We were fortunate to experience the VIP treatment and access to the private upstairs lounge pre-show and during the 20-minute intermission with much shorter lines. We also exited to the backstage area post concert and just awestruck getting to meet band members. So nice! Our seats were 2nd row Orchestra B directly behind the VVIP 6-row section, so 8 rows from the stage. Stadium style seating made for great sight lines, audio and visuals, and stage performances were primo perfecto.

Everyone mentions the ceiling and the faces, which are incredible, but there are so many more details to take in: castle-like doors and faux fireplaces, tile work, angelic statues and a starry sky ceiling in the main theater. Outside of the concert space, there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The patio had the World Cup going on. Inside there are lots of games. So really something for everything here! I enjoyed the concert I went to - the venue was loud, lighting was good, and there was some outdoor space (with a second place to order drinks.) Close to the stage, people were dancing, moshing, and having a great time. In the back, there was room to enjoy with a little more space. My one gripe, I KNOW that alcoholic drinks at all concerts and venues will be overpriced but the only option for water was an $8 can. Just be aware if you plan to hydrate!

I have accessibility needs, and when I arrived they told me I'd have to pay $5 cash to park (which I didnt have) in a handicapped spot. It felt frustrating, especially since I drove myself and couldn't just park farther away and walk. After some discussion (thankfully, my friend spoke up), they waived the fee, but it seems like that's the default expectation, which isn't ideal for people with mobility challenges. Also, the venue itself isn't wheelchair accessible, so that's something to keep in mind. That said, the event itself was fantastic. You should definitely arrive early because most of the seating is on one level, and if someone tall sits in front of you, you might struggle to see. There is a balcony area for extra seating, though. The bar is on the pricey side--a soft drink in a 12 oz cup is about $3--but they do offer some alcoholic beverage specials. Overall, I love the storytelling events and will probably keep going, but I hope they improve their accessibility policies in the future
