I've been a member of the joint for 10 years and this is the worst clinic I have been to this morning. I went in at 11 AM to get my ankles adjusted. I was checked in usher to the back and then told that I need to go back to the lobby and do some type of new forms. Not sure why but after I've spent 12 minutes doing these forms, I went to the back and I was asked by the young Doctor Who was attending with nobody else in the store at the time what I wanted to have worked on and I said my ankles they said you don't want anything done to your back or your neck and I said no, I would like my ankles worked on, please. She then proceeded to try to interview me like I was under CIA investigations about what I was doing today you know all I needed where's my ankles adjusted? I then asked her. I said I did not ask you to work on my neck or my back. Please work on my ankles. Well, I just need to do this first I said ma'am I do not want my back or my network done. Please work on my ankles and then she tried to talk me into getting more adjustments when all I wanted was my ankles to get worked on and then the Taylor Swift look alike. Receptionist comes in and says, sir is there a problem and I said yes I've asked this doctor on four separate occasions just to work on my ankles and she keeps touching me in areas that I did not ask her to do that and then she says we'd like you to leave so yes, I will leave and I will cancel my membership after a decade because of how I was treated. read more

Second time being here since theres none local to me in ny. First time 29$ and second time was $45 i think. First time visitors have 7 pages of forms to fill out. Not coming since March , i had two forms to fill out. Front desk reception is nice. Byron was the 5 star experience. Hes only covering for someone. His demeanor is pleasant and he makes great conversation. You can tell hes genuinely curious about the history of your back and he makes you really comfortable. My friend consistently sees dr campbell and says hes 5 stars as well. Overall a very holisitc experience! read more

Love Dr. Tyler. Location is terrific, I have always found easy parking, and have never had a wait getting in. Feels so good to be able to take of myself for a change with regular physical therapy here. *Be sure to read the fine print on Care Cards if you get them in a promotion. Though not informed of this, in the fine print, they are only good for 30 days and by the time I started needing to use them, the second one was flagged as expired. Update...you can see their response. Funny, they asked for my email, and they have my phone contact,yet they asked me here to call them for a THIRD time. No, real customer service is you reach out to the customer, not write b.s.on yelp to make yourself look good. I called them twice, and I was treated terribly. Why would I call a 3rd time? Ask potential wait time when you arrive. I've been to this location twice. The first time, I was asked to go in to see the doctor who didn't come out of the back room for another ten minutes while I waited. The second time, there were two new patients called into the treatment room after I was called in. And I waited more than 20 minutes for them to get an assessment and treatment. The person at the front desk did not alert me of the wait time, and called me into the treatment room prior to the others even though they were seen first. The treatment itself was just average. read more

This was my second visit to a Joint Chiropractic location and I won't return to this one. My first experience was in Durham and was great - the doctor was knowledgeable and personable and was able to put my neck back into alignment after I came in with a lot of pain from an old disc injury. He advised me to come back in a week, which I couldn't do due to international travel. Once I did get back, with my neck again in pain, I went to the Wake Forest location to start again. The doctor was not good. Very impersonal, didn't greet or look at me, but did look at the computer and scold me for not returning sooner after my initial visit. "If I put you back into alignment today, you have to come back next week or I won't bother". Further, his adjustment was terrible; my neck is worse today than it was when I went in yesterday and I have pretty good body awareness -- it's still out of alignment and was post adjustment. I won't be returning to the Wake Forest location. Great concept, bad execution by this particular office. UPDATE: my neck, after an adjustment by the impersonal and very rude doctor, became worse than ever over the next week. I was on the floor in traction for two days, which has never happened. I am certain he did not help at best, perhaps even caused further structural damage at worst. I'm so angry at myself for even seeking relief here -- please, if you have ANY disc issues or cervical concerns, do not go to fast food chiropractic care! read more

Came in on a wed mid day. No customers here ya! Great adj. Dr something. My bad with names.. He rotates in and out prob will be someone else next time but that's ok. I feel so much better Came back on thurs and had a tall black Dr. Boy HE was good! Got my spine untwisted , mid back and neck ya hoo!! Had a nap in hotel that day. My "home" location was in Winston-Salem but we just moved to Raleigh and I came to this location for an adjustment. The girl at the desk (I didn't catch her name) was super friendly and helpful! I brought my 2 young kids in with me and she was so kind as to get them coloring pages to entertain them while I was with the Dr. Dr. Taylor was great! With me being pregnant right now, it makes for a little change in how adjustments are done and he was great! I didn't have any wait with my visit and if I do have a wait (at the previous location) it was usually minimal. My package includes 4 visits per month for $60. Just be aware that if you want to cancel your membership, you have to pay for an additional 2 months once you sign the cancellation form. read more

My first 3-4 visits to the joint were great. In specific, the first dr. I do not recall his name but I felt instant Relief, thus prompting me to join a membership. However, since then, the Doctor Who I see, not only rushes me, shows no compassion, he's actually quite rough. This last visit, I woke up with my neck and lower back in more pain than When I came in. I would like to cancel my membership and not return. FYI: Front desk staff has always been kind. But this new dr, I've heard him laugh and joke with others and with me? he acts as if I'm a waste of his time. Surly not inviting and again, I won't be back. read more

Prices are unbeatable. Service was excellent (they really take the time to understand your situation and ensure you know without a shadow of a doubt what you are going into). Environment is clean and professional (even if the procedure is open concept, meaning others are waiting and watching your procedure, I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward). I came in with lower back issues due to a mixture of running and pregnancy. I wore a dress and they even gave me a towel so I could be more comfortable. I was visiting from out of town and badly needed an adjustment so I booked a session but left feeling worse than when I can in. I've had chronic neck pain from a car accident and see I chiropractor regularly at home who is wonderful. I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1 because the Dr. was very nice and personable but unfortunately the adjustment wasn't. I left feeling like my neck only adjusted partially on one side and the same with my back. He tried really hard but I felt like all the jerking on my neck made it worse and spent the rest of my day with a pounding headache. This was a waste of $39. read more

Went today around 6:25 for an adjustment. PLENTY of time to get one when they closed at 7. I have been before and haven't been in a few months, not that long. I was told I'd have to do paperwork again and then make an appointment. Isn't the point of this "fast food" chiropractic care so you don't have to make appointments? I think the dr just didn't want to be bothered since it was getting towards closing. I left. I think that is just ridiculous and I will make sure to go elsewhere. You don't want my business? That's fine. Also, I hear they give discounts if you will leave a shining review. Guess I won't be getting a discount. read more

The so-called chiropractors employed here are among the least friendly, least helpful people I've ever encountered in a practice. They did not take the time to understand my complaints, nor did they offer any advice on how to help myself after/in-between visits. "Put your stuff down and lay on the table." Less than 3 minutes later..."see you Thursday." No greeting, no nothing. Don't waste your time at The Joint...seek out real chiropractic help somewhere else. read more

Quick in-and-out walk-in visits, affordable, and very friendly staff and doctors. Been coming here for a month now and it's helped just as much if not more than the more expensive offices I've seen in the past. I have always been hesitant to visit a Chiropractor, but after a recent injury and constant back pain I decided to give it a shot. The prices/packages are hard to beat and the convenience is exceptional. I do prefer a little more interaction and attention from doctors that are doing something so critical, but for the most part they provide straight facts and it suffices. I would encourage staff to improve on communication and make each client feel "special" rather than a fast food restaurant atmosphere where your number is called and you're in and out. I have consistently visited with Mark and he has provided great at home practices to supplement his work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

This is my first experience with a walk in chiropractor and it was a great success. The Doctor on site was very helpful and walked me through the in's and out's of the chiropractic landscape. They were very resourceful and hands on, allowing me to ease into my first chiropractic experience. Decent experience but definitely won't be back. Very standard procedures, no stem unit, heat , or anything to loosen or relax muscles before adjusting which is terrible- for me at least. i had informed them of a previous injury that is the cause of me going to the chiropractor and i was looked at in fear as if they were afraid to help me or adjust me. i did not benefit. read more
