I can't believe I am just discovering this place. Stopped in today for first time because we heard raves about the Cuban sandwich from some people at the ski slopes. Split one with my sister. It was sooooooo good and even better than any cuban sandwiches we ever had in Miami! Nice crunchy panini pressed cuban bread , pickles, their own special cuban dressing...Wanted to go back for dinner but got sidetracked so will stop back for lunch tomorrow before we head home. While we waited for our sandwich, we were totally entertained browsing the store with so many food-related products! Got some sweet little gifts to take home,too. Plus the owner is so kind and friendly. This place should be on your must visit list if in area. A Cuban sandwich to go or sit inside at one of the tables in the store. We discovered this place during a ski trip and make at least 4 visits a year. (We travel from Maryland just for this!) While I cannot say we've tried every sandwich, we've had many and haven't had a bad one yet! My daughter loves the hot sauce wall & my son's pickiness is always accommodated! Better yet today I was missing various unusual items - spice blends, different crackers & cheeses and chips...guess what was the first and last place I shopped! Every time we visit New Hampshire this is our must stop place to go! The food is simply out of this world, I guarantee you will not find a better Cuban Panini anywhere else!! All the sandwiches are fantastic actually & made with high quality fresh ingredients. There is a huge selection of hot sauces and an eclectic mix of unique stuff you can't find anywhere else. Washington Valley I always stop here for lunch, the food is delicious and the business is spotless, not to mention the owner who is super friendly and nice, never had a bad meal here! Yes, the Cuban sandwich is incredible as all the reviews say. Staff also recommended another very good sandwich. The hot sauce wall is a great place to find a gift for the spicy person in your life. Highly recommend coming here to grab a soda and sandwich after a day of hiking. read more
