I purchased a 5 X7 area rug for $3,000, waited 6 months for delivery, upon receiving questioned its size,& was told they would view rug in house and evaluate. Never happened. Because I'm not a designer, I believed the sales rep, Sherry, that all was good. MY BIG Mistake. This rug is not the right size, everyone tells me, it's too small... WORSE, I went back to Country Carpet, to get an indoor /outdoor runner for the inside entrance to my house.I picked 1 out and was told that this 3x7 rug was $800, and that there was nothing under that price. I can't believe this is such a DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT!! every business should make a profit, but this business is incredibly greedy, I purchased the same rug Sherry at Country Carpet showed me for $354. I am very dissatisfied with this establishment honesty. Unfortunately, I realized this too late in the game.

They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. I will only use Mergerian for carpet work in the future.

Sheila worked with us, answered all our questions, showed us multiple samples and gave us an estimate. After they came to measure the price was much lower, who doesn't love that! The price was perfect, they came super quick to install the work was great, and she is a happy lady! While we were there, I spotted an area rug, I asked for a little discount on it and Alan agreed. Team (often long…read moretime employees) pick up rugs, office calls you with any unusual problems, schedules return (usually 2 week turn around) and lay rugs to your specifications. Rugs look wonderful and they always tell you if there is stain/tear that they have any concerns with and they do exactly what they say they can do. Really a wonderful trustworthy firm!

Kravet bought Brunschwig & Fils and sometime in early 2024 they changed paper mills. The newly produced wallpaper has a chalky matte finish, unlike the beautiful light-reflective paper produced earlier. When I needed more of the paper I ordered it, and since the model number and description didn't change I had no way of knowing that this wallpaper was completely different. And Kravet won't let me return it. Designers I've spoken with were also unaware of the change or dislike the new paper so much they won't use it. AVOID Brunschwig & Fils' wallpaper!!
