My child has been in these angels care for two years. I am a single father, work a blue collar job as a plumber and my child gets more than just "adequate care". She receives nurturing, love, attention and education. Quite frankly, i need a dose of that nurturing and love every now and then. I can come in dressed for a meeting or grizzled and unshaven from a rough week in the field(leave muddy boots in the car) and i am treated with the same level of care. Its not "mr wood", its mike and i prefer it that way. This is child CARE, not boot camp. I previously had her at another AMAZING facility@ the Goddard School, but the price was nearly double and she receives the sane small class size, they do homework with her and play with nifty tech, cant imagine better care. Chris is awesome- every month we have cool activities at night, game night, a Sadie hawkins dance, the fall festival, trunk or treat(complete with haunted house) and most recently the holiday show(teachers had a bit in it too!) Im grateful she was much more concerned with the children in her care than impressing a potential employee...if you cant wait five minutes at the door as a security measure, you don't have the patience for kiddos.

We…read morehave been at the Sunshine house and Discovery Point Before this and being at Crimson is a whole new experience! They are very involved with their students, and have all kinds of activities! A few weeks back they had a fall festival and a drive in movie where they even made little box cars for the kids to sit in. They just had Trunk or treat and that was a blast and my kids loved it! They are even having a thanksgiving feast! Mrs. Jennifer is my sons Infant teacher, she is so awesome! River is always a happy boy when I pick him up and they always have something to write on his daily sheet, letting you know what he did that day and how he was acting and how he ate. I love being able to keep up with that! My Step son has also just started Crimson and Mrs. Ruby is his teacher. After 2 days of him being at Crimson, he came home saying yes mam! Which of course I try to remind him to say but he likes to tune us out like any 2 year old! He gets so excited when we walk into the school and the first thing he asks in the morning is if he gets to see Ruby today. When I pick him up he is always so excited, he loves to show me around his class room and show me what he did that day. So I would day Jaxx also gives Crimson a thumbs up!!! The school also has themes that every class participates in this month is medieval times, and they have already started decorating with the kids crafts and pictures around the school and halls. I love it! I honestly can not say enough good things about this school/ teachers/ and management! This is a wonderful place to be!

She said the tutoring was good but when she took the actual test, she realized she hadn't been prepared properly. That said, a charge showed up for another $1000. No one told her that this was a MONTHLY charge and she had to go in and cancel her account. Tutor didn't mention it. Wasn't disclosed to me, the parent. Nothing. Now in dispute with them. Good luck calling a customer service agent. They "can't do much" for subscriptions. Also the dogs barking constantly in the background made it a bit hard to even understand what was going on. Expect to be passed on to 2 or 3 agents and then told you have to wait. Hopefully, AMEX has my back, 'cause they sure don't.

I'm a 28-year-old, and my child that I enrolled into this daycare is my first child. I'm from Chicago and moved to Georgia in 2019. With all that being said, I'm pretty sure you can only imagine the fear of being a first-time mom in another state without any immediate family. My husband, his family, and I are the only village I have to lean on. Finding a daycare that made me feel comfortable was very important. During the walk-through, I met the owners; being this was my first experience looking for childcare, it didn't dawn on me that I should have been meeting staff who would actually be taking care of my child. During the walk-through, the owners were great. Ms. Judah said everything a new mother would want to hear. Walking through, she showed me the up-to-date security system on the door. Every parent is given a code to enter the main entrance of the door, and then after entering the door, you're supposed to sign in with a tablet with four numbers you'll get from your Procare app. So, in total, you'll have two codes: one for the main door and one for check-in. Then, I was told the infant would learn sign language and the older children would learn Spanish. They had security cameras around the entire daycare. The equipment was brand new, and everything was clean. Based on all those things, I felt like I was picking the right place. Unfortunately, those great things were just a distraction. The place is new, understaffed, and inexperienced! My son is two months old. While in the care of the daycare for three days, my child was left to sit in his poop for hours before changing. They log what they do on the Procare app with your child every day. The first diaper change was at 7 am; the next was at 10:07 am. Once I noticed he had to wait three hours for a diaper change, I reached out through the app and asked if he could be changed sooner than three hours (no reply). The next change after that was at 1:12 pm. My son has had four blowouts since he's been in Bula Babies. He's a part-time student, only going three days. Having blowouts every day, sometimes twice a day, is unacceptable! I filled out a feeding plan: 4 oz every two hours. The lead infant room teacher logged 7.5 oz in one feeding. I asked why this was done after verbally telling her not to overfeed and filling out a feeding plan. The only thing the director could do was apologize. I was told I would receive two photos and one video. I had to ask why I didn't receive photos on the very first day of school. Ms. Judah did fire the lead infant room teacher due to several complaints; however, I still had to express my horrific experience. On his last day, I came into the daycare, and the door that you're supposed to have a code to get into the daycare with was open, and the tablet you're supposed to use to check in was down. Certain things that were shown during the walk-through weren't being delivered. Before leaving the daycare, I had to change my son's wet diaper, and upon changing, I saw he still had poop in his private area. Ms.Judah refused to give me a refund due to policy and procedures even though I paid for three days of services but only received one
