desk was able to send up a thick topper that did the trick. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city. The weather was so hot so it was nice to be able to stop in when needed to take a break from touring around. We enjoyed the complimentary clam chowders and will definitely be back! read more

Very convenient hotel near the Boston airport and really close to public transportation, walking distance to the bus that goes downtown as well as a ferry that goes across the Boston harbor. They have a shuttle that comes around the airport every 15 mins or you can call a number. I decided to walk from the airport and it only took about 15 minutes. Good air conditioning and reading the reviews, their restaurant had award winning clam chowder! And after trying the clam chowder around the town it was one of my favorites. Our stay came with breakfast, either breakfast buffet or an entree to order. We were offered late checkout, staff were super nice and friendly. We only stayed one night but it was comfy, couldn't hear the airplanes. We had a view of the harbor, the bathroom was nice but the tv connection kept on losing connection. read more

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is in a perfect location if you are flying in and out of Logan airport or doing business in East Boston. Sited perfectly next to the airport, though you cannot hear the airplanes from inside the hotel. This hotel also has a great restaurant called the Harborside Grill with some of the best clam chowder you will ever eat. This is an outstanding restaurant and hotel with staff that are helpful and very pleasant to be around. Gorgeous place next to Boston Harbor. read more

This place has stunning room views of the harbor and great customer service. Every associate from check in to the restaurant were so friendly and helpful! Rooms are pristinely clean. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport. The Harborside Grill and Payio is the restaurant on site and the meals were perfection. I'll stay again on future Boston trips! read more

We had a really pleasant stay here. The staff was kind and welcoming, even during a busy event weekend! The hotel is a little dated in the rooms but clean throughout and with a modern lobby that has amazing views of the harbor - breathtaking when you walk in! The room we had was comfy and the harbor view was incredible, such a peaceful and inviting feature. Public transit really made it easier to manage the location too, since it was a little bit of a journey to downtown (but super easy to get to the airport!) we'd definitely stay here again! read more

After spending all of my rewards points for this hotel (equivalent to $375!), I was mortified by what I saw. The joker working the customer service desk was severely unprofessional, slouched, kept typing on his computer not even acknowledging me, didn't even bother looking up when he said "ID and credit card!" I walked up, said "Hi, how's it going?" He completely ignored me, handed my ID back, and handed me the credit card and told me to scan it. It was "declined" for some reason and he did it again himself which left me with 2 temporary holds. Thankfully my credit card dropped one of the holds. The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, and my room had peeling paint in the bathroom, the shower door didn't close completely so water got all over the floor - and the lighting was awful. People really pay $375 for a room like this?! I pay $150 for 10 times better and YES even at airports. I travel a lot for work, and leisure so I'm not new at this. Which is also why I had 40,000 points to spend. My daughter came with me on this trip and she pulled down her sheets and saw what looks like blood on them. We were so exhausted from traveling since 3am, she just came over to my bed to sleep after seeing this. I am not happy about this, and truly do wish I can just have my points back due to this. The hotel has no pool, either. It's mostly a pilot, flight attendant, business hotel with no extras. Sad. Disappointed. And broke. read more

We stayed here for one night before our flight. Check-in was smooth, although the front desk staff forgot to give us our free clam chowder tokens, which I had to pick up later. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a great view overlooking the runway -- a really cool touch. The airport shuttle was convenient, running every 20-30 minutes and taking about 10-15 minutes to reach the airport. We tried a burger from the restaurant, which was decent. They give you $10 dinner credit but you must use it by 10 pm and it's only for dinner. After that, you can't use it. they give you clam chowder token chip to redeem at the restaurant but you must get it before 10 pm and you can't not get it before noon the next day so all these redemption options are limited. read more

This hotel property is AWESOME! The location is right at the Boston airport and the view of the harbor is beautiful. Equally important is the staff. Always cheerful and willing to do what they can for great customer service. And while I'm at it the onsite restaurant Harborside Grill is better than the average hotel restaurant. It serves its purpose well for what it is. I particularly enjoy the egg white omelet as many places do not provide the option to have egg whites. Anyway when I'm traveling to Boston, this is one of my favorite hotels. read more

Clean, friendly, and convenient! We were able to return our rental car before our early flight the next day and walked right back other hotel. There's a nice walk along the bay which also has ferry service to Boston proper. We didn't get the discount at the restaurant for using a room charge and I was charged for parking when I was leaving bc it didn't read my room key. Overall, loved the location the free daily clam chowder, and the friendly service . read more

The hotel itself is great. I had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were professional but not particularly friendly. The hotel is about a mile from the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle. There is some great outdoor seating right in the harbor and you can take a water taxi into Boston from there. The disappointment is twofold. First I didn't appreciate the $50 destination fee which gave me a whole two bottles of water and a $20 credit if I dined there- excluding alcohol. These add on Fees are misleading- just put them in the actual rate- stop trying to fool people that the place is less expensive than it really is. The restaurant was the big disappointment. Again beautiful view from the table but food and service were disappointing. Our appetizer showed up before we got water or our drinks. My server dropping it off failed to leave plates so we had to hunt those down. I ordered a flight of Sam Adam's beer and the server just put them down and off he went without telling me which beers were what. The roasted onion appetizer filled with spinach and cheese was different and tasted amazing. The margarita pizza we ordered was disappointing to say the least. Very little tomato sauce on the pizza and toppings were tasteless and not very generous. It lacked seasoning and the crust was dry. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and we will definitely not be going back to the restaurant. read more

Well been there/done that so many times- so this time out, I was "lazy" and decided just to stay at the airport when I landed, let's go! - Self-parking right on sight/footsteps away from the entrance - Front desk staff was attentive and friendly - Nice lobby area and adjacent restaurant/bar - Room was solid in terms of size, cleanliness and decor - Yes, at dinner at the hotel, and everything was perfect (service + drinks + food) So back to the start, I make it a point not to stay at airport hotels, so I can "experience" the cities I travel to....however, I would consider this location again. read more

Wow. I haven't stayed in a Hyatt in a long time but I think this will be my new go-to when looking for a hotel chain. Room was great and even though I asked for "harbor view," and we got "runway view," it was really cool. We loved seeing planes taking off during the afternoon while settling in. And - very soundproof - didn't hear any noise from planes. Nice to get a little "destination gift" too but I had to ask ("are these for a wedding or conference?) before the Front Desk offered it to us. I do wish there was an option to make the bathroom and makeup light brighter. read more

Liked the 2 sizes of wine pours to keep you legal or help you sleep. Great views and water taxis to beat traffic to downtown. Roll out of bed into the free & frequent shuttle to catch an early flight and avoid air traffic later in the day. Nice hotel near the airport with beautiful views. We flew in late and it was very convenient to have free hotel shuttle from the airport. The on-site restaurant is open until 11 pm so we were able to get a late dinner (the food was also good so that was a pleasant surprise). The biggest drawback are the very thin walls. We could hear the conversation from the adjoining room very easily. That's a dealbreaker for us so we won't stay here again, but if you're a heavy sleeper than this hotel might work out. read more

I have stayed in the location before with no pricing issues or deceptive practices. Unfortunately, I was greatly mislead when booking with them for a stay in June 2026. When I spoke with the hotel in December 2025, I was told that I would need to book early at their inflated/nonrefundabe price, because they were sure they would sell out before June 2026. Now, here it is, May 2026 and room prices have dropped to half what I paid and rooms are refundable. This is totally on me, and I should have not been taken in by their urgency scam. I spoke directly with a hotel rep today and she only seemed to take pride in having me fall for their pricing scam. (May a pox be upon her.) Fortunately, I do learn from experience, so it will not happen again. - Based upon past experience, the hotel is definitely not close to being worth what I have paid for my stay in June 2026. We stayed 3 nights at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. We are Globalists and were treated to a suite the 2nd and 3rd night. Everyone was very friendly especially Chris at the front desk. It was very relaxing and being on the 15th floor was amazing. We took the water taxi across the harbor to have dinner and that was worth every penny! My two night stay over the July 4th holiday was a good one. This being my first visit to Boston, I wasn't sure about the location since it's close to the airport. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is practically at the airport, with a free shuttle, it's great for catching a flight. I was concerned about airport noise but from my 4th floor room it was surprisingly quiet. I had a harbor/city view which is very nice. The rooms are a good size but the bathroom, while updated and modern, is on the smaller size. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We are breakfast on site each morning and service and food were all solid. Overall I enjoyed the experience. In the future I'd stay here again if needing to be close to the airport or for an event on site. If you're planning to venture into downtown, Fenway or other touristy things you might look elsewhere as it's a pricey ride-share to those areas and parking in town is high. read more

After my flight was cancelled and I had already checked out of my spot downtown, I decided to get as close to the airport as possible to see if my new 6am fight would leave. This Hyatt is huge and very well-designed. They have a 24 hour shuttle to the terminals and you got $20 in credit to the restaurant, which was a nice add. The rooms are clean and shockingly quiet, with soft mattresses. I ate at the restaurant and had a BLT lobster roll which was very good. The elevators also give you a great view of the harbour and cityscape. My room faced a runway, which was kind of neat! read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbour. This location is convenient if you need quick access to the airport. It's a quite spot but has great views of the Boston cityscape. There is also a ferry stop right in front of the hotel. I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet which is a little bit different and higher quality than a regular hotel and also has great for you to the city and lots of light. Property is a little dated, but not bad overall if you need to stay by the airport. There's ample parking for a rental cars or a shuttle to the airport for those without a vehicle. read more

Should really be called Hyatt Boston Logan. It's right by the airport. However there are nice harbor views in the side facing away from the airport. Above average globalist breakfast with lobster eggs Benedict. Acceptable rooms. Only thing that I would ditch is the very weird echo-ey domed ceiling at front desk. The top reason to stay at this hotel is the outrageous view. It was so nice to have a drink at the end of the day, sit outside and relax. There's a water taxi stand shuffling folks to various Boston hot spots, I enjoyed my stay at this particular Hyatt hotel. My room had a nice view, my hotel room itself was a standard room. I wasn't too impressed with the bathroom. Just a standard tub and sink, not what you'd expect from a typical Hyatt hotel. What leaps out are the extra expenses. The parking fees are outrageous! And I sure would have liked to have breakfast overlooking Boston but for $30 bucks?? I did enjoy my free Starbucks at the front desk, go team! Nice hotel but the high expenses for the needed hotel amenities had me asking myself if my room with a view was worth staying here again. read more

A fine option if or when you wish to stay close to Logan Airport and not looking to go outside into the city of Boston. You can find other options in downtown just as good if you are looking to do some sightseeing or looking for a stroll around the great city of Boston. I enjoy this Hyatt for the location, it's right on the Boston Harbor which offers fantastic views if you pick the right room facing it. The Hotel is modern, they offer a free airport shuttle service that starts at 4am and runs every 15-20 minutes. Service here is very good, they gave me a free upgrade with a flawless view of the Harbor. Far as the cons, its a bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for convenience, an Uber into the city will cost you around $20. Room are upscale but don't come equipped with a fridge or microwave (though they offer one in the lobby for guests). Overall, it's a nice stay for a quick trip to Beantown. read more
