"herbal supplements to unleash your hypothalamus" for weight loss (GIMMICK). For $0 information that comes from the internet they give you: 1. info on the Keto diet (not a gimmick). 2. Info on how caloric restriction will lead to weight loss (not a gimmick). I can understand how people need these gimmicks to trick themselves into losing weight. But I cannot forgive the vendors of these gimmicks that exploit the ignorance of desperate people to take their hard earned money. They even use pseudo-science words and intermingle real science words to confuse people: saying stuff like "diode technology!" instead of just saying they use LEDs. This is not sustainable or healthy in the long run for the person seeking weight loss. The people that provide these gimmicks make the people trying to lose weight, who often bounce back up in weight after using the gimmick, feel like its their fault for bouncing back (not realizing the gimmick did nothing) which often causes depression and makes their situation worse. Proper education can serve someone struggling with weight loss best. And while the people becoming victims of these gimmicks are worse off, these providers pat themselves in the back, telling themselves that they help people, all the way to the bank.

Then, the next "gimmick" is that they put you on this table that allegedly works the fat loose - it just seemed like a lot of smoke and mirrors. Also , I met with Trina ONE TIME on the initial buy in and then you deal with Julia. While Julia is very nice, no one ever explained what her qualifications are. You go in each week to see Julia. Julia weighs you, measures you, and takes your photo. Then she puts you on the gimmick table and that's it. That's it except for the push to buy more products from them. I joined in May. Went on vacation a few weeks later and when I came back I waited for them to call me to get back on the Julia schedule. Of course, that call never came. I feel like Cornerstone Wellness exploits people in their desperation to lose weight and , like lots of things in this world, it's all about the hard sell and the money.

She made sure to explain the process thoroughly and she always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I've been to Korea before and have done ultherapy so I came into this treatment comparing the two. Density RF was much less painful. I'd say it was a 2/10 in terms of pain. After the treatment, my face looked more lifted and my smile lines weren't as prominent as before. I asked about a couple of the hot tonics, hoping for a recommendation. The response? "I've never had them." Fair enough--but maybe follow it up with, "Let me see if I can find out," or "People seem to like this one." Anything besides leaving the customer hanging. The smoothies are blended with care.
