He's serious, friendly and energetic. He has a cool sense of humor. He has a passion for his craft. His desire to get you the best outcome possible, is evident in the attention to detail shown in every facet of his practice, from his detailed website, immaculate office, and friendly well trained support staff. He thinks of everything. In my procedure, once cancer was removed by the general surgeon, Dr. Mathew L. Romans was tasked to recreate breasts where now, there was a gaping hole, and extreme ugly drooping tissue. No other words are strong enough... The result was LIFE-CHANGING! It is shock and awe in the best possible way. I am humbled by his skill and the result he gained for me. Where there was very little left, he conserved tissue and reshaped to make a beautiful breast, and he then made the other side match with great symmetry and nipple placement. I went from 36DDD breasts hanging at my waist, to 44C breasts with beautiful size, shape and projection. He hid scars in the breast fold. The nipples look amazing. I now have the breasts of a woman more than half my age! At a follow up with the general surgeon who removed the cancer, that doctor took one look and said "Dr. Romans MADE MAGIC." Dr silk broke my sternum whole on the table. after his reaction when I asked him why he broke my sternum, he grinned, held his head and stared at the floor. WOW. so I went to his colleague. which was even more unprofessional. This doctors put in two different sizes and I can't even tell you what else he did, however, he left me in the room with the anestioligist so when I went home I washed sperm off of my face. these doctors are disgusting! I will be making flyers, and PUTTING THEM EVERYWHERE WITH THEOR FACES ON IT

He took the hump off of my side profile but if I turn a little bit you can still see that he left a bump on both sides of my nose. It's like he only focused on one angle but forgot every other angle. I brought this up to him during my follow up and he told me to "calm down it will go away" he also said it was "normal" for tissue to come back. But this wasn't regrowth... from the beginning it was clear that there was leftover bumps on both sides. Im not sure why he kept disregarding my concerns but it was clear he didn't care about me as a patient. He wanted to charge me for the whole procedure again to fix it so I decided not to continue with his practice. 3 years after my surgery and I still have the bump on both sides of my nose. The day of my appointment when the nurses were getting me ready they were arguing right infront of me! I was scheduled as the second surgery of the day but then last minute they switched me to the first surgery. Everything seemed so rushed and maybe that's why the doctor forgot to pay attention to detail when it came to my surgery. Maybe he's good with other procedures but I wouldn't recommend coming here for rhinoplasty. He will disregard any end goal you want and override with his own idea. The front view is also crooked and off to the side like coralines nose. Will get redone at another office unfortunately I wasted my money with him.

I took her to the CHOMP ER and kindly requested a plastic surgeon to stitch her up. We were so lucky that Dr. Goldberg happened to be there at the same time and was willing to help my daughter. He has an excellent bedside manner with kids (and parents!). My daughter was scared at first, but his demeanor relaxed her. He numbed her face and stitched her up, all while being kind and warm. The laceration went through my forehead and across each layer to the bone. The ER stitched me up, and it just didn't look right. There was no way I could leave it in the condition it was in. The following Saturday morning my boyfriend made a call to Dr Matthews after being referred by a close family doctor. Dr Matthews went out of his way to come in on a Saturday. He was very kind and understanding. He treated the appointment like any other appointment- turned on music, patiently re-stitched the large laceration, was very professional and had a great conversation with my boyfriend and I. Dr Matthews came in when it was not planned to help a complete stranger out. He made me feel very welcomed and I immediately trusted him. He did phenomenal work on the stitching of my laceration. They perceive mistakes they make with customers as adversarial. They are argumentative and unhelpful. Very frustrating. I left several messages with the optometrist and they never called me back to let me know of any problems. Zero follow up including the office manager who said this should not have happened and would call me back that day. Never did. I am kicking myself for using these people. What a frustrating experience! Never again!

I had to schedule an emergency appointment with Vantage Eye Care and was seen the same day. Needless to say, I will no longer be a patient of Dr. Rosenblum.
