Just wanna start by saying I come here a lot because it's good healthy food that is great for macros, but they seriously have some things they need to get in order. First of all you can't order sides of protein on the website for some reason.. why? Just losing money there for no reason. But what's much more annoying is I order the BYO plate with double steak and a couple of times they have given me the normal plate that I payed for, which is a square paper container and it has half rice and half salad with the meat on top. This is the container that they advertise. The paper container is a great alternative to what most restaurants use. But a lot of times now when I order, they decide to give me this random black plastic container that they do not even advertise, which has 2 side compartments and 1 bigger compartment for the meat. When they do it this way, instead of giving me an entire portion of salad like I payed for, they just put a small scoop in one of the side compartments and then bombard the entire rest of the plate with lots of rice. So it is completely uneven portions and I feel like I'm getting scammed because if they had just given me the normal plate which they advertise and that I thought I had payed for, it would have way more salad. And you can definitely taste the difference in the food when they use the plastic one compared to the normal paper one they are supposed to be using. Why do they do this? Is it only this location doing it? Because I have never seen that container pictured on their website or social media. And are they actually trying to skimp us and save a little money or is this just some major oversight that nobody has thought of? I will attach a picture of what they have been giving me vs what they advertise and you can see how they're totally ripping people off with this. It's not a huge deal because I enjoy the food, but the fact that each of those plates I buy is 25$ and they're doing this is just so frustrating. I want a balanced meal, yet every time I get this weird container, I find myself forcing the left over rice down which I would have been able to enjoy if I had an even portion of salad. And the rice for sure tastes plasticky when it comes in this container. If you're the owner/operator/manager reading this please do not give me your generic copy and pasted response telling me to send you guys an email because I'm not going to. Just fix this issue please and I will update my review to 5 stars read more

I ordered a gyro wrap and was very disappointed. There was barely any meat in it--mostly just salad--and to make matters worse, I asked for tzatziki and didn't receive any. A gyro should be filled with well-seasoned meat, but this one completely missed the mark. Most places are generous with their portions, but this felt skimpy and not worth the price. Was needing a good, quick Mediterranean protein bowl and these guys did not disappoint! I told the young man behind the counter I've never been in and he gave me a quick run through the menu - they had exactly what I wanted. I subbed out their chicken for lamb/beef (gyro meat) - the flavor was spot on! It's a well lit, airy space. Visited The kebab shop recently and was happy with the experience overall. The garlic sauce was excellent, and the portions were generous. I had the steak platter, which was tender and well-seasoned. The brown rice with truffle was good, though I didn't taste much truffle. The hummus and falafel were fresh and flavorful, and the cilantro sauce added a nice, bright touch alongside the garlic. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, but I think I might have received chicken kebab instead. It was still enjoyable, just not exactly what I ordered. The man who called to confirm my order was friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the two younger staff members at the counter were chatting and didn't greet me or direct me to the kiosks, which could be improved. Highly recommend! This place has some fresh, delicious and flavorful food. There are many options to choose from; build a wrap, grains or salad bowl or platters. I chose the wrap that put them on the map, which is the San Diego wrap. This wrap requires two hands to devour. They make their own side sauces; cilantro jalapeño, dill yogurt, O.G. Yogurt aka Original Garlic, and fire chili. Try all 4 on any item and you'll be in heaven with an explosion of flavor. This place always hits the spot. So happy to have a location in DFW. read more

The wrap and chicken both tasted burned. I'm not sure 700°F cooking should be a selling point. Very friendly staff. The music is horrible modern techno crap, designed to make you get out quick. The French fries came out dry but because they are shoestring fries the do not retain heat and were cold in a matter of seconds. My two main complaints were the price ($23 for a standard wrap and fries and a fountain drink) and other than the burnt taste none of my meal had any flavor. I had to add tons of sauces to give it any flavor at all. Basically they are a San Diego wannabe of Chipotle for more money and crappier food. Came here after Grandscape, and although it was pretty good, I am knocking it down a couple for price/hot sauce. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - Not a large restaurant, but great lighting. Easy to order. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly. Not much interaction other than ordering. Food/Drink - It was pretty simple, as we ordered for 4 plates with the following: - Lamb - Saffron Rice - Fries - Fire Hummus Regarding sauces, I recommend the Dill Yogurt and Cilantro Jalapeno. I would recommend Fire Chili, but this was one of 2 complaints. 1. I do not think this plate is worth $15 for the amount of meat that you get. I should not have to add $6 for extra meat to find it. 2. Fire Chili is NOT spicy. It is pretty much adding tomato paste to your dish. You HAVE to make it SPICY, especially when you advertise throughout the restaurant that it is "fire". My husband and I just stopped by here. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them 20 minutes to put our to go order together and they didn't even prepare it as a to go order at first. As the other reviews have stated, the meat portion is extremely small and inequivalent to the amount of rice. The flavor could be better. There is an option to use a kiosk to order but we were still welcomed in. The ambiance was nice and chill. It's an open layout, so while there and waiting for our order there were plenty of people, but it didn't feel crowded. It's also nice that you can see them preparing your order and that they have good communication to do so. We'll be going back! *4-star as this is the first time here. I came here after seeing some buzz on social media and I love mediterranean food so I had to see what they had going on. I came around lunch time and was warmly greeted and helped with their menu selections. I decided on the grilled chicken tenderloin wrap with slaw, feta cheese, tomato and cucumber, grilled veggies with a side of fries and a drink. While waiting on my food, I loaded up on their sauces: cilantro jalapeño, o.g. sauce, fire chili and dill yogurt. My food looked so good, and I was pleasantly surprised by how large the wrap was. I wasn't disappointed, the wrap was great, it was loaded with so much flavor everything melded together so well. The chicken was moist, flavorful and plentiful. The fries were standard fare but were fresh and tasted good. The sauces they offer were perfect additions to the wrap and fries, my favorites being the cilantro jalapeño, fire chili and o.g. yogurt, I was thoroughly impressed by the taste of everything. Now, to say this is a casual spot, it is pricey in my opinion. They charge you an extra $2 for grilled chicken in the wrap and the plain fries were $4+ so my meal ran about $25 dollars. Also, tip if you don't eat the wrap in one sitting, I'd get the wet ingredients on the side. I re-warmed the other half of my wrap and it didn't hold up good, completely soggy and it didn't taste nearly as good as earlier. With that, I'll definitely be back to try some other things and I'd recommend for sure. read more

I was excited to try this kebab shop, but that quickly turned into disappointment. I arrived at ~1:50 PM and ordered the San Diego gyro wrap and a steak protein bowl. The total wait was 25-30 minutes. During that time, I watched them take and serve a family of four and a couple who ordered after me--both received their food before mine was even started. When they finally prepared my order, they placed an already cooked steak skewer back on the grill and left it there for about 10 minutes, which made it dry and overcooked. I also noticed that for other customers who ordered dishes with chicken skewers, the skewers were already cooked and simply placed back on the grill to reheat before serving. They also ran out of tzatziki dip which is unusual for a Mediterranean fast food restaurant. The customer service fell short of expectations, and the food quality reflected that. Everyone is welcoming and the area is spacious with seating. Although the prices for the bowls were too expensive. I first thought the quantity of the food had a good portion size but there was only one strip of meat, especially with sharing with another person the quantity of meat is not worth the price. Half of the meat was cooked and other half was uncooked. It's a minus when I'm trying to feed my kids uncooked meat. When I first tried the beef kofta had good flavors and it was moist, always a plus. The grilled chicken I thought was moist but not flavorful at all. And I feel some places think if you put too many spices on the meat it will be overpowering but it doesn't hurt to try it. Also the saffron in the rice was overpowering. I have been going to this place since 2019 in California and I was so excited that it finally came to Dallas. I will say throughout the years the quality has gone down and the portions are way smaller but of course the price has gone up. They used to load the wraps with fries and now there's maybe five total. Another time I ordered two wraps and they got both of them wrong. The wrap was made to order so I also smelled the warm grill marks on my tortilla with every bite I took. The falafel was a tiny bit dry but it tasted good regardless. Definitely LOVED THE PITA CHIPS WITH TZATZIKI!!! Crispy, light and not overly salty. The sides I added were fries (perfectly salted and FRESH) and tabouli which was a delicious refreshing reminder of culture in every spoonful! I'd get everything again. Even the fountain drinks were 5/5 because the dragonfruit was not overly sweet and all the machines were nice and clean.
