I'm pretty stoked on this place. $49/month for four adjustments per month. If I sign up a direct family member or a roommate, their 4 adjustments/month costs only $39. If I sign up a third person, theirs is $29.. A 4th person is $19.. I don't have to be financially responsible for these other people, that's just the price they get for me signing them up.. They take care of their own billing. It would be cool if I got some discount of my own for signing them up, however, I really like this pay-it-forward concept. It's generous and it's very forward thinking... I used to pay $49 for just one adjustment, years ago.. Now I get to have one ever week. No appointment needed.. Walk in any time.. Hundreds of convenient locations. My adjustment today was great. No waiting.. The chiropractor was kind, clear, informative, and good at what he does. The sales girl was sweet. No gimmicks. We were a little skeptical at first but now we are glad we went. Consider this a quick and easy fix. The best part of it is the fast check-in, quick adjustment and out versus the traditional chiropractor office. Please be advised, this is not a doctor's office, just a quick repeated "adjustment" visit after visit. Catch: In order to take advantage of the $8.75 per adjustment, you must sign up for a 6-month (4 visits a month) membership to lock in the rate of $35 a person billed monthly for a total of $210 for 6 months. read more

I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but After my adjustment, the chiropractor tried to get me to buy more adjustments and I let him know I don't have enough money at this time and he offered me a free adjustment with him in order for me to come back to him. He wrote down "one free adjustment", and signed it on a piece of paper and gave it to me. When I came back a couple weeks later when I knew he would be working, and showed it to the girl behind the desk, the chiropractor came out, the girl said that they can't give out free adjustments, and he said that I would just buy two sessions instead. When I told them I don't have the money for that they proceeded to try to sell me on it. The whole thing became very awkward and I realized they had no intention on following through with free session, so I left. I have been saving this free session and looking forward to it for two weeks. I'm now left with chronic neck pain and a huge feeling of disappoint. Great concept. I have a great chiropractor that I have been a patient of for a number of years. I travel a lot and have a very hectic work schedule which it makes it impossible to schedule and keep an appointment. I'll admit I was very skeptical of this concept. Having someone making adjustments on my body is not something I take lightly. My first adjustment was preformed by Dr. Tobias who was very professional, took the time to listen to me, explained my diagnosis, and then prescribed a reasonable on-going regimen. My second visit was with someone who was by appearance a new chiropractor, but this isn't anything I haven't experienced at a PT clinic, GP office, dentist, etc. She did a great job. She reviewed Dr. Tobias's notes and did adjustments according to his diagnosis. It's a team of chiropractors working together. The Joint is super convienant. You walk in, get your adjustment, and you're on your way. You know what else is super great about The Joint? Open on Saturday and Sunday with awesome hours! And, the price--less than medical co-pay and for someone like me whose insurance doesn't cover such care a BIG savings! I committed to 6-months, $49 a month, 4-adjustments, and $12 for each additional adjustment. You just can't beat that! read more

I am so glad that me and my boyfriend found this place! I have previous injuries from car accidents and am always on my feet as a hair dresser so this has been a blessing for me. Its like a weekly massage for my joints. We go every Tuesday afternoon and rarely see a line, we also see the same doctor every time because he is our favorite. I wish I knew his name but he is awesome! Always asks if there is any specific area bothering me, takes his time, and makes sure everything feels better. That being said I do have to note that this is not the place to go if you are looking for private one on ones with full x rays and such. This is a place to go if you already know what is wrong and have already had x rays, or if your just looking for basic chiropractic care. I have already had treatment for my major injuries and only need weekly maintenance. There are no private rooms but that is OK with me. Definitely look into it before so you know what your spending money on, which to me is common sense. Love love love this location! See you guys next week! read more

Dr. De la Mar and Dr. Nori are great clinicians . They both have a very good touch and I always feel so good after being adjusted by them.

I absolutely love the Joint and recommend them without hesitation. I have been benefiting from chiropractic care for 5 years and have seen a handful of chiropractors. With that being said, I have also spent a lot of money on corrective, preventive and maintenance care for my body. Normally, one visit runs $30-$50; at the Joint you get 4 visits for $50. This was a game changer for my budget and my body. Don't be fooled by the price. The Joint gives outstanding care with great customer service. Dr. Manuel "the wizard" (who works Friday-Sunday) is the MAN. Go see him! He has some interesting techniques that can best be described as MAGIC. He spends extra time making sure your body is aligned in all the right places and shows extra care and attention to each individual. Of all my chiropractors, he is the best, most talented and caring. I took a friend's recommendation to come to The Joint because I've had a nagging pain on my left side from the neck down the arm. After the initial visit with Dr. Carlson, it slowly started to feel better the rest of the evening. I hadn't felt that good in a long time. I came back the next day to see Dr. Greg and I'm feeling even better now. I had no problem buying the monthly package for $69 a month. I've spent more in massages, which are good, but won't fix my neck/shoulder/side issue. read more

I have been to a couple of joint locations and there are a few great chiropractors. I can across this location and Dr. D is probably my favorite. He always takes the time to address my concerns and despite being extremely bush, personalizes your adjustment to fit your concerns. He's efficient but still personal. I have been going here for about 6 months now. I do NOT LIKE the male Chiroprator, don't remember his name though. I've seen him a couple of times, usually on the weekends. Does not seem like he actually cares about you as a patient. Told him that when he pressed on a certain area it hurt, and yet he kept pressing. My back was messed up for a solid week after. Very brusqe manner, not pleasent at all. Never going to go on the weekends anymore. Now to the GOOD! Dr. Oliveri (I hope I spelled that right) is a gem! She actually listens to you. Remembers you when you come back, and really seems to care about her patients. I always feel better after I have been adjusted by her. She even chides me (in a thoughtful good way) about not drinking enough water and that I should be stretching more. There is a definite air about her that says caring all over it. She is the ONLY reason I will keep coming back here. Without her, I would definitely cancel my membership and go somewhere else. read more

I have a lot of fears when it comes to chiropractic care, & stopped visiting chiropractors in the past because I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Ever since I have been visiting Dr DeLaMare, I have felt much more peaceful about coming in to get adjusted! He has listened to all my concerns, and answers all my questions thoroughly. He is willing to be flexible in the way he adjusts me according to my back issues/concerns that I have, and for him to be willing to tailor his treatment to me has been such a surprising and great experience! I've been going here a couple months and it is always a real easy in/out. I have not needed to more than a couple minutes to be seen. The same doctor is there Sun-Thurs. He is non-aggressive. The symptoms before my first visit disappeared after the first few adjustments but I continue to go for maintenance. read more

Dr DeLaMare is great. The wife and I have been members since this clinic first opened and have been coming here for years. Dr DeLaMare provides a consistent service and I would highly recommend him. Clinic is always very clean and the temperature is never too hot or cold. As The Joint is a walk-in type establishment you can drop by to or from your way somewhere without having to make an appointment. If you like paying extra to wait for an appointment to get your back cracked, be my guest. But if you like walking in when you are ready and paying only $12.25 (their best plan) with little to no wait, then this is the place for you. Their hours are very convenient and the doctors are very good. As good as the previous doctor I paid a heck of a lot more to. You could pay five times as much for maybe a tiny bit more personal face time with the doctor, but that is not what we are going to a chiropractor for now is it. Oh the irony. They are NOT flexible. I went in there in January and bought a package of 5 visits. I signed a contract that I did not read. I asked the girl at the counter, if my son doesn't like this, may I use up the remaining visits? Oh yes, she said. Now, 9 months later I need the care. They WONT let me use the package. Only my son. Who doesn't need care. What a crock. I hate these kinds of things. It shows they only care about getting the money. NOT ABOUT PATIENT CARE!!!! Plus, they have had a rolling door of Chiropractors there. That surely says something about the management. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I pinched a nerve in my neck and called to come in since my Chiropractor couldn't get me in until later that afternoon and I was leaving town at 130 so I needed an appointment earlier. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, however my "Dr" or "chiropractor was terrible. His name was Ryan, his bedside manner baffled me. First he started off rudely asking me why didn't you go to your regular chiropractor?? I explained my situation.. And by the way why does it matter??? It's always nice to have options so shouldn't you try to win me over with your business? Then he said "ok I'll just adjust your neck. I had to ask to get my back adjusted too because the pain was also going down my back. He just looked at me like "fine". He did my adjustments and then said ok you're done... I looked at him waiting for some kind of aftercare instructions and he looked at me like "WHAT???" I then ask him should I ice it? Apply heat? Lots of fluids? I told him that my other chiropractor usually will tell me or show me some kind of stretches or after area instructions and then He paused, looked at me like I was stupid and said Um yeah do all of those. It was such a terrible experience!! I called later and ask to speak to a manager and was told they don't have one. They said they would call the area manager since they can't give out her info and later called me back and said you can email her. REALLY??? not even enough common courtesy to call me! I will never go here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Although it's affordable it does not mean is for everyone. Honesty is something you can't buy this is why I'm giving them 3 stars since they didn't treat me but they told me why they couldn't and send me to find a physical therapist. The chiropractor explained I would be in greater pain if anyone tried to adjust me. They are a walk in clinic and there is no X-rays , no massage it's basically for people that been to chiro and need an adjustment without the hassle of going to a chiro clinic that takes forever to be seen let's be honest. This place does not even merit 1 star this the worst place to go if you have any pain associated with the spine. I went in because I had gotten a pretty nasty pinched nerve that was getting to the point that I would cry in pain during practices because I could not run or jump without falling to the ground in pain. When I went in all they did was crack my back that's it and it made the pinched nerve 100 times worse. I could barely stand let alone walk after the visit. I am furious with their claims of "relieving" pain as well as their policy of coming in 3 times a week for a month a 20 bucks a pop. This is disgrace and I will be going to a "real certified" chiropractor from now on. read more

This is an amazing place! Great care, and I can drop in anytime without worrying about an appointment. The doctor has taken the time to go over MRIs and Xrays with me and is working with my primary care physician to address my orthopedic problems. The staff is courteous and always goes out of the way to make visits easy and help me get any information I need for my other medical providers. They don't take insurance, but the prices are reasonable enough that I don't have to worry about that. (It works out to about the price of a copay.) I can't say enough good things about these folk! (BTW, I go to the office on El Toro in Lake Forest, CA.) read more
