First time coming here and let me tell you they did not disappoint. We ended up getting a teriyaki bowl of beef teriyaki bowl and de seafood mix which includes shrimp chicken and fish. The food was amazing and these sauces they have for your food are so freaking good. They do have a big selection of drinks plus fountain drinks, love the atmosphere love the customer service. It's a new place here in San Bernardino. Go check them out.

The #2 chicken katsu was the best. Everyone was satisfied. Worth the price. Will do again.

It's kind of become our little routine -- shop first, plate lunch after. This location is almost always busy when we go, but honestly, we've never had issues with service or the food. The line moves at a decent pace and the staff handles the crowd well. The chicken katsu is a must every time. Crispy, well-fried, and paired with that sweet, tangy katsu sauce - it just hits. It's one of those plates that never disappoints. And you can't skip the Hawaiian drinks. Something about that combo makes it feel like a mini island escape before heading back home. We also tried the Island white fish, which surprised me in a good way. It was fried nicely and gave us something different from the usual BBQ chicken or katsu. Light, crispy, and a solid alternative if you want to switch it up. Overall, consistent food, dependable service, and a convenient stop after shopping. If you're near Citrus Plaza and craving a hearty plate lunch, this spot does the job every time.

As you walk up, you're greeted by a massive shark head and you can spot their fun desert decor like cactus and peach umbrella covers. Instantly you know you're going somewhere fun. When you walk in, you stand in a line to order your food off a screen, and they call your name when your order is ready. There are QR codes so you can order a drink while waiting and you'll be entertained by the quirky surfer bro who's calling out names when people's drinks are ready. Everyone is donned with Hawaiian shirts and look genuinely happy to work there. There's a big outdoor patio with those peach umbrella covers to provide some shade, as well as seating inside. It kinda feels like you're in Disneyland because there's so much decor and so many things to look at. While waiting to order food, I ordered the island style cold brew with macadamia nut milk. It was good! We also got a tropical gangster, a frozen drink with passion orange and guava and it was the perfect drink to sip on for a hot day. For food, we got the pele poke bowl and the cabo poke bowls. The portions weren't big, they come in small bowls, and you're paying about $20 each for them, but they were surprisingly good. Not the best poke ever, but good enough for Big Bear. Both bowls had ahi but different flavorings and toppings. The cabo came with crunchy wonton strips and jalapeños, while the pele came with rice and veggies like cucumbers and peppers. My bf and I split both bowls and we enjoyed them! This is def a must visit if you're in town!

When she finally came over to unlock the door, she was having a hard time with the lock, like a really hard time. When she got the door unlocked, she held it open, I spoke, she said nothing, just smiled. Not a big deal, but if I speak, SPEAK BACK!!! Ordered the Pineapple Coconut Wontons and here comes another problem. She then was having issues with the register ringing up my order for me to pay. My order was done before I paid, because of the system, taking it's time...I guess. When my total popped up on the screen, it was much higher than I expected. Then I realized, it auto populated a tip on there. Anyone not paying attention, can easily miss that, and I'm one of those people that goes through prompts fast. But I knew my total should have been in the $8 range and it was $10 and some change. When I took the tip off, it went back down to $8. They are one of those places, that charge for using a card as well. On the other hand, the wontons were good.

That's what happened when we were there. For $15 you can get the XL plate and it comes with ALL the meat offered, rice, and mac salad. For the XL plate we got: 1) Teriyaki Chicken: -This did not come with enough sauce in with itself, so I had to take some of the sauce from the teriyaki beef side. -Chicken was kinda dry and not very appealing texturally for me. -A bit too chicken-y if that makes sense. This was my least fav of the meat trio. 2) Pulled Pork: -On its own, pretty dry but I can taste the kalua pork inspiration. Simple flavor, with very slight salt added to it. -But because of how dry it was, I had to rely on the mac salad to enhance this... 3) Teriyaki Beef: -Probably my favorite of the 3 meats. -This one had the most flavor to it and was sauced perfectly. -Teriyaki sauce was the perfect medium of savory and sweet. -However, this meat was also a bit dry and tough, but not as much as the other 2. 4) Mac Salad: -You can never go wrong with Mac Salad and this definitely made some of the meats more palatable, but there wasn't enough to make it THAT much better. Maybe it's because we came 30 min right before closing or my expectations were much too high as a Hawaiian fast food enjoyer, but I was a bit disappointed and didn't eat much of this dinner. Maybe I'll go back to try their shaved ice, but right now I'm gonna pass on this place for a bit.

Your favorite Yelp correspondent and occasional Uber Eats driver found himself in the northeast corner of Ontario after ferrying a Mediterranean meal from my hometown of Diamond Bar to Ontario when my attention was riveted by the "Kra Z Kai's Laotian BBQ" signage alight on the building. Upon entering into the communal dining hall, I discovered that Kra Z Kai's apparently shuttered a month ago. I immediately noticed the long queue snaking its way to the register at Shootz. Though I was crestfallen about Kra Z Kai's closure, I decided to roll the dice -shootz my luck, if you'll pardon my brutal pun- and try out Shootz. I tabbed the best looking item on their pictorial menu- Their much balkyhooed Kimchi Buttered Katsu Chicken Combo, which comes with spicy Mac Salad and steamed rice tossed with green onions and furikake, a popular Nipponese seasoning comprised of minced dried seaweed (nori), sesame seeds and salt/pepper. The moneymaker dish is excellent. The katsu chicken has a nice but not overly crunchy exterior, drenched in a flavorful, Umani-rich sauce made of kimchi butter. Shootz has locations in Ontario, Whittier and Stanton, so I don't know when I'll have it again...but if I I find myself in Ontario again, then I'll definitely take -you guessed it- another shot.

Which brings me here today:) This location in particular is probably the most consistently clean, fresh & cold with good service. It's literally my favorite so I know that you can walk in at any point on any day & get all the things. Like today, the one guy who works here is here on Super Bowl Sunday just being great. Of course he's got the game on his phone (let's be human people) but he's still doing everything he's suppose to with a pleasant tone asking everyone if they want to try the new Matcha;) I credit the owner for finding this guy...speaking of the owner, she is in the back hustling everything. (I don't really know what to say when Every. Single. Time. I see this lady, she's working harder than 3 Californians on a might-as-well-be-summer day.) I can't forget to shout-out all the beautiful girlies who made the consistency actual happen--like the owner's daughter, I think her cousin (only because I think I heard someone else reference them being cousins maybe), the petite cutie with all the gold & the most amazing nailsssssss! I digress... And it's cold. The importance of keeping seafood fresh in a clean, cold environment is a non-negotiable. Like AC always at 74. O and metal chairs, a clean bathroom AND clean floors.
