My wife recently bought 2 gold chains both stamped RCI their provider and both were fake gold, they had a thick layer of 14kt gold over a base metal to cut costs. If you bring it up to management they'll bounce you around and lie to you about their system being down, they refuse to give your money back no matter what. I have contacted over 30 people who were scammed by them on the BBB website and am starting a class action lawsuit against these frauds.
