    Breaded Pork Tenderloin

The Ohio Bureau of BPT has hit the road in this Sunday. Destination? The Inn Between in Botkin Oh. It's the little things that matter some times. 1st the BPT comes in two sizes. Small was perfect for the Mrs. I of course ordered the regular. Nicely cooked and average thickness cooked nice and tender. Breading has a nice crunch but overall needed seasoning. Salt and pepper cured that after first bite. Had to fold it over to fit in the bun. Now the little things. They have Stroh's in a bottle. Took me instantly back to 1979 and central Illinois under age drinking. Loved it. Fries were delish but asked the server if they were enough to share. She said yes it's a basketful. IT WASNT!! And was $3.25 side charge. Also asked to switch a TV over the Daytona 500. She could pull that off but was more than happy to turn in the Michigan basketball game for another table! Grrrrrrrrrr!!!! Would I come back? Not sure. Sandwich was good. Give it 8/10. Service not so much and it was a 75 min drive.

rueben they flipped it so i couldn't see the burnt parts

I haven't been back here in years since i moved was craving their food and heard it was under new management so thought i'd give it a try and never again will i go in. I got a burnt rueben sandwich that wasn't even a true rueben. fries were cold and this was a 20 minute carry out, my chicken caesar was all chicken no cheese, wilted lettuce and burnt croutons. just do better when you're charging what you're charging.

My favorite kind of place - local, casual, interesting, and good food. Stopped here after getting the camper from the Airstream factory. Sunday fried chicken dinner was crispy, not too much batter, and juicy. The cheeseburger was a classic grilled burger. Lots of sides to choose from. Would definitely stop here again. Even better to stop in the summer and have dinner on the nice patio. Too cold and rainy on this August afternoon. Also great for watching the day's sporting events.

I ordered some of the best fried chicken I've had in the north - not at all greasy, nicely seasoned, with perfectly crisp skin.

In town for a single night and decided to check out The Side Rail. A railroad themed restaurant?…read more Not a hard sell for us! The Side Rail is located in downtown Wapakoneta, Ohio. It's about a downtown as one can get, and easy to find. Inside The Side Rail looks larger than it does from the outside. It's nicely railroad themed with train signage, photos, and memorabilia around the place. Since it was Thursday evening around dinner time, the place was kinda hopping. There were no table available so we sat at the bar. The menu is sizable and has a lot of really appetizing items and it was, legit, hard to chose. I selected the Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese (Texas toast smothered in jalapeno cream cheese spread and bacon, along with cheddar and pepper jack cheeses) with onion rings. They have, on our visit, about 6 different beers on tap, and from what we were told they're ever-changing. There were a number of screens behind the bar showing sporting events. The bar, itself, was adorned railroad style, of course, with real model railroad track. It was a very cool touch. Food delivery was less than 10 minutes, and it was served HOT, and the the Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese was exactly what I needed/expected. The onion rings were excellent (however, I did ask our server and they're not made/breaded their, but come out of a frozen bag. :( ) Nonetheless, they were fantastic. Our server (whose name escapes me) was great and answered all of our questions without hesitation. She also kept our iced teas topped off. The Side Rail is a fun, neighborhood kinda place with awesome theming and friendly staff. I wish this was closer to home. I could hang out here regularly.

Called in the order, and when I arrived, it was busy (Thursday night). The kitchen seemed a bit chaotic as I waited for our order. The pizzas were done, almost, on time, but our order of garlic bread I kept being told would be a few more minutes... and then a few more minutes... and then a few more minutes. I'm not sure if it was missed from the order, or given to another table or what, but I was close to asking them to just forget about the garlic bread. Anyway, our 25-30 minutes turned into nearly 50 minutes once the whole order was ready to go. That being said... the pizza was delightful! The sauce is delicious, the crust was perfect, and the toppings were awesome. The inside of the establishment looking casual and fun as well, nice bar area, and a patio. I definitely want to come back and try this place again and dine-in. My word of warning is that maybe don't be on a time-crunch or have somewhere you have to be right away. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but if not, good food - just might be a few minutes longer of a lunch/dinner than you anticipate. Overall, great pizza!

Pizza had very little meat on it( alot of bacon pieces) but it had enough cheese on it to bounce outside the box little to no sauce. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever had and it had been a long time for us to give them another try . Everytime we Ordered to pick up our pizza was A never even made so had to wait 30 minutes for that and it wasn't right .The last time ( before this time) Told me I hadn't ordered one but there computer shows i paid for one i ask why I would pay for a pizza i didn't order the young lady said she didn't know and left it had to ask to speak to someone in charge this took another 30 minutes then the fill in manager said she would have my pizza in 20 to 25 minutes to wait in my car and come back in that time I ask for my money back she told me she couldn't give me my back because I hadn't ordered one. So that was last summer nothing has really changed it's still a mess So we're Done Marie
