I came here for a birthday party. My step daughter is 8 and my son is 2 and both of them had a blast! They have an area where the kids can climb and there are balls and a zip line. Make sure to bring socks but if you don't, they have them for sale for $3. The worker helping us was named Chynna. She was so sweet, attentive, and helpful to all of the parents and children. They have a dress up station, a painting area with aprons, karaoke machine, a bounce house, a little house with play food and a cash register, and a shelf full of toy cars and construction vehicles. My kids had such a blast that they did not want to leave. I have heard during the week when it's open to the public, it can be very crowded. My daughter recently attended a birthday party here, and said she had so much fun that she wanted to have her 8th birthday party here. We booked her party on a Wednesday, for just her school friends. She ended up having 15 girls show up!!! So, I would encourage a weekday party. We had the sundae bar and the kids received goodie bags. The total (minus gratuity) came out to $250 (plus a $100 deposit). Not bad! Here are the perks: 1.) The ladies are extremely friendly AND super organized. This combination is truly hard to find. You either have one or the other. But these ladies were nice to the wild little girls, and kept the party tidy and on schedule! 2.) You can bring food and drinks in, and they will supply the linens and paper products. 3.) Diverse! Doesn't matter if you have toddlers or older children, every kid can have something to play with here. 4.) The goodie bags! The kids get to pick 5 items for their goodie bags, but, the items are pretty cool. Not just a silly top, or a plastic snake. Came here for my nephews bday. It's an ok place. It is way over priced for what it is though and they didn't even provide us food. It reminds me of basically a daycare with bounce houses. Wasn't really impressed with this place at all. I didn't see the employees start disinfecting the place after we left,they were more concerned about closing up so I doubt they disinfected anything. My 4,6, and 8 year olds did everything from painting, sand playing, air hockey, video games, bounce house, and jungle gym and they're still going. We go right when it opens and stay all day. They have tables for parents so bring a book and a snack and plan to stay a while. So fun and totally worth the cheap day pass ticket. read more

BEST SPOT TO HAVE A BDAY PARTY FOR AN INFANT! My son just turned one in March 2019 and we were trying to find the perfect place to host due to the crazy weather changes in Fresno.. we knew the park was not an option and we would do an indoor party and play it safe! I called in a couple of times to get pricing because I had never checked this place out before, they were very nice they let me know everything is done through website and if I had any questions I could come! So they have 2 party options, SEMI-PRIVATE & PRIVATE PARTIES! For the semi-private they allow you to have a party while facility is open and for private they close it down just for you and your guests! We did the private party and we wanted a weekend, however the weekend I wanted was completely booked.. so I would suggest if you want a weekend book here you book way in advance! Do not wait a month or two before the date! You also must put a deposit down at the time of your booking, prices are reasonable and the staff here really does work their butts off! They were a tremendous help! They help you set up everything and clean up and keep the place nice and right! I wish I could take the party hosts they have with me to every party w/ me to help set up! One thing I would change if I can will be only allowing us to be 15 mins early to party to set up! Since reservations are only 2 hours long it makes it hard to really decorate without being rushed! I also recommend paying for their decor!!! The pictures online do no justice, we chose jungle theme for our son and it was really creative! Keep up the good work Jungle Party House!! Usually enjoy coming, you have to deal with some of the employees attitudes with is normal anywhere. Today we were here for an hour and were asked to leave our table by a very rude, unapologetic employee due to them wanting the table for an upcoming birthday party. I've had nothing but great experiences with this place. It's open to the public from 10:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. The rest of the time is reserved for private parties. It's $9 for one kid, $4 for an additional one, and you can stay all day. My kids love the variety of activities. They have pool, air hockey, foosball, painting, karaoke, play dough, stencils/markers, a large bounce house, and a pretty good jungle gym with a small zip line in it. They also have a Nintendo Wii, which I have never let my kids play. And for the real little ones they have some large soft blocks, oversized stuffed animals, and some riding/jumping toys. And they even have tables set up with Legos and other such toys. My kids can stay there all day and have an absolute blast. I would guess a kid over 8 may get bored, but up until then I think it would be a lot of fun. I like it so much I've had my kids' last two birthdays there. Some of the parents had never heard of the place and said they couldn't wait to bring their kids back. And their staff is fantastic for a party. They take care of EVERYTHING. They will decorate for you (small charge for certain themes), and they gather everyone up when it's cake and gifts time and lead all of that so you don't have to think about it. It was an amazing place. Being that there aren't many options for indoor playgrounds for kids. This place has it all for your youngsters. With wii video games, to air hockey and a pool table(for older kids), to a small stage with a karaoke machine and tons of dress up clothes, painting arts and crafts area and several long tables for seating. A big blow up bounce house, and a separate jungle gym with interconnected tunnels and slide. This place was soo much fun watching my daughter play, and interacting with her. I would definitely bring her again. I came on a Tuesday during the morning when it's not so busy. And I was put at ease knowing there is a front gate to the place so no kids can't escape. There is a kitchen area for parents to use to wash baby items or bottles, and the restroom has an actual sturdy wood changing station along with a cute step stool for bigger toddlers to use to wash their hands. Entry fee is once, you're given a wrist band and it's good for the whole day - you can come & go as you please on same day only. Another sitting area is full of child size soft building blocks that fit together to make a castle and large plush bean bag type chairs with more toddler trinkets to play with. The lady who greeted me was very nice when I told her it was my first time here. She explained their policies and had me sign a waiver and explained we there was no limit to how much arts and crafts we could play with. Did I mention that the entire place is super cutely decorated? From the cute hanging lanterns to all the walls with animal murals and other decor to help separate and designate a space's function. My wife has taken our son here before and she said it's a good way to avoid the heat, in a somewhat controlled environment. We plan to come as a family on Saturday and they, according to the staff, are closed to the public on weekends. I asked to use the restroom as my son had a nasty diaper and they said I can't and have to use the one on the other side of the mall. I instantly became disenchanted with all three employees and their fake sympathy. It would have made for far better customer relations to give me two min to avoid having to hunt around the shadows of a dying mall for the restrooms. I won't be coming back and am interested in learning about their policy on why I couldn't use their bathroom to change a diaper. My first impression of this place will be my last. read more

Took my 19 month old for a change in our daily park play. There are so many different play areas and things for kids of all ages to do. I love to take my kids.to the jungle party house. We go early and stay till just after lunch and they fall asleep in the car on the way home. This place is super affordable for a once or twice a month treat. They also are always running deals on groupon or if you subscribe to their emails, you can get them. It is great for the kids to get out and be creative and it is clean. They have tons to do! Including: play dough table, painting station, coloring station, karaoke stage with costumes, bounce house, ball pit and jungle gym, baby and toddler station, pool table and fooseball table and a wii. You can bring your own food and drinks and enjoy while you're there too. There is a gate up also so you don't have to worry about your kids running out and getting lost. You can also Come and go as you please. If you have ollder kids, you don't have to pay for them to hang out and play pool (12+). So that's cool. I just love this place.
