We stayed here for one night before our flight. Check-in was smooth, although the front desk staff forgot to give us our free clam chowder tokens, which I had to pick up later. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a great view overlooking the runway -- a really cool touch. The airport shuttle was convenient, running every 20-30 minutes and taking about 10-15 minutes to reach the airport. We tried a burger from the restaurant, which was decent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I attended a conference hosted here (did not stay in the rooms here) and was BLOWN AWAY by the food served at lunch. It was Mediterranean-style and every single dish, from the roasted salmon to chickpea soup to variety of salads, was delicious and felt healthy. I've hosted and attended many conferences at hotels before and I know that isn't always the case, so I'm particularly impressed!

I have started staying in Hyatt more frequently and this did not disappoint. Easy check-in Clean ,well appointed, & comfortable room Helpful staff Fair price on this visit Easy parking Location very close to airport After 10 years of Hilton diamond, I really don't see any value in the Hilton program. Hyatt generally has nicer properties and for similar price I think I'll start staying in these hotels for frequently.

Did someone say great views, easy airport access, and only ten minutes from downtown Boston? I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. The location is unbeatable, sitting right on the water with postcard-worthy skyline views and a peaceful atmosphere that feels miles away from city noise. I needed a hotel close to downtown that also offered a reliable airport shuttle, and this one delivered. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, which made my travel plans effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and stunning views of Boston that set the tone for my weekend meeting. The service here truly stands out. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and you cannot skip the clam chowder. It is one of the best I have had in the city. The gym is also impressive and has more machines than most hotels in Boston. The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is a game changer, and staying here is a choice you will never regret.

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is my favorite airport hotel in Boston. The views of the harbor and the city skyline are unbeatable--so much better than staying in the middle of the city, in my opinion. They've got regular shuttles to and from the airport, which makes it super convenient, and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Gym is good. Breakfast is solid too, which is always a plus. If you're looking for a reliable spot with great views, this is it.

Some minor issues like there is some small holes in the bathroom. Had issue with the shade going up and down and had issue changing channels. They give you $10 dinner credit but you must use it by 10 pm and it's only for dinner. After that, you can't use it. they give you clam chowder token chip to redeem at the restaurant but you must get it before 10 pm and you can't not get it before noon the next day so all these redemption options are limited.

This hotel property is AWESOME! The location is right at the Boston airport and the view of the harbor is beautiful. Equally important is the staff. Always cheerful and willing to do what they can for great customer service. And while I'm at it the onsite restaurant Harborside Grill is better than the average hotel restaurant. It serves its purpose well for what it is. I particularly enjoy the egg white omelet as many places do not provide the option to have egg whites. Anyway when I'm traveling to Boston, this is one of my favorite hotels.

The hotel itself is great. I had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were professional but not particularly friendly. The hotel is about a mile from the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle. There is some great outdoor seating right in the harbor and you can take a water taxi into Boston from there. The disappointment is twofold. First I didn't appreciate the $50 destination fee which gave me a whole two bottles of water and a $20 credit if I dined there- excluding alcohol. These add on Fees are misleading- just put them in the actual rate- stop trying to fool people that the place is less expensive than it really is. The restaurant was the big disappointment. Again beautiful view from the table but food and service were disappointing. Our appetizer showed up before we got water or our drinks. My server dropping it off failed to leave plates so we had to hunt those down. I ordered a flight of Sam Adam's beer and the server just put them down and off he went without telling me which beers were what. The roasted onion appetizer filled with spinach and cheese was different and tasted amazing. The margarita pizza we ordered was disappointing to say the least. Very little tomato sauce on the pizza and toppings were tasteless and not very generous. It lacked seasoning and the crust was dry. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and we will definitely not be going back to the restaurant.

Wow. I haven't stayed in a Hyatt in a long time but I think this will be my new go-to when looking for a hotel chain. Room was great and even though I asked for "harbor view," and we got "runway view," it was really cool. We loved seeing planes taking off during the afternoon while settling in. And - very soundproof - didn't hear any noise from planes. Nice to get a little "destination gift" too but I had to ask ("are these for a wedding or conference?) before the Front Desk offered it to us. I do wish there was an option to make the bathroom and makeup light brighter.

The hotel decoration is quite plain, a bit outdated. Staffs are helpful & my room view is amazing & peaceful. Hotel shuttle bus pick up and drop off are very convenient, run 24/7 every 20 mins. We didn't spend a lot of time at hotel rather than sleeping & shower but I would love to stay again to enjoy the view more & maybe try their restaurant.

NEW MENU/REFRESHED DECOR/ALWAYS HELPFUL TEAM. GOOD GETS EVEN BETTER! This HYATT is my entry/departure point for Massachusetts. Two visits in February gave me a flavor of the new menu/beverage list including seafood, vegetarian, poultry and meat. They improved their coffee since my visit in March. Liked the 2 sizes of wine pours to keep you legal or help you sleep. Great views and water taxis to beat traffic to downtown. Roll out of bed into the free & frequent shuttle to catch an early flight and avoid air traffic later in the day. I've stayed an extra night just to meet friends and see ball games, concerts and museums. With an easy getaway.

    Beautiful view!

"The room was very modern, large, comfortable and clean. The view was excellent. Service was also excellent. The shuttle to and from the airport and subway was excellent. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with fire pits."

    Morning view out our window.

Highly recommended; we stayed in a standard room rather than one of the converted travel-trailer suites.

On the surface, this hotel presents as polished and upscale, but over time it became clear that it is a full-on Monet--looks good at a glance, but the closer you get, the more issues appear. During my stay, I was required to move rooms three times--once voluntarily after an upgrade, and twice due to serious maintenance issues, including a sprinkler-system flood. In subsequent rooms, I experienced repeated heating failures, inconsistent hot water, and even a shower head detaching during use. The heating issues were ongoing and never fully resolved. On multiple occasions, my room dropped to 66-67 degrees despite the thermostat being set to 80. Even after maintenance visits, the room never consistently warmed beyond 75 degrees. On the morning before my departure, I woke to cold air blowing again, confirming the problem persisted through the end of my stay. Management follow-through was disappointing. Promises to check back or assist were not kept, and communication was inconsistent at best. While beverage credit was offered, it did not come close to addressing the cumulative disruption, lack of rest, and stress caused by ongoing room issues over nearly seven weeks. The saving grace of this hotel was the weekday bartender, Rebecca. Monday through Friday, she greeted my colleagues and me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and grace after very long workdays. She was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service was not present on weekends, and our group ultimately chose to avoid the hotel bar until Rebecca returned. That said, I do want to acknowledge Shirley, Wendy, James, and Nate, who were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, as well as the valet staff, who were always efficient and courteous. This hotel may work for a very short stay if expectations are modest. For long-term or extended stays, however, the operational issues, lack of follow-through, and inconsistent hospitality do not align with the image or price point the property presents.

That time due to everything going on in the world with minimal travel we enjoyed a cheap rate for an entire weekend with probably the best view offered for the hotel of TD Garden as well as the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge. Which I know it's just a bridge but it was a nice sight for an in-city view. This most recent stay was due to a concert at TD Garden my wife and I were in town for. Which I will say if you are looking for a place to stay for an event at TD Garden, good luck finding a better option than here! Check in staff and valet workers were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Rates were very reasonable for end of summer and with a concert so close. Room was smaller this stay around and our view was more of just a building with a small glance of TD Garden if you looked to the side. Overall a very clean room and still a good amount of space. Can not think of any complaints for our stay and would stay here again. They offer valet parking and anytime we needed the car it was quick to get it back. Inside the lobby/first floor they have plenty of seating and what they dub "The Bistro" that offers breakfast, dinner, and full bar and I believe Starbucks drinks too. Location wise it is quite ideal, obviously if your activities/work is in this area of Boston. Besides TD Garden it is also close to North station along with plenty of food and drink options. Personally for a morning coffee or matcha I say check out Blank Street Coffee, then food wise I would say take a quick walk to the North End or closer try Tavern In The Square. Definitely a hotel worth looking into while visiting Boston!
