On my 4th call, I kindly ask the associate to please not transfer me because it keeps dropping my calls. She insists she has to transfer me to geek squad even though I'm telling her I already talked to geek squad and they tried to send me back to the store which then resulted in my call being dropped. She then JUST HANGS UP ON ME INSTEAD. Awful service. Don't use geek squad.

The dynamic was hard to ignore and came across as both misogynistic and racially biased in the way he monitored and interacted during what should have been a completely normal customer service interaction. It was blatantly uncomfortable to witness. As someone who shops here regularly, this was extremely off-putting and disappointing. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it raises concerns about the work environment behind the scenes as well.
