They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. Rugs look wonderful and they always tell you if there is stain/tear that they have any concerns with and they do exactly what they say they can do. Really a wonderful trustworthy firm!
