Dr. Arman is the coolest and most efficient Chiropractor I've seen. She cares about her patients and even remembers a lot about them, showing how invested she is. Prior to seeing Dr. Arman at this location, I had went into The Joint for acute back pain (I think I was vacuuming and pulled something)- I was in so much pain that I could barely walk, turn or sit- it was horrible! But worse, my initial adjustment was done by Dr. Defrese (I think he subs in at multiple Joint locations now). This experience was the absolute worst, he definitely did not appear confident or knowledgeable in what he was telling me the issue was - nor did he treat me with care. I left the treatment feeling worse and as a couple days went by, the pain was worse. I was then referred to see Dr. Arman at the same location, though I was hesitant- I could not be more grateful for her. She was 1000% the complete opposite, I felt like I was in much better hands. After her 1st adjustment, I already felt a difference and was able to move faster without pain- still had some pain and limitations but about 4-6 adjustments, I was back to new with no pain. read more

I just moved to Natomas (Sacramento) a couple of months ago and a friend suggested I visit The Joint Chiropractic. I had a really sore neck due to over straining plus problems with my lower back. As soon as I walked in a very friendly receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very kind and explained everything. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I had an appointment for a new patient and showed up pretty early to complete the necessary paperwork. After completing the paperwork, I sat there for a while until I was told that they are not able to see me due to all doctors being booked. The person ahead of me was a new patient walk in as well who had no issues getting seen by a doctor. They kept saying "it gets hectic here." Definitely seems like they don't know how to operate a business. I overheard a doctor saying he only has 20 more mins so who's nexts. Sounds like they care more about their time and less about their patients. I've been to several chiropractic clinics and never experienced something like this. read more

This location has poor customer service. I attempted to go to my appointment this morning, which would have been my very first appointment with the chiropractor and much needed. My appointment was set for 10am. They open at 10 AM. I sat outside in my car for about 10 minutes. I got out and went to open the door at 9:59. It was locked. I understand they open at 10 so I waited till past 10 and I was standing in the front, where I was completely visible by the people standing inside. There was three workers standing at the desk who did not acknowledge me. They saw me there and completely ignored me. The female on the left looked up at me and gave me a weird eyebrow look then went back to talking amongst themselves. They could easily see I was upset at being ignored for longer than I should have. My apt is at 10am. Why am I standing outside past 10am while all 3 of you workers are standing at the desk ignoring me? Wtf is that? At least wave & say "one moment" or SOMETHING. They just stood there and talked amongst themselves while I stood at the door waiting and they said absolutely nothing to me. After a few minutes of me just standing there waiting for them to acknowledge me & take me in for my appointment which I was on time for, I just turned around, got in my car to leave and then that's when someone decided they want to come to the door. read more

We feel like VIPs. I have had two separate painful and quasi-debilitating chiropractic issues within several weeks of each other and each time the good doctors took care of me. Let me preface this by saying one star is one too many! In February 2020, I stumbled upon the Joint while on a bike ride to pay my auto insurance next door. I had no idea what they were all about, so I walked and discovered they were chiropractic which seemed good because my chiropractor had just retired, and I was looking for a replacement. I fell for the receptionist's sales pitch and purchased a 10-adjustment package that seemed like a fantastic deal given what my former chiropractor had been charging me. Long story short, on the third adjustment, the chiropractor (they were different each time) fractured three of my ribs and I never was able to return for the remainder of my adjustments. I am a type 2 diabetic which they were aware of beforehand and the health complications following the injury cost me 1000's of dollars in uninsured medical costs. They kept my money, never offered any assistance with my bills, and didn't even offer an apology for their actions. I retained Ashley Injury Attorneys to recover my losses and after finally tracking down the accountable corporate entity that owns the Natomas Joint franchise, and the case being delayed by Covid, four years later my attorney was completely out lawyered by the franchise's insurance attorneys (Liberty Insurance), and I eventually ended up with nothing because my attorney was forced to drop the case for so called "business reasons." I cannot caution you more to avoid any practitioner at the Natomas Joint and probably many more Joints as well as you could end up like I did! read more

Facility offers two types of care. One is manual methods. The other is the activator method. Anyone who is familiar with the activator method knows that not every chiropractic offers. The entire staff from the receptionists to the doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They listen intently to your complaints and are open to your opinion on what works best for you in particular and treat you accordingly. The prices are reasonable. The office is exceptionally clean. Love this place. Was looking for a chiropractor but wasn't sure where to start. Saw their good reviews so I tried it out. The first visit is cheaper and a good way to see if it's for you. All the staff were nice and I felt like the chiropractor really listens to what I was saying. I ended up signing up for the monthly plan and thanks to my Flex Spending acct it's covered. I actually enjoyed and recommended using The Joint until recently. So it pains me to post this but if it has to be done, it must. I recommended this business to a very good friend of mine, whose suggested treatment was a wellness plan. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the fact that the plan included a monthly-subscription at the end of the 8 weeks of treatment she was reccommended. She was not in a good financial place to cover a monthly fee, nor was she able to make 4 visits a month due to her work schedule. Any OTHER business would be completely understanding. Not this one. They refused to refund her the monthly payment that had gone through before her cancellation, EVEN though not a SINGLE visit for the month had been utilized. The Joint apparently designatess that the specific clinics you sign paperwork with will be the same ones that approve or deny your refunds. No COMPANY policy to adhere to, SPECIFIC clinics. So even though we got approval from another Joint clinic, this one on Del Paso refused the refund, stating that they had "explained the contract" and now that it was signed, what was done was done. They refused us not once but TWICE, and "kindly" suggested that we use the visits for this month because they were already paid for. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING US, LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESS WOULD, LOL. My friend doesn't want to use their services anymore, and I regret recommending it to her in the first place. So thank you for showing us how ugly your business practices can be. This is literally at scam-level, charging someone for a service that was never even utilized. Edit: Oh, and, I'm making a call to corporate. :) read more

I am so fed up with companies like this. I hope everybody pulls their services from these type of companies. This is my story. I own a small little company that I pay for six people monthly. I have to work the weekends because of my employees want the weekends off. Our shift is literally 13 to 15 hours a day. And that ain't no joke. And I do not care about paying for the overtime. I treat my guys good. This is the story today is Sunday. They closed the office at 4 o'clock on Sunday. I got to the office at 4:01 PM. I just got done pulling a 15 hour shift and my back is killing me. I had to go across the street to go see a friend of mine's Chiropractor that he recommend. And to top it off the guy only charge me $35. And he's open from 8 AM to 8 PM all the time, I am not doing no more business with these guys again PS I just did the Matt. It is $6405. Dr Trnka did my intake and first adjustment, I felt a huge difference. Opening up space and feeling more ease in my tight hip flexors and lower back pain. Dr. Boger also has been great in my follow up appointments for maintenance adjustments. Dr. Arman has done most of my adjustments to date and she gets right to areas that need support and realignment. My neck, shoulder, lower back and hip flexor pain has significantly been reduced since coming here. She and her team care about you as a person and provide adjustments that's healing for the body. Doctors are very knowledgeable and patient with their customers. It's very quick and easy. 5-8 minutes max. Sometimes when they're busy, it may take up to 15 minutes. But the adjustment only takes less than 5 minutes. read more
