This was a very disappointing experience. I sent my mother to pick up my order and specifically intended for it to be a cash transaction because it was a Delta Starbucks Stars promotion day. Instead, the barista said my Starbucks Card wasn't valid because she didn't know how to process it correctly. Rather than accepting payment, she redeemed all of the Stars in my account without my authorization. To make matters worse, I ordered Grande drinks but was given Venti drinks, which used even more of my rewards than intended. I spend a lot of money earning Starbucks Stars and save them for when I choose to use them. They should never be redeemed because an employee doesn't know how to process a transaction. I also missed out on the Delta promotion because the purchase was never completed as cash as I intended. This experience showed a lack of training and attention to detail. I went here after surfing I needed water because of being dehydrated from the salt. I needed a water and the manager refused to give me a free one I asked how much they would charge me just for the water and they said I must buy something and the cheapest item was $6 (a small drink). It's crazy to not give away free water in a $0.10 cup, poor customer service would not recommend. read more

Diane the manger is HORRIBLE! Within a week she was rude to me twice! The first time she started getting upset with me because when I placed my mobile order, I didn't select drive-through but once she looked at the ticket, she realized I did select drive-through and clapped at me like I was a two-year-old when I pulled up to the window maybe she should pay attention before you starts criticizing others then I go yesterday go back through the drive-through. My order was not ready yet and she made it out to be my fault. I ended up never getting my order because of how rude she was through the drive-through. This location is horrible. Drive thru review only We stopped off here on our way home from St Augustine and grabbed a coffee for the drive. The line was a few cars deep but it moved quickly. Staff was friendly from the start to the end. We got two coffee called and two coffees. Everything was as ordered. I wish they would have heated the coffee called a little longer as they were just warm, not hot. Nothing huge though. It's an easy entry and exit location that's right by the interstate. I go to this Starbucks frequently and ever since the remodeling from the prior building, this Starbucks is the better one of Palm Coast. The staff has always been super friendly whether it's 5am or 9pm they always have a smile on their face and will make your order correctly. I can't say I have had any issues with this location and it's nice to see management helping when they are busy. read more

Update - The new location and building are great. I got my usual ice cold coffee. Service was good. No long lines. Very Clean! Artwork there was phenomenal. Loved the tigers! I don't like coffee places like Starbucks. I always feel stuffed and tense in Starbucks especially this one. I miss coffee houses with couches and lots of spacious room ... no lines. We pride ourselves with the 'I only work here' attitude. Following a big order I asked for a two piece cup carrier. Yesterday this seemed like a normal request and was not an issue. Every other Starbucks has not had an issue. This morning after placing a large order I requested a two piece carrier to insert into a bag to manage the order. The first assistant was about to provide it when the second stopped her. She said they are not allowed to use them unless it was for DoorDash. Seems a little silly but I received a four piece carrier. Asked for a scissors to cut it in half, as other Starbucks have done for me, they would not assist. They told me the manager said it was not allowed. I asked to see the manager. Out comes the lady with the question 'Who is it?' Ok, we can see how this goes. Stopped at this well hidden Palm Coast Starbucks with my wife and daughter on the way south to Fort Lauderdale. Briana and Vince were our baristas. Off the Starbucks Secret Menu, my daughter had a grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with raspberry syrup. My wife had a Venti latte, while I ordered my signature "Bill's Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. All three drinks were made to perfection. No problems whatsoever - especially with my drink. Clean store with clean restrooms. The inside is very clean and newly remodeled. The drive thru is easily accessible and wraps around the building. I usually order the caramel macchiato, espresso frappe, mocha frappe with choc chips or vanilla iced coffee with a shot of espresso! I like to switch it up. Nice Starbucks right off of I-95 in the Palm Coast area. It is the only location I know of between St. Augustine and Daytona, with it being so close to the highway, it is an easy pit stop. I drive frequently along I-95, so this will be a spot for me. read more
