Okay... I ordered the tuna melt. It tasted weirdly sour and the tomato was mushy, but I was gonna give it a go anyway. I tried to sprinkle some pepper on it and the lid was loose, so half the pepper bottle dumped onto it. Bummer! The waiter came along at that moment and I showed him. He actually said kinda rudely, "So what do you want? Want another piece of bread?" We determined that he should bring me another half-sandwich. It didn't taste any better, but at least it didn't have a tablespoon of pepper on it.. My daughter found multiple blonde hairs in the chicken sliders she ordered. Just just kept pulling 'em out. Another of our party has a pastrami sandwich that... I don't even know if it was pastrami. It looked like translucent globs of slimy bacon strips. She couldn't eat any of it. Two others got eggs that didn't seem horrible, but they didn't eat them, so I dunno. I'd been there a couple other times and wasn't super impressed, but wasn't grossed out like I was this time. If you don't have to go here, I'd say don't. If you do, the french fries are good. And the beer. Just get french fries and beer. read more

Whooo hooo! We finally have a proper diner to go to in our small little area. I can't tell you how happy this makes my NYer fiancé.... The food was good and the portions were MASSIVE. One of the best diners in the Jupiter area. It was my first visit, but it won't be my last! I had Irish eggs benedict to die for!!! REAL Hollandaise sauce. A rare treat anywhere these days! I really liked this place. It reminded me of the old-school diners like back home in Chicago that I grew up on. Had the lunch special Spanakopita. Came with soup, salad AND dessert. Gave this establishment a second shot today, and we won't be returning. When you first enter, seating and drink orders are quick. In fact everything is quick until we got our breakfast. Then don't run out of drink, or you'll be calling someone over. The hash browns were greasy the Country. Omelette w\ bacon sausage, and mushrooms is not very exciting. Maybe as the sausage is kind of bland in my opinion. In closing, they are a clean attractive establishment, and if I see their ratings go up, I may give them another try...May. read more

I had visited this place several times for a quick lunch or breakfast. Their menu is VERY long, perhaps only beaten by Cheesecake Factory. However, I did have a menu favorite. Keep in mind, this is an old-fashioned diner. The last time was the worst experience. The diner was at about a quarter of their capacity. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. Once we were seated, we waited another 15 minutes to receive a menu. We did notice that others were being cared for and their orders received, so we asked a rushing waitress to take our order. "Someone will be with shortly", she replied. After about 5-10 minutes after, we stood up and went to the cashier and complained. The hostess pointed at the "manager" and he nodded his head supposedly in consideration of us. Nothing else. We asked why we were dismissed, and got no answer. To this day, we don't know, but we won't find out since we are not going back! read more

My family and I eat here most Sunday mornings. I am very fussy about my eggs and the chef makes them just the way I like them. Taylor Pork Roll with lightly scrambled eggs soft. They do them just right. The other 8 members of my family also like the way the food comes out. Janet, our waitress takes good care of us and all the employees are very nice. So, we tried this diner for lunch. It's in a location that has housed multiple restaurants and it's been redecorated nicely. The service was prompt and friendly, although I think our server was hard of hearing because she talked really, really loud. It was clear from her greetings to other customers that already there are repeat visitors. My husband had a chef salad and I had a special that included a Greek salad. His salad was fine, but a little light on the greens. My Greek salad was made with iceberg lettuce, which was a surprise (expected Romaine) and the dressing was flavorless. So it was ok. The rest of the special was grilled chicken on pita and a side of fries. The chicken was tasty but the pita was awful -- too much bread for the chicken. The fries were crisp, greaseless and tasty. The prices were reasonable ... the menu is huge and includes Polish and Greek items as well as all the other menu items you'd expect from a diner. We had high hopes for this new restaurant particularly as it fills a niche in the north county area. I think we'll try it again for breakfast, but won't rush back. read more

We were looking for a fun place to meet our friend's mother for lunch and since we like diner food this seemed ideal. Unfortunately the food was less than ok. I had chicken noodle soup which was like too salty and very little other flavor. Next was the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies. For me not to finish mashed potatoes means something. They were not good. The gravy added very little flavor and the turkey was not like any meat I know. This was our go to for breakfast while we were in town this weekend. Jersey style diner which is right up this jersey girl's alley. Very clean, fresh baked bow ties at the hostess station which were amazing. I ordered poached eggs which were cooked in water not in a poaching pan, which to me always yields a harder told. I only prepare poached Gaga in water, so I was impressed. We also ordered the fruit salad as a side and it was a very good portion and included blueberries, strawberry, red grapes, cantaloupe and pineapple. It was all ripe and very good. We ate here yesterday for lunch, what a gem this place is . When you enter you immediately notice that it is impeccably clean and modern. We were immediately seated and waited on by a friendly knowledgeable server and given a beautiful extensive menu . The food was great as acknowledged by all 4 of us and the prices are reasonable. The owner later paid us a visit at our table and explained some of his food and their process and gave us samples of his fresh clam chowder, which was delicious. Ive lived in fla. Took my mother-in-law here for lunch today. Was a very entertaining adventure. While waiting to be seated we watched and listened to staff bicker with each other. Then a man who I assumed was the manager but found out later was the owner tried to make peace with staff. Maybe if he set down that coffee cup he carried around for the 1 1/2 hrs we were there and jumped in to help his team maybe just maybe the staff would have been more pleasant? So I ordered a California Cheeseburger medium rare. This came without cheese and no mayo. Had to wait for waitress to come back around. Got my cheese yay but no mayo. Stopped a different waitress and she got me mayo. Finally dug in and omg it was rare to raw!! Meanwhile my mother in law was halfway done with her tuna sandwich. I was not going to send back at that point so I ate it. Watched an elderly man trip on the rug in front of kitchen door and his wife tried to fix it. She gave up and left it. Took several minutes before any of staff even noticed. We were seated very close to front door and cash register. Finally one of those hostess took care of the rug and overheard me say its been quite entertaining at lunch today. She came over and explained they were one wait staff short. LOL only one? you would think 1/2 the staff did not make it in!! One suggestion I have is they should wear name tags since not one introduced themselves by name. The restaurant looks new and is very clean. The menu is HUGE! My first thought, when I read menus that have EVERTHING, is how could they possibly keep all that food fresh? I had the taco salad it was in a delicious taco chip bowl (I guess that's what you call them). The salad wasn't very spicy, but good. The wife had a triple decker turkey sandwich she said it was very good and the fries were great. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Lots of seniors there (they usually know good food cheap). First experience was positive, second was just terrible. Menu is confusing and resembles an encyclopedia in very small font while the wait staff seem impatient for you to make a choice. Out of our table of four only one person was happy with their dish (pancakes and bacon). Kids meal Mac and cheese portion was ginormous (and gross). First visit the hash browns were fine, last visit they had other stuff in them. My son ordered a milkshake as a dessert - server brought it then recited a list of what desserts come free with his meal - why didn't she mention this during the ordering of the $4.00 shake? And did she offer to adjust the bill - nope. The kicker for me, and what will stop me from going back (besides the fact that they may serve large portions, but the quality is not good) is that I spent some $$ on this meal. The server asked if I wanted a refill on my soda. I said yes, but can I get it in a to go cup. She hesitated then said she could bring me a cup for me to pour my remaining drink into (in other words - no refill). I said okay, that was fine. She is gone a while talking to the owner/manager whatever and comes back to inform me that if she gives me an empty cup for me to pour my $2.35 small soda into she will have to charge me for a whole new soda. Umm... Really? Seriously? They didn't seem to be charging diners around us for second entrees when they packed up their leftover dinners into to go containers. A soda, which costs them pennies, just sealed the deal that we won't be back and won't be bringing our friends and family with us. There are good points and not so good points to this place. When you walk in there is a case of beautiful home made cakes that look amazing. Seeing these cakes made me think this place is going to have great diner style food. Fair warning you will need a half hour to look at the menu. Too many items! Stick to diner food people. Not pasta. This is the "real deal." A diner of your memories. Clean, attractiively decorated, pleasant wait staff, good food. What more could you want? AND it stays OPEN FOR DINNER unlike so many breakfast and lunch only places here. AND it's open until very late on the weekends. Now you have a place where you can go after a show, movie, etc. and know you can find a place to eat after 8 PM. Living in North Palm Beach County we have some wonderful restaurants to choose from. And many are pricey and you feel as though you should get dressed up when you go to them. Sometimes it is nice if you can go and get good food, at a reasonable price, in nice, casual attire and feel comfortable. My husband and I have had tried their breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We also went there for coffee and dessert one evening. The desserts are made fresh on the premises and are very good - especially the apple crumb cake! The word has gotten around and they are busy but always accomodating. The kitchen can be a little slow, but the results are worth waiting for. We are used to great NJ diners and have recently learned that it has a "sister" diner in Bridgewaer, NJ. We know that diner and it is very good, as well. Ok on our trip back home we took US 1 and was getting a bit hungry so we stop at this place that said it was Time To Eat. The Diner was a nice cozy place with friendly people. The girl helping us was very nice and she keep checking on us which I really like. I had a Cajun burger that was cooked well and still had some juiciness. I did not taste much Cajun on my burger but I did like it was flamed broiled and nor fried. I thought that fries where great. My wife had the egg salad sandwich and it did not have much flavor. She did however really like the pickles. My daughter had the chili dog and some chips and she said it was good. I really enjoyed the food and the burger. I would have ordered seafood but the prices where more than I wanted to pay in fact the where a bit on the high side for a diner.
