I love this place! They have recently downsized their menu and it's great! You still have your options for sides. The food is fresh and full of flavor and there's no msg in the food ! Was excited to try this place but unfortunately it had bad food, poor service, and sticky tables. I asked for the jerk chicken bowl with plantains and coleslaw topped with aioli tomatillo, also got a beef patty. I didn't get the aioli at all, the chicken, plantains, and patty were all dry like they had been sitting for a couple hours and the coleslaw was just pico de gallo. It is definitely overpriced and had to throw it all out because it wasn't edible. read more

I was pretty hungry but couldnt stand to eat the rest of the bowl. Plantains tasted great tho, i just wish they wouldnt just throw them in a brown paper bag like that. It was my first time trying this place last night & I was very impressed. The food was delicious! My husband & I both got the jerk chicken plates & they hit the spot. I was a little sad because I thought the plate came with plantains but it doesn't so next time I will be sure to order those separately. I also had the Jamaican creme soda which I loved. Ordered the mango habanero cauliflower tacos (which were extra) for my wife after receiving them we realized they were plain so we went back to inform the cook they weren't mango habanero and he proceeded to tell us we don't do refunds and you didn't take the sauce. When he never gave us sauce or offered sauce on the side. Which my wife told him that and he said yea you're right I didn't and then said again well we don't do refunds. First time coming here! I was influenced by social media about this place, so I decided to give it a try. Went in and ordered 2 of the oxtail smash burgers with drinks. Something told me to order out the other kitchen as well, so I did. I'm so happy I went with my gut instinct. So they forgot about our order in this kitchen. The other kitchen brought out our order quickly, and it was nice and fresh. Sat in there and ate it. I looked back at the cashier who took my order from this kitchen, we made eye contact, and she looked shook as if she just remembered we ordered. She told me it would be out in a second. I nodded my head and waited. We literally sat and watched everyone get their orders who ordered after us. They finally brought the food out...for $12 meal the bag of fries were SOOOOO greasy it was see through. When I picked up the bag of fries, it broke due to all the grease. Now for the oxtail burger. From social media, this burger looked to be held with 2 hands just like a regular sized burger you'd get from any burger spot, right? WRONG!!!...I kid you not, they gave me a tiny kiddy size burger smaller than my hand. I bit into it and tasted no oxtail. I opened up the burger... literally SPRINKLED little pieces of oxtail but heavily packed with onions...SERIOUSLY??!!! After forgetting about my order, this is what's presented? I was done! If I could give 0 stars I would, I got the jerk chicken burrito at the festival in arrowhead and the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. My husband and I came for dinner close to closing perhaps. We both ordered the jerk chicken which had good flavor. The vegetables were not note worthy. Over cooked with no color. The food was served lukewarm and we seemed to have to wait quite a while despite the food already being prepared and in warming dishes. Seemed like some of the workers were just standing around as we waited for our drinks and they forgot to give us our sauces & Jamaican Patty. The customer service could use some training & improvement. While we were waiting for our food some workers were on there phone and lacked overall energy & professionalism. I got the jerk chicken combo. I was disappointed. The chicken was dry, the festivals were hard on the outside. The rice and peas were decent but it didn't taste like it had any hint of coconut milk that is usually added to rice and peas. I haven't found a restaurant yet in the inland empire that tastes good enough for me to go back to. I'm from New York so I guess I'm more picky when it comes to Caribbean food. I hate that I have to drive all the way to LA to get some good Jamaican food. I hope whoever is cooking takes the time to make sure the chicken is at least juicy and tender. read more

I honestly can't say enough about this place. I have been able to eat their food several times at breweries and was finally able to visit their store. Living in florida where Jamaican food is everywhere, i've been on the hunt for good jerk chicken here on the west coast and was happy to have been able to stumble upon this small business. The jerk fires are fire, the cauliflower tacos i literally dream about and the plantains and festivals with the caramel sauce are the perfect end to a great meal! I asked for rice and peas and when I received my order it looked like they only gave me white rice so I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she assured me the peas were at the bottom as you can see there aren't any peas. The plantain was over cooked and full of grease. I paid $18 for the bowl and plantains which was way over priced for the amount of meat I received. My sister paid $3.50 for two sides of lemon pepper chicken and grilled cauliflower which equated to about 3 bites each. Way over priced and the food was mediocre.
